The control switch may be a handle, button or the like. The control switch is provided on the left or right side of the seat frame 150. In this embodiment, a button design is adopted and is disposed at the left side or the right side of the seat frame 150, so that a user can conveniently control the operation of the gas spring 600 through the button, thereby performing any switching between the wheelchair and the rocking chair.
The user leans on the back rest 160, and operates the control switch such as a button, presses the button, can drive the back rest 160 to slowly swing backwards under the action of the gas spring 600, and then drives the arc rocker 200 to swing downwards until the arc rocker 200 reaches the ground, at this time, the arc rocker 200 is just tangential with the outer circle of the driving wheel 120, and then the button is released, the gas spring 600 can be self-locked, so that the arc rocker 200 and the back rest 160 are stably fixed, and the wheelchair state is converted into the rocking chair state.
Then, when the back of the user leans forward slightly, the button of the air spring 600 is pressed without applying excessive pressure to the back rest 160, and at this time, the acting force of the air spring 600 is greater than the pressure of the back to the back rest 160, so that the telescopic end of the air spring 600 automatically stretches and drives the back rest 160 to swing forward, and simultaneously drives the rear end of the arc rocker 200 to swing upward, leave the ground and switch to a wheelchair state, and at this time, the driving wheel 120 and the front wheel 130 land, thereby providing a guarantee for the stability of the wheelchair body.
The arrangement of the air spring 600 can effectively support the backrest frame 160, and adjust the inclination angle of the backrest frame 160 through the telescopic action of the air spring 600 so as to improve the comfort of a user, and when the user leans against the backrest cushion 110, the air spring 600 controls the arc rocking rod 200 to slowly swing down, and after leaving the backrest cushion 110, the air spring 600 controls the arc rocking rod 200 to slowly swing up, and the air spring 600 is adopted, so that the problem that the gravity center is unstable when the wheelchair and the rocking chair are converted when the wheelchair is sitting on the wheelchair can be effectively solved.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 to 11, the folding mechanism 500 is connected to the front wheel 130 and the seat frame 150, respectively, for driving the front wheel 130 to swing. When the wheelchair is in the rocking chair state, the folding mechanism 500 drives the front wheels 130 to swing backwards and leave the ground, so that the front wheels 130 are prevented from obstructing the wheelchair in the rocking chair state. When the wheelchair is switched to the wheelchair state, the folding mechanism 500 drives the front wheels 130 to swing forward to reach the ground, so as to effectively support the wheelchair body.
Specifically, the folding mechanism 500 includes a fixed bracket 540, a support bar 560, a slide bar 520, a connecting member 510, and a locking member.
The fixing support 540 is horizontally arranged, the fixing support 540 is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat frame 150, the fixing support 540 is connected with the seat frame 150 through screws, and the fixing support 540 is positioned below the seat cushion 140. The fixing bracket 540 is provided with a limiting hole 550, and two ends of the limiting hole 550 are arranged front and back. The desired limiting aperture 550 may be a kidney-shaped aperture. The fixing bracket 540 may be made of a metal material.
The bottom end of the supporting rod 560 is connected with the front wheel 130, the top end of the supporting rod 560 is hinged with the fixing bracket 540, and the supporting rod 560 can swing back and forth around the hinge position of the supporting rod 560 and the fixing bracket 540. In this embodiment, the support bar 560 is hinged to the front end of the fixing bracket 540. The support bar 560 may be made of a metal material.
The sliding rod 520 is horizontally disposed in the left-right direction, and the sliding rod 520 is disposed in the limiting hole 550 and is movable back and forth along the length direction of the limiting hole 550. In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the sliding rod 520 is circular, and the sliding rod 520 is adapted to the limiting hole 550. The sliding rod 520 may be made of a metal material.
One end of the connecting member 510 is hinged to the supporting rod 560, and the other end of the connecting member 510 is connected to the sliding rod 520 by welding or screw connection. In this embodiment, the connecting members 510 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the support rod 560, and two connecting members 510 are respectively connected to two ends of the sliding rod 520. The connection member 510 may be made of a metal material.
When the slide rod 520 moves forward along the limit hole 550, the link 510 moves with the forward movement of the slide rod 520, and the link 510 drives the support rod 560 to swing forward, and when the slide rod 520 moves forward, the support rod 560 swings in place, and the front wheel 130 reaches the ground.
When the sliding rod 520 moves backward along the limiting hole 550, the connecting piece 510 moves along with the backward movement of the sliding rod 520, and the connecting piece 510 drives the supporting rod 560 to swing backward, so that the front wheel 130 is folded and stored, and the front wheel 130 is separated from the ground.
The locking member is connected to the fixing bracket 540, and the locking member is clamped with the sliding rod 520. Through the setting of locking piece, carry out the joint to slide bar 520, make slide bar 520 unable back removal to ensure that front wheel 130 can stably powerfully support whole wheelchair body. Moreover, when the front wheel 130 is in the folded state, the locking member can block the sliding rod 520, so as to prevent the sliding rod 520 from moving forward and causing the front wheel 130 to fall to the ground.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 6, 7, 9 and 11, the locking member is a locking block 530. The locking piece 530 may be made of a metal material. The locking block 530 is provided with a hinge shaft horizontally arranged left and right, and the hinge shaft is connected with the fixing bracket 540. The fixing bracket 540 is provided with a mounting hole 542, and the hinge shaft is mounted to the mounting hole 542. And, the hinge shaft is positioned below the limiting hole 550.
The long end of the locking piece 530 is provided with an arc end surface, the arc end surface is semicircular, and the axial direction of the arc end surface is horizontal left and right. The long end of the locking piece 530 is engaged with the sliding rod 520, and the long end of the locking piece 530 abuts against the fixing bracket 540. The short end of the locking piece 530 may abut against the fixing bracket 540.
When the front wheel 130 is landed, the sliding rod 520 is moved forward to a proper position, and then the arc end surface of the long end of the locking piece 530 is contacted with the circumferential surface of the sliding rod 520, and at the moment, the long end of the locking piece 530 is positioned above the sliding rod 520, so that the sliding rod 520 is clamped with the locking piece 530, and the front wheel 130 can be ensured to have a stable and powerful supporting effect, as shown in fig. 6.
Because the arc end surface and the cross section of the sliding rod 520 are circular, the short end of the locking piece 530 is acted by an upward force, so that the long end of the locking piece 530 overcomes the friction between the locking piece and the sliding rod 520 and swings down until the locking piece is positioned below the sliding rod 520, thereby releasing the blocking effect of the locking piece 530 on the sliding rod 520, facilitating the sliding rod 520 to move to the rear side of the limiting hole 550, and folding the front wheel 130. Moreover, because the long end of the locking piece 530 is heavier than the short end thereof, the locking piece 530 swings up under the action of gravity until the locking piece abuts against the fixed bracket 540, and cannot swing continuously, and the short end of the locking piece 530 abuts against the fixed bracket 540, so that the short end of the locking piece 530 blocks the sliding rod 520, and the blocking influence caused by downward swinging of the front wheel 130 in the rocking chair state is avoided, as shown in fig. 9.
Of course, a torsion spring may be disposed on the hinge shaft, and by the arrangement of the torsion spring, the long end of the locking block 530 may be driven to always abut against the fixing bracket 540. When the front wheel 130 in the folded state is restored to the normal use state, the user only swings the support rod 560 forward, so that the sliding rod 520 moves forward in the limiting hole 550, the sliding rod 520 applies a downward force to the long end of the locking piece 530, so that the sliding rod 520 moves forward in place, and then the long end of the locking piece 530 resets, and a blocking effect is applied to the sliding rod 520.
As shown in fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the fixing bracket 540 is provided with a groove 541 with a downward opening, the limiting holes 550 are respectively disposed on the left side and the right side of the groove 541, and the locking block 530 is disposed in the groove 541. The arrangement of the grooves 541 is beneficial to enhancing the connection strength of the sliding rod 520 and the fixed bracket 540, and also enhancing the connection strength of the locking piece 530 and the fixed bracket 540, so that the locking piece 530 is enabled to bear a larger acting force from the sliding rod 520 for a long time, and the service life of the folding mechanism 500 is prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the locking member is a locking screw 570. The locking screw 570 is vertically arranged, the locking screw 570 is connected with the fixing support 540, and specifically, the fixing support 540 is provided with a screw hole, the locking screw 570 is screwed into the screw hole from top to bottom, and the bottom end of the locking screw 570 can be promoted to be clamped with the sliding rod 520. By screwing in or out the lock screw 570, the locking relationship of the lock screw 570 with the slide rod 520 can be established or the blocking effect of the lock screw 570 on the slide rod 520 can be released.
By adopting the design, the locking screw 570 not only can play a powerful blocking role, but also can ensure stronger connection strength between the locking screw 570 and the fixed support, and the locking screw is prevented from being separated from the fixed support when the rocking chair or the wheelchair is used.
In some embodiments, the locking member is a blocking lever. The blocking rod is vertically arranged, a step hole is formed in the top of the fixing support 540, the blocking rod is arranged in the step hole, and the bottom end of the blocking rod is clamped with the sliding rod 520.
The fixed support 540 is provided with the step hole, the blocking rod is inserted into the step hole from top to bottom, the sliding rod 520 can be blocked after the blocking rod moves downwards in place, and when the blocking effect of the blocking rod on the sliding rod 520 needs to be relieved, the blocking rod only needs to be lifted upwards, so that the operation of the old and the disabled is very convenient.
The multifunctional wheelchair provided by the invention is a novel wheelchair product combining the rocking chair and the wheelchair, so that a user can finish the conversion between the rocking chair and the wheelchair without the help of other people, the multifunctional wheelchair is convenient for the old living alone to use, the burden of the child for the old is relieved to a great extent, the old can be helped to realize life self-care to a great extent, and the life happiness is improved. And the whole wheelchair is stable and solid in structure and convenient to operate, and can bring a new experience to people.
While the preferred embodiment of the present application has been described in detail, the application is not limited to the embodiments, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application, and these modifications and substitutions are intended to be included in the scope of the present application as defined in the appended claims.
