Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cleaning robots, and particularly relates to an automatic integrated cleaning robot.
Background
Currently, most of the cleaning robots are used to sweep dust in a room to clean the room, and the cleaning robots on the market collect the dust and loose debris by a suction force generated from a water absorbing assembly included therein. The cleaning purpose is a thorough cleaning scheme that the ground is required to be cleaned except for dust, so that a floor sweeping and floor mopping integrated robot is also available in the market, the floor swept by the floor sweeping and floor mopping integrated robot is cleaned by a built-in water tank, however, stains attached to a mop on the floor are more and more along with the cleaning, the effect of cleaning the ground is reduced, secondary pollution is brought to the cleaned ground, the cleaning of the ground is seriously affected, and therefore, how to timely treat the stains generated after cleaning and ensure the effectiveness of ground cleaning are a great problem faced by cleaning robots.
Meanwhile, for the cleaning robot, the volume of the water tank in the cleaning robot is often limited, long-time continuous work cannot be guaranteed, liquid needs to be manually replaced, and work is inconvenient, so that the integrated automatic cleaning robot is designed to solve the problem urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic integrated cleaning robot, and aims to solve the problems in the background technology. In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an automatic integrated cleaning robot comprises a cleaning robot and a liquid changing device, wherein a containing seat for containing the cleaning robot is arranged at the bottom of the liquid changing device, and the liquid changing device is used for carrying out liquid exchange with the cleaning robot; the cleaning robot comprises a mobile control platform, a clean water tank, a sewage tank and a cleaning assembly, wherein the mobile control platform is arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning robot and used for monitoring the environment of a cleaning area and controlling the cleaning robot to perform cleaning work. The clean water tank and the sewage tank are arranged on the cleaning robot side by side, and the volume of the clean water tank is larger than that of the sewage tank; the cleaning assembly is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the cleaning robot; a clear water liquid changing box and a sewage liquid changing box are also arranged in the liquid changing device, and upper water tank covers are arranged above the clear water liquid changing box and the sewage liquid changing box; the clear water trades the liquid case and is used for supplying clear water for the clear water tank, the sewage trades the liquid case and is used for absorbing the sewage of sewage case.
Preferably, the cleaning robot further comprises a water injection port, a sewage water suction port, a traveling wheel, a universal wheel and a water suction assembly, wherein the water injection port is arranged on the upper surface of the clean water tank, and the sewage water suction port is arranged on the upper surface of the sewage tank; the traveling wheels are two and are sequentially arranged on two sides of the bottom of the cleaning robot, the universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the cleaning robot, and the water suction assembly is arranged on the outer side of the sewage tank.
Preferably, the cleaning assembly comprises a middle brush base, a first middle brush, a second middle brush, a water outlet and a sewage collecting port, the first middle brush and the second middle brush are arranged in the middle brush base side by side, and the water outlet and the sewage collecting port are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the middle brush base.
Preferably, the liquid exchange device realizes liquid exchange with the cleaning robot through a liquid exchange mechanism, the liquid exchange mechanism comprises a driving mechanism, a water injection assembly and a water absorption assembly, the driving mechanism is fixed in the liquid exchange device, one end of the water injection assembly is connected with a clear water liquid exchange tank through a water pump, and the other end of the water injection assembly is connected to the driving mechanism; one end of the water suction assembly is connected with the sewage liquid exchange tank through a water pump, and the other end of the water suction assembly is connected to the driving mechanism; the driving assembly controls the water suction assembly and the water injection assembly to be connected with the cleaning robot.
Preferably, the rear side of the cleaning robot is further provided with an anti-collision mechanism.
Preferably, handle positions are arranged on two sides of the outer portion of the liquid changing device and used for moving the liquid changing device in a portable mode.
Preferably, the clear water liquid changing box and the sewage liquid changing box are respectively provided with a clear water liquid inlet and a sewage dumping opening, and the upper sides of the clear water liquid changing box and the sewage liquid changing box are respectively provided with a water box handle.
Preferably, the rear part of the liquid changing device is provided with a containing ring, and the containing ring is designed to be an inwards concave circular ring and is used for containing an electric wire of the liquid changing device.
Preferably, be equipped with the climbing area that corresponds wheel and universal wheel of traveling in the liquid changing device bottom accommodation space, the afterbody indent of climbing area forms the fixed position of wheel of traveling, the fixed position of wheel of traveling is used for the joint the wheel of traveling.
Preferably, the liquid changing device further comprises a display panel, the display panel is arranged at the front end of the liquid changing device, and the display panel is used for a user to operate and control the cleaning robot to work.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the liquid changing device is combined with the cleaning robot for use, so that the automatic operation of cleaning work is greatly improved, and the workload of artificially and frequently changing liquid is reduced;
2. a mobile control platform is introduced for positioning, so that the indoor space is effectively subjected to path planning processing, the robot can conveniently learn for multiple times, and a better cleaning habit is developed.

The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic integrated cleaning robot 2, including a cleaning robot 2 and a liquid changing device 1, wherein a receiving seat 113 for receiving the cleaning robot 2 is disposed at a bottom of the liquid changing device 1, and the liquid changing device 1 is used for exchanging liquid with the cleaning robot 2; the cleaning robot 2 comprises a mobile control platform 27, a clean water tank 22, a sewage tank 21 and a cleaning component, wherein the mobile control platform 27 is arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning robot 2, the clean water tank 22 and the sewage tank 21 are arranged on the cleaning robot 2 side by side, and the volume of the clean water tank 22 is larger than that of the sewage tank 21; the cleaning component is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the cleaning robot 2; a clear water liquid changing box 15 and a sewage liquid changing box 14 are also arranged in the liquid changing device 1, and a water tank upper cover 12 is arranged above the clear water liquid changing box 15 and the sewage liquid changing box 14; the clear water liquid changing tank 15 is used for replenishing clear water to the clear water tank 22, and the sewage liquid changing tank 14 is used for sucking sewage in the sewage tank 21.
In this embodiment, the cleaning robot 2 further includes a water filling port 23, a sewage water suction port 24, a traveling wheel 26, a universal wheel 28, and a water suction assembly 210, wherein the water filling port 23 is provided on the upper surface of the clean water tank 22, and the sewage water suction port 24 is provided on the upper surface of the sewage water tank 21; the traveling wheels 26 are provided two by two and sequentially provided at both sides of the bottom of the cleaning robot 2, the universal wheels 28 are provided at the bottom of the cleaning robot 2, and the water suction assembly 210 is provided at the outer side of the sewage tank 21.
In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly includes a middle brush base 214, a first middle brush 29, a second middle brush 213, a water outlet 211 and a sewage collecting port 212, the first middle brush 29 and the second middle brush 213 are installed side by side in the middle brush base 214, and the upper portion of the middle brush base 214 is sequentially provided with the water outlet 211 and the sewage collecting port 212.
In the embodiment, the liquid changing device 1 realizes liquid exchange with the cleaning robot 2 through a liquid changing mechanism, the liquid changing mechanism comprises a driving mechanism 110, a water injection assembly 111 and a water absorption assembly 112, the driving mechanism 110 is fixed in the liquid changing device 1, one end of the water injection assembly 111 is connected with the clean water liquid changing box 15 through a water pump, and the other end is connected to the driving mechanism 110; one end of the water suction component 112 is connected with the sewage liquid exchange tank 14 through a water pump, and the other end is connected with the driving mechanism 110; the driving assembly controls the water sucking assembly 112 and the water filling assembly 111 to be connected to the cleaning robot 2.
In this embodiment, the cleaning robot 2 is further provided with an anti-collision mechanism 25 at the rear side, and the anti-collision mechanism 25 can move in a reverse direction to avoid continuous collision after the robot contacts an object.
In this embodiment, the liquid changing device 1 is provided with handle positions 13 at two outer sides, and the handle positions 13 are used for the portable movable liquid changing device 1.
In this embodiment, the clean water liquid changing box 15 and the sewage liquid changing box 14 are respectively provided with a clean water liquid inlet 17 and a sewage pouring opening 18, and the upper sides of the clean water liquid changing box 15 and the sewage liquid changing box 14 are respectively provided with a water tank handle 19.
In this embodiment, the rear portion of the liquid changing device 1 is provided with a receiving ring 16, and the receiving ring 16 is designed as an inward concave circular ring for receiving the electric wire of the liquid changing device 1.
In this embodiment, the liquid exchanging device 1 further includes a display panel 11, the display panel 11 is disposed at a front end of the liquid exchanging device 1, and the display panel 11 is used for a user to operate and control the operation of the cleaning robot 2.
When the cleaning robot works, a user carries out information interaction with the mobile control platform 27 through function control or a remote network on the display panel 11, the mobile control platform 27 controls the cleaning robot 2 to work, at the moment, the cleaning robot is pulled out from the bottom of the liquid changing device 1, the water outlet 211 on the cleaning robot 2 starts to spray clean water to the first middle brush 29, at the moment, the first middle brush 29 is wetted, and then the first middle brush 29 rolls to mop the ground. Meanwhile, the dragged sewage flows toward the sewage collecting port 212 by the first middle brush 29, and is sucked into the sewage tank 21 by the force of the water suction assembly 210 inside the cleaning robot 2. In the process, the second middle brush 213 follows the motion track of the first middle brush 29, and the floor which is not completely sucked under the motion track can be further mopped, so that the floor can be mopped. The mobile control platform 27 is internally provided with a camera, and when the anti-collision mechanism 25 is matched to clean an area, a cleaning path is recorded, data of the cleaning path can be collected to the mobile control platform 25, and after the cleaning is carried out for multiple times, the cleaning path is continuously perfected, so that intelligent operation is promoted.
When the cleaning robot 2 works continuously until the clean water tank 22 runs out of water or the sewage tank 21 is full of water, the cleaning robot 2 returns to the liquid changing device 1 under the control of the mobile control platform 27 to perform the operations of adding clean water into the clean water tank 22 and draining the sewage tank 21, and meanwhile, the liquid changing device 1 can also perform cleaning and drying on the centering brush. Along with the reciprocating work of cleaning and liquid changing, the liquid changing device 1 sends out a prompt signal to prompt a user to change until the clear water liquid changing box 15 of the liquid changing device 1 is used up or the sewage liquid changing box 14 is full of sewage. The user can open the upper cover 12 of the water tank, lift the clean water exchange tank 15 or the sewage exchange tank 14 through the handle on the clean water exchange tank 15 or the sewage exchange tank 14, replenish clean water through the clean water inlet 17, or dump sewage through the sewage dumping opening 18.
Example two:
the present embodiment is modified from the first embodiment, and the water outlet 211 can be disposed above the second middle brush 213, besides the middle brush base 214 corresponding to the first middle brush 29, at this time, for the actual working process, the second middle brush 213 is mainly used for mopping, and the first middle brush 29 is used for mopping, so that the function of cleaning the ground can be realized.
