The invention provides a hammer winch for a large-scale piling ship, which comprises a main shaft (3), wherein a large gear is connected to the main shaft (3) through a spline, the large gear is connected with two hydraulic motors (1) through a pair of gear pairs (2), two ends of the main shaft (3) are respectively sleeved with an internal expansion clutch (4), a hub of the internal expansion clutch (4) is connected with the main shaft (1) through a spline, an external friction belt of the internal expansion clutch (4) is attached to the inner surface of a hub (5) of a duplex winding drum, the duplex winding drum (6) is sleeved on the main shaft (3) in an empty mode, and is separated and reunion with the main shaft (3) through the internal expansion clutch (4).
As a further technical scheme of the invention, an output shaft of the hydraulic motor (1) is sleeved with a pinion, the pinion is connected with a bull gear through a gear pair (2), and the middle end of a main shaft (3) is sleeved with a ratchet and pawl device (7).

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment provides a hammer winch for a large pile driving vessel, which includes a main shaft 3, a large gear spline-connected to the main shaft 3, the large gear spline-connected to two hydraulic motors 1 through a pair of gear pairs 2, inner expanding clutches 4 respectively sleeved at two ends of the main shaft 3, a hub of the inner expanding clutch 4 spline-connected to the main shaft 1, an outer friction belt of the inner expanding clutch 4 attached to an inner surface of a hub 5 of a duplex drum, and the duplex drum 6 loosely sleeved on the main shaft 3 and clutched to the main shaft 3 through the inner expanding clutch 4.
The output shaft of the hydraulic motor 1 is sleeved with a pinion which is connected with a bull gear through a gear pair 2, and the middle end of the main shaft 3 is sleeved with a ratchet wheel and pawl device 7.
The outer surface of the duplex drum hub 5 is connected with a hydraulic brake 8.
The main shaft 3, the internal expansion clutch 4 and the duplex type reel hub 5 are fixed on a common base 9.
Two hydraulic motors 1 drive a big gear on a main shaft to rotate through a gear pair 2, the big gear drives a main shaft 3 to rotate, and the main shaft 3 drives a duplex type winding drum 6 to rotate through an internal expansion type clutch 4. The big gear is connected with the main shaft 3 by a spline. The hub of the internal expansion clutch 4 is connected with the main shaft 3 by a spline, and the external friction belt of the internal expansion clutch 4 is attached to the inner surface of the duplex drum hub 5. The duplex winding drum 6 is sleeved on the main shaft 3 in an empty mode, and is in clutch with the main shaft 3 through the internal expansion clutch 4, when the internal expansion clutch 4 is closed, the duplex winding drum 6 rotates along with the main shaft 3, and when the internal expansion clutch 4 is disengaged, the duplex winding drum 6 is disengaged from the main shaft 3.
