Abstract

The air conditioning system comprises an air conditioning system, a ventilation system and an air conditioning control system; the air-conditioning control system is connected with the air-conditioning system; the air conditioning system is disposed within the ventilation system. The ventilation system comprises a ventilation pipe; the ventilation pipe comprises an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet is arranged at the right lower part of the front windshield of the automobile body and is communicated with the outside; the air outlet is an air outlet of the automobile cockpit. The air conditioning system comprises a blower, an air conditioner and a super filter element; the super filter element is arranged between the air inlet end and the blower turbine. The air conditioner control system is fixed on the vehicle body or the instrument panel; the air conditioner control system comprises an air conditioner controller; the air conditioner controller is provided with a one-key ventilation key; the air conditioner controller controls the air conditioning system; the one-key ventilation key controls the air conditioner controller through voltage, and then the air conditioner controller controls the operation of the air conditioning system. Under the working condition that the window is not easy to open and ventilate, a driver can quickly replace air in the vehicle through simple operation.

The super filter element 1-3 is a composite air conditioner filter element with a multilayer structure.
The air conditioner control system is fixed on a vehicle body or an instrument panel; the air-conditioning control system comprises an air-conditioning controller 3; the air conditioner controller 3 is provided with a one-key ventilation key 4; the air conditioner controller 3 controls the air conditioning system 1; the one-key ventilation key 4 controls the air-conditioning controller 3 through voltage, and then the air-conditioning controller 3 controls the operation of the air-conditioning system 1.
And the one-key ventilation key 4 enters a ventilation state when pressed.
The ventilation state is a face blowing/foot blowing mode, a five-gear air volume and an external circulation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention can realize one-key ventilation in the vehicle under the condition of relatively balanced ventilation time, noise and capacity;
2) the super filter element disclosed by the invention is applied to a multi-point melting and spraying technology, nano microporous activated carbon adsorption, electrostatic adsorption, cold catalyst catalysis, long-acting antibiosis and other core technologies, adopts a multilayer structure, integrates various filtering effects, can efficiently remove suspended particles such as dust, large particulate matters, pollen, peculiar smell, PM2.5 and the like in a vehicle, decomposes and removes automobile exhaust, formaldehyde, TVOC and other gaseous pollutants, and has a mildew-proof and antibacterial function. Under the condition that the air volume is 500m3/h, the wind resistance is less than 80 Pa; the PM 2.5240 second filtration efficiency is more than 90%, the formaldehyde 480 second filtration efficiency is more than 85%, and the TVOC 480 second filtration efficiency is more than 90%; under the equal filtration efficiency condition, the windage reduces by a wide margin, has characteristics such as high filtration efficiency, low windage, provides clean air for the cockpit.

The air conditioning system 1 comprises a blower 1-1, an air conditioner 1-2 and a super filter element 1-3; the super filter element 1-3 is arranged between the air inlet end and the blower turbine.
The super filter element 1-3 is a composite air conditioner filter element with a multilayer structure.
The super filter element applies a multi-point melting and spraying technology, nano microporous activated carbon adsorption, electrostatic adsorption, cold catalyst catalysis, long-acting antibiosis and other core technologies, adopts a multilayer structure, integrates various filtering effects, can efficiently remove dust, large particulate matters, pollen, peculiar smell, PM2.5 and other suspended particles in a vehicle, decomposes and removes automobile tail gas, formaldehyde, TVOC and other gaseous pollutants, and has mildew-proof and antibacterial functions. The ventilation state is a face blowing/foot blowing mode, a five-gear air volume and an external circulation.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for one-touch ventilation of a vehicle includes the following steps:
step S1, starting a ventilation function;
step S2, judging the current air-conditioning mode, if the current setting is five-gear wind, face/foot blowing and external circulation, executing the current operation; if not, the flow proceeds to step S3;
step S3, judging whether the current air-out mode is the front defrosting mode, if yes, exiting the ventilation function; if not, the driving motor is driven to the designated operation position, and the step S4 is executed;
and step S4, after entering the ventilation function, judging whether the air volume is five-gear air, and selecting to continue or quit the ventilation function.
The current air-conditioning mode of the second step comprises air quantity, an air outlet mode and an air inlet mode.
The air outlet volume of the 5-gear air is 60-70% of the maximum air volume.
The default position of the air volume/air outlet mode/air inlet mode is selected, and according to the flow simulation calculation and NVH verification of the real vehicle, the five-gear air volume, the face blowing/foot blowing mode and the external circulation, the circulation of the gas in the vehicle can be completed once within a relatively short time and an acceptable noise range.
The invention can realize one-key ventilation in the vehicle under the condition of relatively balanced ventilation time, noise and capacity.
