The system comprises a connecting channel arranged between an outlet air flue of a boiler blower and an inlet flue of a draught fan, and a flue gas recirculation loop arranged between an outlet flue of an economizer and a SOFA air box; the connecting channel is close to the outlet of the air feeder and the inlet of the induced draft fan; the flue gas recirculation loop is close to the outlet of the economizer; the flue gas recirculation loop comprises a flue gas recirculation fan and a flue gas regulating valve; the inlet of the flue gas recirculation fan is connected with the outlet flue of the economizer, and the outlet of the flue gas recirculation fan is connected with the SOFA nozzle; the outlet of the smoke recirculation fan is also connected with the main combustion nozzle of the boiler through a pipeline. The deep peak regulation is an operation mode that the output of each power plant is reduced and a generator set exceeds a basic peak regulation range to regulate the peak due to the large influence of the load peak-valley difference of the power grid; the load range of the deep peak regulation exceeds the lowest stable combustion load of the power plant boiler, for example, the deep peak regulation amplitude is about 30% ECR.
In order to improve the capability of a power grid for receiving more clean energy, the coal-fired power plant is required to improve the capability of deep peak shaving, the deep peak shaving brings a series of problems to a coal-fired power generating set, and under the deep peak shaving, a boiler blower exceeds a normal adjustment range, so that the running oxygen amount is very high, and the problems of high SCR inlet NOx concentration, large smoke discharge heat loss, low reheating steam temperature of a boiler and the like are brought.

when the sufficient flue gas amount of a boiler furnace and a heating surface flue needs to be ensured, a flue gas recirculation loop from an economizer outlet flue to a SOFA air box is started, the recirculated flue gas directly enters the SOFA air box and then enters the furnace through a SOFA nozzle, and the combustion of a main burner area is not interfered.
Furthermore, the air quantity which does not enter the hearth is measured by an air quantity measuring device and is adjusted by using a damper.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

The invention relates to a boiler flue gas and air system suitable for deep peak shaving, which comprises a connecting channel and a flue gas recirculation loop, wherein the connecting channel is connected and arranged on a boiler hearth, and the flue gas recirculation loop is connected with the connecting channel; the flue gas recirculation loop comprises a flue gas recirculation fan 3, a flue gas regulating valve 4 and an air flow metering device; the connecting channel comprises an air supply adjusting bypass 5 and an air quantity metering device;
the air supply adjusting bypass 5 is arranged on a pipeline between an outlet flue of the boiler blower 1 and an inlet flue of the induced draft fan 2;
the flue gas regulating valve 4 and the flue gas recirculation fan 3 are sequentially arranged on a pipeline between an outlet flue of the economizer 7 and the SOFA air box;
in the preferred embodiment, a flue gas recirculation device is added in the SCR inlet flue and is connected with a main combustion nozzle 9 of the boiler. The connecting channel between the air duct at the outlet of the air feeder 1 and the air duct at the outlet of the induced draft fan 2 is provided with an air quantity metering device and an air regulating door; and an air quantity metering device is also arranged on a flue gas recirculation loop between the outlet flue of the economizer 7 and the SOFA air box.
In practical application, a connecting channel from an outlet air duct of a blower 1 to an inlet air duct of an induced draft fan 2 is additionally arranged on an existing coal-fired boiler flue gas system (comprising a boiler flue, an air duct and a hearth), and a flue gas recirculation loop from an outlet air duct of an economizer 7 to a SOFA air box is additionally arranged.
On the basis of the system, the invention also provides a peak shaving method of the boiler smoke and air system suitable for deep peak shaving, which comprises the following steps,
when the boiler enters deep peak shaving operation, a connecting channel from an outlet of the air feeder 1 to an inlet of the induced draft fan 2 is opened, partial air quantity is directly introduced to the inlet of the induced draft fan 2 and does not pass through a hearth, so that the air quantity participating in combustion is reduced, the air quantity which does not enter the hearth can be measured by an air quantity measuring device, and a damper is used for adjusting;
when the sufficient flue gas amount of a boiler furnace and a heating surface flue needs to be ensured, a flue gas recirculation loop from an outlet flue of an economizer 7 to a SOFA air box is started, the recirculated flue gas directly enters the SOFA air box and then enters the furnace through a SOFA nozzle 8, the combustion in a main burner area is not interfered, the function of maintaining the necessary flue gas amount is achieved, and the reheating steam temperature is favorably improved.
