A using method of an efficient filling machine for wine specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, injecting fermented and brewed wine into the wine tank body 201 from the wine inlet 203, opening a butterfly valve 208 below the wine outlet 207 after the wine is filled in the wine tank body 201, starting a control regulating motor 604 to rotate forwards, enabling a piston mounting plate 602 to drive a piston rod 302 to move downwards, sucking the wine in the wine tank body 201 into a cylinder 301, and closing the regulating motor 604 when the piston rod 302 descends to the lowest point;
step two, the conveying belt 501 is started, wine bottles are conveyed to the position of the filling support assembly 4 from the upper side of the conveying belt 501, the positioning cylinder 505 is started to enable the output end of the positioning cylinder 505 to extend, the output end of the positioning cylinder 505 pushes the positioning support 506 towards the direction of the conveying belt 501, the wine bottles are fixed between the grooves of the positioning plate 508 and the bottle blocking frame 502, the wine bottles are located right below the filling head body 408, then the lifting cylinder 404 is started to enable the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 to contract, the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 drives the filling lifting plate 403 to descend, and the bottom end of the filling head body 408 extends into the wine bottles;
step three, starting the adjusting motor 604 to rotate reversely, so that the piston mounting plate 602 drives the piston rod 302 to move upwards, the piston rod 302 presses the wine in the cylinder 301 into the wine bottle through the three-way pipe 303, the second one-way valve joint 305 and the filling head body 408, when the piston rod 302 reaches a preset position in the cylinder 301, the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 is controlled to extend, the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 drives the filling lifting plate 403 to move upwards, so that the bottom end of the filling head body 408 is moved out of the wine bottle to return to the initial position, and then starting the adjusting motor 604 to rotate forwards, so that the inside of the cylinder 301 is filled with the wine again;
and step four, controlling the output end of the positioning cylinder 505 to contract, pulling the positioning support 506 back to the initial position by the output end of the positioning cylinder 505, starting the conveyer belt 501, sending out the filled wine bottles, and repeating the steps after the filled wine bottles enter a new empty wine bottle.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the efficient filling machine is used, firstly, a discharge opening 205 on one side of a wine can body 201 is sealed, the initial position of a piston rod 302 is at the highest position, the output end of a lifting cylinder 404 is in an extension state, a positioning cylinder 505 is in a contraction state, a hand wheel 406 is rotated to drive a threaded rod 405 to rotate, the height of a filling lifting plate 403 is adjusted by rotating the threaded rod 405, and the initial position of a filling head body 408 is higher than the height of the opening of a wine bottle; then, the fermented and brewed wine is injected into the wine tank body 201 from the wine inlet 203, the wine fills the wine tank body 201, the full-tank overflow outlet 204 can lead out redundant wine, at the moment, a butterfly valve 208 below the wine outlet 207 is opened, an adjusting motor 604 is started, the adjusting motor 604 is controlled to rotate forward, the output end of the adjusting motor 604 drives a driving pulley 605 to rotate, the driving pulley 605 drives a driven pulley 606 to rotate through a transmission belt, the driven pulley 606 drives a screw rod 607 to rotate, the screw rod 607 is in threaded connection with a piston mounting plate 602, the piston mounting plate 602 drives a piston rod 302 to move downward, the wine in the wine tank body 201 is sucked into the cylinder 301 through a first one-way valve joint 304, and when the piston rod 302 descends to the lowest point, the adjusting motor 604 is closed;
the conveying belt 501 is started, wine bottles are conveyed to the position of the filling support assembly 4 from the upper side of the conveying belt 501, the positioning air cylinder 505 is started to enable the output end of the positioning air cylinder 505 to extend, the output end of the positioning air cylinder 505 pushes the positioning support 506 towards the direction of the conveying belt 501, the wine bottles are fixed between the grooves of the positioning plate 508 and the bottle blocking frame 502, the wine bottles are located right below the filling head body 408, then the lifting air cylinder 404 is started to enable the output end of the lifting air cylinder 404 to contract, and the output end of the lifting air cylinder 404 drives the filling lifting plate 403 to descend, so that the bottom end of the filling;
the adjusting motor 604 is moved to rotate reversely, so that the piston mounting plate 602 drives the piston rod 302 to move upwards, the piston rod 302 presses the wine in the cylinder 301 into the wine bottle through the three-way pipe 303, the second one-way valve joint 305 and the filling head body 408, when the piston rod 302 reaches a preset position in the cylinder 301, the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 is controlled to extend, the output end of the lifting cylinder 404 drives the filling lifting plate 403 to move upwards, the bottom end of the filling head body 408 is moved out of the wine bottle to return to the initial position, and then the adjusting motor 604 is started to rotate forwards, so that the inside of the cylinder 301 is filled with the wine again; the output end of the positioning cylinder 505 is controlled to contract, the output end of the positioning cylinder 505 pulls the positioning bracket 506 back to the initial position, the conveyer belt 501 is started, and the filled wine bottles are sent out.

and fourthly, controlling the output end of the positioning cylinder (505) to contract, pulling the positioning support (506) back to the initial position by the output end of the positioning cylinder (505), starting the conveyer belt (501), sending out the filled wine bottles, and repeating the steps after the filled wine bottles enter new empty wine bottles.
