Background
The lubricating oil for the bearing is applied to the bearing, and has the effects of lubricating, cooling, resisting pressure, prolonging the service life of the bearing and the like.
Bearing lubricating oil is coated on the surfaces of the workpieces during the machining process so as to reduce friction between the workpieces. Data of each component in the composite additive in this example in parts by weight are recorded in table 1, and data of specific each component in the lubricating oil composition for bearings in parts by weight are recorded in table 2.
The method for preparing the lubricating oil composition for bearings of the present example was as follows:
weighing required amounts of the composite additive, the antioxidant, the antifoaming agent and the base oil, heating and stirring at 60 ℃ for 1.5 hours until the composite additive, the antioxidant, the antifoaming agent and the base oil are completely dissolved to obtain the lubricating oil composition for the bearing.
[ COMPARATIVE EXAMPLES 1 to 3 ]
The data in parts by weight for each component of a certain brand of lubricating oil for bearings is reported in table 2.
The specific materials used in the present invention are as follows:
polyacrylate hybrid silicon, FoamBan 155, was purchased from Gentiansin additives trade of Union (Shanghai).
Non-silicon acrylates, AMH2, were purchased from Basff (China) Inc.
Polysiloxane, Foam Ban 130B, was purchased from allied celebration additives trade (shanghai) ltd.
And (3) block polyether, namely the No. 1 composite antifoaming agent.
The lubricating oils for bearings in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were tested, and the tests specifically used were as follows:
GB/T11143-2008 test method for antirust performance of mineral oil with inhibitor in the presence of water
GB/T12579-2002 method for determining foam characteristics of lubricating oil
The test data for examples 1-6 obtained by the above method are shown in Table 3 below, and the test data for comparative examples 1-3 are shown in Table 4 below.

As can be seen from the data in tables 3 and 4, the compatibility of the composite additive and the anti-foaming agent is good, and the data of the foaming performance at 24 ℃ is obviously lower than that of comparative examples 1-3, so that the lubricating oil composition for the bearing has good anti-rust foaming performance after combined use, the industrial equipment in the processing procedure of the bearing is ensured not to be rusted during normal operation, the foaming performance of the lubricating oil composition for the bearing is obviously superior to that of comparative examples 1-3, and a good beneficial effect is obtained.
The lubricating oil composition for bearings of the present invention can be applied to the processing step of bearings.
Claims (10)
1. A lubricating oil composition for bearings comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-2 parts of a composite additive;
0.01-0.5 part of antioxidant;
0.001-0.05 part of an antifoaming agent;
97-98.5 parts of base oil;
wherein, the antifoaming agent is polyacrylate mixed silicon.
2. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 1, wherein:
the composite additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of additive base oil, 30-40 parts of organic metal salt, 20-35 parts of synthetic ester and 1-5 parts of carboxylic acid compound, wherein the additive base oil is HVI 75 base oil.
3. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 2, wherein:
the organic metal salt is at least one of dialkyl dithiocarbamate, dialkyl dithiophosphate and lead naphthenate.
4. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 2, wherein:
the synthetic ester is at least one of oleic acid, dodecanedioic acid, trimethylolpropane ester and pentaerythritol tetraoleate.
5. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 2, wherein:
the carboxylic acid compound is alkenyl succinic acid.
6. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 1, wherein:
the antioxidant is at least one selected from 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol, hydroquinone, beta-phenol or 4, 4-methylene, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol.
7. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 1, wherein:
the density at 20 ℃ is 800kg/m3The appearance is colorless transparent liquid.
8. The lubricating oil composition for bearings according to claim 1, wherein:
the base oil is prepared by blending one or two of HVI type I base oil and HVI type II base oil according to a proportion, and the kinematic viscosity of the base oil at 40 ℃ is 1.5-34 mm2/s。
9. A method for producing a lubricating oil composition for bearings according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
and stirring the required amount of the composite additive, the antioxidant, the antifoaming agent and the base oil at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ for 0.5-2 hours to completely dissolve the composite additive, the antioxidant, the antifoaming agent and the base oil, so as to obtain the lubricating oil composition for the bearing.
10. Use of the lubricating oil composition for bearings according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in the working process of bearings.
