Abstract
本发明公开了一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,涉及钣金安装相关领域,为解决目前的钣金结构连接螺纹形成没有突破传统的方式实现简便且快速提升效能的问题。一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,包括锥体定位尖,所述锥体定位尖的顶端固定连接有扩孔圆锥体,所述扩孔圆锥体的顶端固定连接有孔整形段,所述孔整形段的顶端固定连接有过渡段,所述过渡段的顶端固定连接有自攻螺纹段,所述自攻螺纹段的外表面设置有自攻螺纹,所述自攻螺纹段的顶端固定连接有圆柱锁紧螺纹段,所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段的外表面设置有外螺纹,所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段的顶端固定连接有过度圆角,所述过度圆角的顶端固定连接有凹形容料环,所述凹形容料环的顶端固定连接有法兰。

技术领域
本发明涉及钣金安装相关领域,具体为一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉。
背景技术
螺钉螺栓是工业应用基础单体零件,将两个或两个以上结构件进行连接与紧固,通常被紧固结构件与紧固结构件会预制螺纹孔,或可被挤压或切削形成螺纹的预制孔,通过钢制自攻螺钉或螺栓实施连接与紧固。
近年来国内在板金结构的连接螺纹的形成越来越多的应用熔钻技术实现无废屑穿孔后,通过丝锥切削形成螺纹;并没有突破传统的方式实现简便且快速提升效能的应用,特别是应用在汽车产业轻量化轻量金属钣金构件安装与应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前车量化钣金结构连接螺纹形成没有突破传统的方式,实现简便且快速提升效能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,包括锥体定位尖,所述锥体定位尖的顶端固定连接有扩孔圆锥体,所述扩孔圆锥体的顶端固定连接有孔整形段,所述孔整形段的顶端固定连接有过渡段,所述过渡段的顶端固定连接有自攻螺纹段,所述自攻螺纹段的外表面设置有自攻螺纹,所述自攻螺纹段的顶端固定连接有圆柱锁紧螺纹段,所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段的外表面设置有外螺纹,所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段的顶端固定连接有圆弧角,所述圆弧角的顶端固定连接有凹形容料环,所述凹形容料环的顶端固定连接有法兰。
在进一步的实施例中,所述法兰的顶端固定连接有螺钉头,所述凹形容料环的一侧开设有环形槽。
在进一步的实施例中,所述螺钉头的一端设置有梅花槽,所述螺钉头的形状为外六角型。
在进一步的实施例中,所述自攻螺纹段小于等于0.8倍螺纹公称直径。
在进一步的实施例中,所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段的长度大于等于1.5倍螺纹公称直径。
在进一步的实施例中,所述过渡段呈多个环形齿状或网纹滚花状,直径小于外螺纹8的螺纹小径,长度小于或等于0.5倍的螺纹公称直径。
在进一步的实施例中,所述自攻螺纹段的横向截面形状为桃式三角过渡状,所述过渡段的外表面设置有环形齿。
在进一步的实施例中,所述锥体定位尖的锥体角度为四十五度,所述扩孔圆锥体的椎体角度为三十度,所述自攻螺纹段的锥体角度为八度,所述锥体定位尖与扩孔圆锥体的交接端面处为圆角过度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该发明中,通过孔整形段、锥体定位尖、扩孔圆锥体、自攻螺纹段和圆柱锁紧螺纹段之间的配合设置,使得本发明在使用时,使用电动工具驱动本发明,通过锥体定位尖准确定位形成热熔定位孔,继续通过扩孔圆锥体推进继续扩大至与孔整形段直径大小的孔径,孔径圆周形成均匀堆积圆环状料体,增加轻量化金属板结构件的连接区厚度,通过自攻螺纹段的切入与挤压功能,初步形成螺纹,旋入后通过圆柱锁紧螺纹段,直至与连接件平面与法兰支承面帖合,并达到预设紧固力矩,完成连接紧固与连接被紧固件固定与安装,并达到预装力矩设定要求,因此具有作业简洁,快速实现元器件的安装与紧固,拆卸方便,重复利用的优点。
2、该发明中,通过圆弧角和凹形容料环之间的配合设置,使得本发明在使用时,凹形容料环与圆柱锁紧螺纹段之间设置有圆弧角,避免制造应力集中问题引起强度不足现象,在本发明的圆柱锁紧螺纹段旋入连接件的平面时,由于自攻螺纹段的切入与挤压会使连接件在螺钉头的一端形成碎屑,通过设置凹形容料环,用于包容本发明在熔穿平面与挤压过程形成的少量碎屑,避免因为碎屑使元器件安装不牢固。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,包括锥体定位尖1,锥体定位尖1的顶端固定连接有扩孔圆锥体2,扩孔圆锥体2的顶端固定连接有孔整形段3,孔整形段3的顶端固定连接有过渡段4,过渡段4的顶端固定连接有自攻螺纹段5,自攻螺纹段5的外表面设置有自攻螺纹6,自攻螺纹段5的顶端固定连接有圆柱锁紧螺纹段7,圆柱锁紧螺纹段7的外表面设置有外螺纹8,圆柱锁紧螺纹段7的顶端固定连接有圆弧角9,圆弧角9的顶端固定连接有凹形容料环10,凹形容料环10的顶端固定连接有法兰11,通过锥体定位尖1准确定位形成热熔定位孔,继续通过扩孔圆锥体2推进继续扩大至与孔整形段3直径大小的孔径,孔径圆周形成均匀堆积圆环状料体,增加轻量化金属板结构件的连接区厚度,通过自攻螺纹段5的切入与挤压功能,初步形成螺纹,旋入后通过圆柱锁紧螺纹段7,直至与连接件平面与法兰11支承面帖合,并达到预设紧固力矩,完成连接紧固与连接被紧固件固定与安装,并达到预装力矩设定要求,因此具有作业简洁,快速实现元器件的安装与紧固,拆卸方便,重复利用的优点。
进一步,法兰11的顶端固定连接有螺钉头12,凹形容料环10的一侧开设有环形槽,凹形容料环10用于包容本发明在熔穿平面与挤压过程形成的少量碎屑,避免因为碎屑使元器件安装不牢固。
进一步,螺钉头12的一端设置有梅花槽13,螺钉头12的形状为外六角型,可以用电动工具通过螺钉头12与本发明进行连接,螺钉头12的形状也可设置为盘头梅花槽头体或圆体头内六角头体。
进一步,自攻螺纹段(5)小于等于0.8倍螺纹公称直径,通过外螺纹8使连接件平面与法兰11支承面帖合,并达到预设紧固力矩,完成连接紧固与连接被紧固件固定与安装。
进一步,圆柱锁紧螺纹段(7)的长度大于等于1.5倍螺纹公称直径,保证锁紧力所需的有效螺纹长度,保证有效的连接与所需的预紧力。
进一步,过渡段呈多个环形齿状或网纹滚花状,为螺钉体的制造成型而特别设置,其直径小于外螺纹8的螺纹小径,长度小于或等于0.5倍的螺纹公称直径。
进一步,自攻螺纹段5的横向截面形状为桃式三角过渡状,过渡段4的外表面设置有环形齿14,自攻螺纹段5类似于内螺纹挤压成型丝锥的导向端,快速挤压并形成初始螺纹。
进一步,锥体定位尖1的锥体角度为四十五度,扩孔圆锥体2的椎体角度为三十度,自攻螺纹段5的锥体角度为八度,锥体定位尖1与扩孔圆锥体2的交接端面处为圆角过度,使用锥体形状的结构扩孔更加简单,使用圆角过度避免应力集中使其损坏。
工作原理:使用时,使用电动工具驱动本发明,通过锥体定位尖1准确定位形成热熔定位孔,继续通过扩孔圆锥体2推进继续扩大至与孔整形段3直径大小的孔径,孔径圆周形成均匀堆积圆环状料体,增加轻量化金属板结构件的连接区厚度,通过自攻螺纹段5的切入与挤压功能,初步形成螺纹,旋入后通过圆柱锁紧螺纹段7,直至与连接件平面与法兰11支承面帖合,并达到预设紧固力矩,完成连接紧固与连接被紧固件固定与安装,并达到预装力矩设定要求,因此具有作业简洁,快速实现元器件的安装与紧固,拆卸方便,重复利用的优点,凹形容料环10与圆柱锁紧螺纹段7之间设置有圆弧角9,避免制造应力集中问题引起强度不足现象,在本发明的圆柱锁紧螺纹段7旋入连接件的平面时,由于圆柱锁紧螺纹段7的切入与挤压会使连接件在螺钉头12的一端形成碎屑,通过设置凹形容料环10,用于包容本发明在熔穿平面与挤压过程形成的少量碎屑,避免因为碎屑使元器件安装不牢固。

1.一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,包括锥体定位尖(1),其特征在于:所述锥体定位尖(1)的顶端固定连接有扩孔圆锥体(2),所述扩孔圆锥体(2)的顶端固定连接有孔整形段(3),所述孔整形段(3)的顶端固定连接有过渡段(4),所述过渡段(4)的顶端固定连接有自攻螺纹段(5),所述自攻螺纹段(5)的外表面设置有自攻螺纹(6),所述自攻螺纹段(5)的顶端固定连接有圆柱锁紧螺纹段(7),所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段(7)的外表面设置有外螺纹(8),所述圆柱锁紧螺纹段(7)的顶端固定连接有圆弧角(9),所述圆弧角(9)的顶端固定连接有凹形容料环(10),所述凹形容料环(10)的顶端固定连接有法兰(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,其特征在于:所述法兰(11)的顶端固定连接有螺钉头(12),所述凹形容料环(10)的一侧开设有环形槽。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,其特征在于:所述过渡段(4)呈多个环形齿状或网纹滚花状,所述过渡段(4)直径小于外螺纹8的螺纹小径,长度小于0.5倍的螺纹公称直径。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种摩擦熔穿自挤螺钉,其特征在于:所述自攻螺纹段(5)的横向截面形状为桃式三角过渡状,所述过渡段(4)的外表面设置有环形齿(14)。
