The invention provides a vacuum suction type obstetrical and gynecological delivery device as shown in figures 1-5, which comprises a handheld part and an elastic suction unit 3, wherein the handheld part comprises a connecting pipe 1 and a handheld pipe 2; one end of the connecting pipe 1 is connected with the elastic suction apparatus 3, the other end is connected with the end part of the handheld pipe 2, the pipe diameter of the handheld pipe 2 is larger than that of the connecting pipe 1, the obstetric and gynecologic delivery device further comprises a contraction mechanism 4, and the contraction mechanism 4 comprises a rotating rod 41, an adjusting handle 42, a connecting rod 43 and a pull rope 44; a rotating rod 41 is connected with the inner thread of the handheld pipe 2; one end of the rotating rod 41 is fixedly connected with an adjusting handle 42, and the other end of the rotating rod is fixedly connected with a connecting rod 43; the other end of the connecting rod 43 is inserted into the connecting pipe 1 and is fixedly connected with a group of pull ropes 44; the inner diameter of the elastic suction apparatus 3 is gradually increased along with the distance from the connecting pipe 1, a group of hinge seats are arranged on the inner side wall of the elastic suction apparatus 3 close to the opening, guide wheels corresponding to the hinge seats are arranged on the inner top wall of the elastic suction apparatus 3, and the other end of the pull rope 44 is hinged with the hinge seats by sequentially bypassing the guide wheels;

According to the invention, through the arranged contraction mechanism 4, before the elastic suction apparatus 3 enters the vagina of a lying-in woman, a user can firstly grasp the adjusting handle 42 with one hand and grasp the connecting pipe 1 with the other hand, then rotate the adjusting handle 42 and drive the connected rotating rod 41 to rotate and move outwards, the rotating rod 41 drives the connecting rod 43 to move synchronously, so that the connected pull rope 44 is pulled, the opening of the elastic suction apparatus 3 can contract and deform to retract inwards under the action of the pulling force of the pull rope 44, the outer diameter of the whole elastic suction apparatus is reduced, the whole elastic suction apparatus can more easily enter the vagina of the lying-in woman to suck fetal heads, the problem that the vagina opening is difficult to enter due to insufficient angle is further avoided, and the convenience in operation is improved; the elastic rubber ring 6 is arranged in a matched manner, the outer surface of the elastic rubber ring 6 is smooth, the elastic rubber ring can conveniently slide even if contacting with the vaginal wall when entering the device, so that the injury caused by friction can be reduced, the deformation performance of the elastic rubber ring 6 is improved due to the annular cavity 61 arranged in the elastic rubber ring 6, the elastic rubber ring can be more easily attached to a fetal head when attracting the fetal head to prevent slipping, meanwhile, the elastic rubber ring 6 can be slowly expanded after contacting with the fetal head to push away water attached to the fetal head, and the situation that the subsequent negative pressure attraction is influenced because the redundant water flows into the elastic aspirator 3 is prevented; after the elastic suction apparatus 3 enters, the user rotates the adjusting handle 42, the rotating rod 41 and the connecting rod in the direction, so that the pulling and holding of the pull rope 44 are released, the elastic suction apparatus 3 recovers to the normal size again, and the subsequent operation of sucking the fetal head is facilitated; the operation convenience can be enhanced by adopting the action of firstly retracting and then opening, the fetal head can be conveniently and quickly sucked into the interior, and the vaginal wall around the fetal head can be pushed away by matching the action of slowly expanding the opening of the elastic suction device 3 after entering the interior with the elastic rubber ring 6, so that the possibility that the vaginal wall is squeezed between the elastic suction device 3 and the fetal head is reduced, the slippage probability in the process of sucking the fetal head can be effectively reduced, and the success rate of the elastic suction device 3 is improved; the suction device used in the present invention is conventional prior art and will not be described herein in any greater detail.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the side wall of the elastic suction apparatus 3 is formed by splicing a plurality of elastic plates 31 and elastic membranes 32, two adjacent elastic plates 31 are connected by the elastic membranes 32 in a sealing manner, and the hinge seats are both disposed on the inner wall of the elastic plates 31. According to the invention, the side walls of the elastic suction apparatus 3 are spliced, when the pull rope 44 is pulled by a strong force to enable the elastic plate 31 to contract inwards and deform, the elastic membranes 32 on the two sides of the elastic plate 31 have better deformation performance so as to enable the elastic suction apparatus 3 to contract and deform better, and the hinged seats are arranged on the inner wall of the elastic plate 31, so that the elastic plate 31 can be pulled to contract and deform inwards better, and the contraction time is shortened.
As a specific embodiment of the invention, an arc-shaped push plate 7 and a group of arc-shaped barrier plates 8 are connected between the hinge seats, two ends of the arc-shaped push plate 7 are respectively connected to the two hinge seats which are oppositely arranged, one side of the arc-shaped push plate 7 which protrudes faces to a fixed disk 9, one end of each arc-shaped barrier plate 8 is connected to an elastic rubber ring 6, the other end of each arc-shaped barrier plate is connected to the lower surface of the fixed disk 9, and the centers of the fixed disk 9 and the arc-shaped push plate 7 are positioned on the same axis; when the arc push plate 7 protrudes downwards, the fixed disk 9 is just pushed downwards, so that the arc blocking plates 8 are spliced into a circular shape approaching to a plane from an initial arched state with a gap. The invention is provided with the arc-shaped push plate 7 and the arc-shaped barrier plate 8 which are matched with each other, so that the hinged seat is gradually concentrated towards the middle part in the process of contracting the elastic suction apparatus 3, thereby extruding the connected arc push plate 7, leading the arc push plate 7 to continuously downwards after the downward bulge of the arc push plate 7 is contacted with the fixed disc 9, so that the arched blocking plate 8 is compressed until it is compressed to a nearly planar state, so as to effectively prevent the vaginal wall from extruding and the adhered amniotic fluid from entering the interior of the elastic suction apparatus 3 in the process of entering the vagina, and can be unfolded and restored to the initial state in the process of contacting with the fetal head, the arc push plate 7 and the arc barrier plate 8 can effectively support the interior of the elastic suction apparatus 3, therefore, the process of sucking the fetal head is smoother, and a gap is reserved between the adjacent arc-shaped blocking plates 8 so as to normally perform the suction action.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the elastic film 32 is provided with vertical wrinkles 10 in advance, and the wrinkles 10 are used for matching with the contraction action of the elastic plate 31 when contracting. The folds 10 are arranged on the elastic membrane 32 in advance, so that the folding of the elastic membrane 32 can be accelerated in the process of contracting the elastic plate 31, the elastic plate 31 can quickly react, the vertical guide groove is formed on the surface of the folded elastic membrane 32, the guide groove can collect and guide the amniotic fluid dropping from the vaginal wall, and the pollution caused by splashing everywhere when the elastic suction apparatus 3 is taken out is avoided.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, a set of water-absorbing cloth 11 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the elastic suction apparatus 3, and the water-absorbing cloth 11 is detachably adhered to an outer sidewall of the elastic plate 31 by a hook and loop fastener. According to the invention, the water absorption cloth 11 is arranged on the outer side of the elastic plate 31, so that dropped amniotic fluid can be absorbed when the elastic plate 31 enters the vagina, and the phenomenon that the amniotic fluid splashes around when the elastic plate 31 is taken out is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the number of the elastic plates 31 is at least three and is singular, and the elastic suction unit 3 is preheated before use, so that the temperature of the elastic suction unit 3 is equal to the temperature of the human body. By preheating the elastic suction apparatus 3, the heating mode can be conventional water bath heating or hot air heating, and is not limited to the heating mode, the temperature of the heated elastic suction apparatus 3 is equal to the temperature of a human body, the heated elastic suction apparatus is not damaged due to the fact that the temperature of the heated elastic suction apparatus is lower than the temperature of the human body when the heated elastic suction apparatus enters the vagina, and the heated elastic suction apparatus 3 does not condense water mist due to sudden entering of the wet vagina, so that the subsequent suction action of the fetal head is influenced.
As a specific embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the adjusting handle 42 are provided with grooves, a swing plate 45 is hinged in the grooves, a swing angle of the swing plate 45 is 90 degrees, and the swing plate 45 is vertically positioned in the grooves at the beginning. Through the swing plate 45, the auxiliary adjusting handle 42 rotates when the auxiliary adjusting handle rotates, and the auxiliary adjusting handle can be hidden in the groove when the auxiliary adjusting handle does not need to be rotated, so that the auxiliary adjusting handle cannot be blocked in normal use.
