Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricating oil composition for a bearing, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The lubricating oil for the bearing is applied to the bearing, and has the effects of lubricating, cooling, resisting pressure, prolonging the service life of the bearing and the like.
Bearing lubricating oil is coated on the surfaces of the workpieces during the machining process so as to reduce friction between the workpieces. The existing bearing lubricating oil, such as Chinese invention patent CN 108441294A, discloses a high-temperature wear-resistant lubricating oil for bearings, which comprises: 88-105% of poly alpha-olefin, 12-17% of alkyl sodium naphthalene sulfonate crude oil pour point depressant, 7-13% of polyacrylate viscosity index improver, 5-11% of cetylamine friction improver, 3-10% of coconut oil fatty diethanol amide anti-corrosion antirust agent and 18-26% of sulfurized isobutylene extreme pressure anti-wear agent, and the foaming resistance is poor, so that in the actual use process, the generated foam can damage an oil film, the friction surface is sintered or worn, the oxidative deterioration of lubricating oil is promoted, the air resistance of a lubricating system can be caused, and the circulation of the lubricating oil is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a novel lubricating oil composition for bearings, which has good foaming properties. The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a use of a lubricating oil composition for bearings corresponding to the first technical problem.

The lubricating oil composition for bearings of the present invention can be applied to the processing step of bearings.
