Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional cleaning scrub cream which comprises a phase A component, a phase B component, a phase C component and citric acid as raw materials; the phase A component comprises water, a surfactant HM 60; the phase B component comprises vegetable oil, synthetic oil and mineral oil; the phase C component comprises plant-derived and mineral-derived frosted particles; the invention also discloses a preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning scrub cream, which comprises the following steps: s1 processing the phase A component; s2 processing the B phase component; s3 mixing treatment; s4 processing the C phase component; the obtained scrub cream has the effects of bathing, face cleaning, makeup removal, scrub, skin moistening, hair washing and the like, has excellent viscosity-temperature performance, has a tough cream body structure from extreme cold temperature to extreme hot temperature, can stably suspend various scrub particles, has high cleaning power, is suitable for various skin types, and also has better stability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning products, in particular to a multifunctional cleaning scrub cream and a preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning scrub cream.
Background
The scrub is an emulsion type skin cleansing product containing uniform fine particles, which is mainly used to remove dirt in the deep layer of the skin, and can peel off aged scaly keratin by rubbing on the skin to remove dead skin. The scrub cream can be classified into a plant type, an donkey milk type, an essential oil type, a pearl powder type, a chemical type and a flower essential oil type according to the components, and the scrub cream can be classified into facial care and body care according to the care subjects. When the scrub cream is used, the problems of skin and friction force are needed to be taken into consideration, the using effect and using experience of a user are influenced by the quality of the scrub cream, and the quality of the scrub cream is determined by the cleaning force, the using skin feel and the stability of the scrub cream.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a multifunctional cleaning scrub cream and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a multifunctional cleaning scrub cream comprises phase A component, phase B component, phase C component and citric acid; the phase A component comprises water, a surfactant HM 60; the phase B component comprises vegetable oil, synthetic oil and mineral oil; the phase C component comprises plant-derived and mineral-derived frosted particles.
Preferably, the raw materials of the surfactant comprise water, sodium lauroyl lactylate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl amphoacetate.
Preferably, the vegetable oil comprises olive oil, wild soybean oil, almond oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, corn germ oil, meadowfoam seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, camellia seed oil, argan oil, castor oil; the synthetic oil comprises isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl isostearate, isooctyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate, glycerol triethylhexanoate and hexadecanol/octadecanol; the mineral oil comprises No. 7 white oil, No. 10 white oil, No. 26 white oil, isododecane, isohexadecane and isoeicosane.
Preferably, the frosted particles comprise walnut shell powder, pecan shell powder, sweet almond shell powder, apricot seed powder, microcrystalline cellulose, selamelam ammonium hectorite, hydrated silica, ginseng micro powder, motherwort micro powder and wild chrysanthemum flower micro powder.
A preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning scrub cream comprises the following steps: s1 processing the phase A component; heating the phase A raw material to 75 ℃, stirring until the phase A raw material is completely dissolved, and keeping the temperature for 15 minutes; s2 processing the B phase component; stopping heating the phase A component, adding the phase B component at normal temperature, stirring at high speed for 3min, and cooling; s3 mixing treatment; after the high-speed stirring and mixing are finished, adding citric acid and sodium chloride, and continuing to stir at high speed for 10min to cool; s4 processing the C phase component; when the temperature is reduced to below 50 ℃, essence, silicone oil, preservative and C phase component are added, and the mixture is stirred at high speed and discharged.
Preferably, in the step of processing the B phase component in S2, the stirring speed is 2000 rpm.
Preferably, the vacuum homogenization is kept during the processing and production process.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the obtained scrub cream has the effects of bathing, face cleaning, makeup removal, scrub, skin moistening, hair washing and the like, has excellent viscosity-temperature performance, has a tough cream body structure from extreme cold temperature to extreme hot temperature, can stably suspend various scrub particles, has high cleaning power, is suitable for various skin types, and also has better stability.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a multifunctional cleansing scrub, which comprises a phase a component, a phase B component, a phase C component, and citric acid; the phase A component comprises water and a surfactant HM 60; the phase B component comprises vegetable oil, synthetic oil and mineral oil; the C phase component comprises plant-derived and mineral-derived frosted particles.
Further, the raw materials of the surfactant comprise water, sodium lauroyl lactylate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl amphoacetate.
Further, the vegetable oil includes olive oil, wild soybean oil, almond oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, corn germ oil, meadowfoam seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, camellia seed oil, argan oil, castor oil; synthetic oils include isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl isostearate, isooctyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate, glycerol triethylhexanoate, and hexadecanol/octadecanol; the mineral oil comprises No. 7 white oil, No. 10 white oil, No. 26 white oil, isododecane, isohexadecane, and isoeicosane.
Further, the frosted particles comprise walnut shell powder, American hickory shell powder, sweet almond shell powder, apricot seed powder, microcrystalline cellulose, selamelam ammonium hectorite, hydrated silica, ginseng micro powder, motherwort micro powder and wild chrysanthemum micro powder.
A preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning scrub cream comprises the following steps: s1 processing the phase A component; heating the phase A raw material to 75 ℃, stirring until the phase A raw material is completely dissolved, and keeping the temperature for 15 minutes; s2 processing the B phase component; stopping heating the phase A component, adding the phase B component at normal temperature, stirring at high speed for 3min, and cooling; s3 mixing treatment; after the high-speed stirring and mixing are finished, adding citric acid and sodium chloride, and continuing to stir at high speed for 10min to cool; s4 processing the C phase component; when the temperature is reduced to below 50 ℃, essence, silicone oil, preservative and C phase component are added, and the mixture is stirred at high speed and discharged.
Further, in the step of processing the B phase component in S2, the stirring speed was 2000 rpm.
Further, the vacuum homogenization is kept during the processing and production process.
According to the steps, the obtained scrub cream finished product needs to be subjected to a safety test, and the test method comprises the following steps: the subjects were 30 healthy women aged 18-40 years (dry, oily, sensitive muscle 1/3 each), each subject was used as a facial cleansing product for 1 week, a body cleansing product for 1 week, and visited on days 0, 3, and 7, and any adverse reactions of the subjects during the product use period, including the manifestation, time of occurrence, remedial measures, and improvement of the adverse reactions, were learned, examined, and recorded.
Adverse reaction grading is judged according to the regulation of 2015 edition of technical Specification for safety of cosmetics:
level 0: negative reaction, no skin reaction;
level 1: suspicious reaction, weak erythema on the skin;
and 2, stage: weak positive reaction, erythema, infiltration, edema, and pimple on skin;
and 3, level: strong positive reaction, erythema, infiltration, pimple, edema and herpes appear on the skin, and the reaction exceeds the tested area;
4, level: very strong positive reaction, obvious erythema, severe infiltration, edema and comprehensive herpes, and the reaction exceeds the tested area.
The following is a specific formulation given for a number of examples, and each example was evaluated for safety and functionality.
Example one
The scrub cream comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight.
Phase A component: 10 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of olive oil, 5 parts of wild soybean oil, 5 parts of almond oil, 5 parts of sweet almond oil and 5 parts of rice bran oil; c phase component: 1 part of walnut shell powder, 1 part of apricot seed powder and 2 parts of hydrated silica; 0.8 part of citric acid, and water is added into the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
Example two
Phase A component: 15 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of jojoba seed oil, 4 parts of corn germ, 4 parts of chinlon oil, 3 parts of coconut oil, 1 part of avocado oil, 1 part of grape seed oil, 1 part of camellia seed oil, 1 part of argan oil and 1 part of castor oil; c phase component: 1.5 parts of American hickory shell powder, 1 part of sweet almond shell powder and 1.5 parts of silica; 0.9 part of citric acid, and water is added into the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
EXAMPLE III
Phase A component: 20 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of olive oil, 10 parts of sunflower seed oil and 10 parts of meadowfoam seed oil; c phase component: 3 parts of American hickory nut shell powder and 1.5 parts of ginseng micro powder; 0.9 part of citric acid, and water is added into the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
Example four
Phase A component: 35 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of olive oil, 15 parts of sunflower seed oil and 5 parts of corn germ oil; c phase component: 4 parts of sweet almond shell powder and 1 part of hydrated silica; 1 part of citric acid, and water is added into the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
EXAMPLE five
Phase A component: 5 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of isopropyl palmitate, 5 parts of isopropyl myristate, 1 part of isopropyl isostearate, 1 part of isooctyl palmitate, 1 part of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1 part of isononyl isononanoate, 1 part of glycerol triethylhexanoate and 1 part of hexadecanol/octadecanol; c phase component: 1 part of microcrystalline cellulose, 1 part of motherwort micro powder and 1 part of wild chrysanthemum micro powder; 0.5 part of citric acid, and water is added into the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
EXAMPLE six
Phase A component: 25 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: 5 parts of No. 7 white oil, 5 parts of No. 10 white oil, 5 parts of No. 26 white oil, 2 parts of isododecane, 2 parts of isohexadecane and 1 part of isoeicosane; c phase component: 2 parts of sela ammonium chloride hectorite; and adding water to the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
EXAMPLE seven
Phase A component: 40 parts of a surfactant; b phase component: none; c phase component: 1 part of motherwort micro powder and 2 parts of selea chloride hectorite; 1 part of citric acid; and adding water to the phase A component to 100 parts.
According to the preparation method, the raw materials are prepared and processed to obtain the finished product of the scrub cream.
The seven above examples were subjected to safety tests, and the test results: the number of reaction stages of all subjects is 0, and the frosted product has no adverse reaction and no allergy. The product of the invention is safe to use and is suitable for any skin.
The use of the scrub creams prepared in examples 1-7 were evaluated, and the evaluation dimensions included: cleaning strength and skin feeling after use; and meanwhile, evaluating the stability condition of the scrub cream system to determine whether the corresponding scrub particles can be stably suspended.
The seven examples were subjected to safety tests, and the trial population was 30 healthy women aged 18-40 years. Using examples 1-7 in sequence, each example was tried for 1 week and then the results were evaluated and averaged, with a score of 0-10: 0 pole difference; 10 is excellent. The stability of the scrub cream system was also observed.
Figure 1 was obtained from the functional effect scores. The use of the scrub creams prepared in examples 1-7 were evaluated, and the evaluation dimensions included: cleaning strength and skin feeling after use; and meanwhile, evaluating the stability condition of the scrub cream system to determine whether the corresponding scrub particles can be stably suspended.
The trial population is 30 healthy women aged 18-40 years. Using examples 1-7 in sequence, each example was tried for 1 week and then the results were evaluated and averaged, with a score of 0-10: 0 pole difference; 10 is excellent. The stability of the scrub cream system was also observed.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.

Claims (7)
1. The multifunctional cleaning scrub cream is characterized in that raw materials comprise a phase A component, a phase B component, a phase C component and citric acid; the phase A component comprises water, a surfactant HM 60; the phase B component comprises vegetable oil, synthetic oil and mineral oil; the phase C component comprises plant-derived and mineral-derived frosted particles.
2. The multifunctional cleansing scrub of claim 1 wherein the surfactant comprises water, sodium lauroyl lactylate, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, and sodium lauroamphoacetate.
3. The multifunctional cleansing scrub of claim 1, wherein said vegetable oil comprises olive oil, soybean oil, almond oil, sweet almond oil, rice bran oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, corn germ oil, meadowfoam seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, camellia seed oil, argan oil, castor oil;
the synthetic oil comprises isopropyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl isostearate, isooctyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate, glycerol triethylhexanoate and hexadecanol/octadecanol;
the mineral oil comprises No. 7 white oil, No. 10 white oil, No. 26 white oil, isododecane, isohexadecane and isoeicosane.

The multifunctional cleaning scrub cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scrub particles comprise walnut shell powder, pecan shell powder, sweet almond shell powder, apricot seed powder, microcrystalline cellulose, sela-ammonium hectorite, hydrated silica, ginseng micropowder, motherwort micropowder, and wild chrysanthemum micropowder.
5. The preparation method of the multifunctional cleaning scrub cream is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1 processing the phase A component; heating the phase A raw material to 75 ℃, stirring until the phase A raw material is completely dissolved, and keeping the temperature for 15 minutes;
s2 processing the B phase component; stopping heating the phase A component, adding the phase B component at normal temperature, stirring at high speed for 3min, and cooling;
s3 mixing treatment; after the high-speed stirring and mixing are finished, adding citric acid and sodium chloride, and continuing to stir at high speed for 10min to cool;
s4 processing the C phase component; when the temperature is reduced to below 50 ℃, essence, silicone oil, preservative and C phase component are added, and the mixture is stirred at high speed and discharged.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of processing the phase B component at S2 is performed at a stirring speed of 2000 rpm.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the multifunctional cleansing scrub is vacuum homogenized during processing.
