Abstract

本发明公开了一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,属于化妆品技术领域,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括如下原料:薄荷粉、蜡、偶联剂、防腐剂、抗菌剂、钛白粉,余量为水;所述B组分包括如下原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯‑2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯‑2,6‑二异氰酸酯的混合物。本发明优化调整了粉扑的配方,使得本配方材料的气孔直径更小达到纳米级别,气孔分布均匀,非常容易上妆;且材料的手感更加细腻、柔软,使用感受好;此外,还添加了大量健康的薄荷粉及抗菌成分,让粉扑材料更加环保健康和安全。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方。
背景技术
粉扑是现代社会人们经常使用的化妆用品之一,其不仅小巧美观,而且使用方便,特别受到现代女性的青睐,几乎成为她们的生活必须用品。粉扑的制备材料也多种多样,可以采用棉花、橡胶胶乳、泡沫塑料等各种材料,不同材料具有各自不同的特点。
但目前行业上的材料均不能达到手感细腻几乎不吸粉、气孔细小分布均匀的泡水变大的材质。此外,现有的很多粉扑的材质是有害、危险的,影响了使用的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,本配方材料的手感细腻、材料表面的气孔细小且分布均匀,且材料健康,使用放心。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉35~55%、蜡1~3%、偶联剂2~5%、防腐剂1~3%、抗菌剂0.2~0.6%、钛白粉8~24%,余量为水;
所述B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物90~98%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物2~10%。
进一步的,所述A组分和B组分对应的重量比为1~1.5:1。
优选的,所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉35%、蜡1%、偶联剂2%、防腐剂1%、抗菌剂0.2%、钛白粉8%,余量为水。
优选的,所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉45%、蜡2%、偶联剂4%、防腐剂2%、抗菌剂0.4%、钛白粉16%,余量为水。
优选的,所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉55%、蜡3%、偶联剂5%、防腐剂3%、抗菌剂0.6%、钛白粉24%,余量为水。
优选的,所述B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物90%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物10%。
优选的,所述B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物94%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物6%。
优选的,所述B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物98%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物2%。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
本发明优化调整了粉扑的配方,使得本配方材料的气孔直径更小达到纳米级别,气孔分布均匀,非常容易上妆;且材料的手感更加细腻、柔软,使用感受好;此外,还添加了大量健康的薄荷粉及抗菌成分,让粉扑材料更加环保健康和安全,并具有清凉的使用体验,提升了舒适性,极具推广应用价值和市场竞争力。

一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分对应的重量比为1:1;A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉35%、蜡1%、偶联剂2%、防腐剂1%、抗菌剂0.2%、钛白粉8%,余量为水;B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物90%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物10%。

一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分对应的重量比为1.3:1;A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉45%、蜡2%、偶联剂4%、防腐剂2%、抗菌剂0.4%、钛白粉16%,余量为水;B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物94%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物6%。
实施例3
一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,包括A组分和B组分,A组分和B组分对应的重量比为1.5:1;A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉55%、蜡3%、偶联剂5%、防腐剂3%、抗菌剂0.6%、钛白粉24%,余量为水;B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物98%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物2%。

1.一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:薄荷粉35~55%、蜡1~3%、偶联剂2~5%、防腐剂1~3%、抗菌剂0.2~0.6%、钛白粉8~24%,余量为水;
所述B组分包括如下质量百分比的原料:聚乙二醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯的聚合物90~98%,甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲苯-2,4﹣二异氰酸酯和甲苯-2,6-二异氰酸酯的混合物2~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清凉MATE材质的粉扑配方,其特征在于,所述A组分和B组分对应的重量比为1~1.5:1。
