a transmission chamber is arranged at one end, away from the concave cover, of the barrel, a connecting pipe is arranged at the other end of the transmission chamber, the transmission chamber is communicated with the barrel, a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate are arranged in the transmission chamber, a connecting cylinder and an insertion rod are respectively fixed at one side, close to each other, of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, the insertion rod is inserted into the connecting cylinder, a second reset spring is fixed between the bottom end of the insertion rod and the bottom of the connecting cylinder, a sleeve is fixed at the other side of the first mounting plate, the sleeve is inserted into the connecting pipe, the motor is installed at the other side of the second mounting plate, the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the motor, an output shaft of the motor penetrates through the second mounting plate, a drill bit is coaxially fixed on the output shaft of the motor, and the drill bit is inserted into the sleeve;

In the embodiment, when the device is used, calculus dissolving liquid is input into the barrel 1 through the liquid adding pipe 5, the connecting pipe 3 is extended into the urethra, the probe 23 penetrates through calculus in the urethra, when the calculus is encountered, the calculus is located between the limiting block 26 and the sleeve 19, the motor 15 is started, the motor 15 drives the drill bit 21 to rotate and pushes the pressing head 7, the pressing head 7 drives the connecting rod 8 to move, the connecting rod 8 pushes the motor 15 to move and simultaneously drives the sleeve 19 and the drill bit 21 to move, the calculus is firstly extruded and fixed by the matching of the drill bit 21 and the limiting block 26, meanwhile, the pressing head 7 is continuously extruded, the second reset spring 18 is compressed, the calculus is simultaneously crushed by the drill bit 21, the crushed calculus falls on the arc-shaped plate 27 and falls into the collecting tank 25 through the collecting hole 28 and is collected by the collecting tank 25, and the electric push rod 11 and the ultrasonic generator 12 are opened, the electric push rod 11 pushes the piston 10 to move, the piston 10 extrudes the calculus ablation liquid, the calculus ablation liquid enters the urethra through the transmission chamber 2, the connecting pipe 3 and the water spraying holes 24, meanwhile, the liquid generates high-frequency small-amplitude vibration by the ultrasonic generator 12, and the calculus is washed, so that the calculus adhered to the inner wall of the urethra can be easily removed.
