Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for conditioning yang-deficiency constitution, traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing same and application
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicinal and edible health-care product, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition capable of conditioning yang-deficiency constitution, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing the same and application thereof.
Background
The Chinese medical science college classifies the constitutions of human bodies into mild constitutions, qi deficiency constitutions, yang deficiency constitutions, yin deficiency constitutions, phlegm-damp constitutions, damp-heat constitutions, blood stasis constitutions, qi stagnation constitutions and specific constitutions in the "classification and determination standards of Chinese medical science constitutions". The constitution of yang deficiency refers to the pathological phenomena of yang deficiency, hypofunction or asthenia, hypometabolism, low reactivity of organism and insufficiency of yang heat. Yang-qi can warm the limbs and viscera, and if yang is deficient, the body functions will decline, which is likely to cause symptoms of deficiency-cold. The common symptoms include stomach yang deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, etc. Su Wen & Tiaojing treatise records that "yang deficiency causes external cold", which means qi deficiency or decline of fire from gate of life, and qi and gate of life both belong to yang, so the name is that lung governs qi, qi deficiency usually belongs to lung qi deficiency or middle qi deficiency, so defensive exterior is insecurity, so external cold is caused; yang deficiency leading to yin excess, and yang deficiency also seen in heart yang deficiency or spleen yang deficiency, manifested as white complexion, cold hands and feet, aversion to cold, easy sweating, thin stools, clear and long urine, light lips, tastelessness, poor appetite, pale tongue, white and moist coating, weak pulse, etc. However, products for conditioning yang-deficiency constitution are currently available.

Analysis of efficacy
For 54 patients with yang-deficiency constitution, the identification of yang-deficiency constitution refers to "classification and judgment of traditional Chinese medicine constitution" published by the traditional Chinese medicine society of traditional Chinese medicine, 4-month-9-Rihua, 2009. The test group and the control group were randomly divided, and 27 cases were added to each group. Test groups: 13 men and 14 women, the ages of which are 20-55 years, and the average age is 43.79 years. Control group: 15 men and 12 women with age between 22-60 years, and average age of 45 years.
The intervention method comprises the following steps: the experimental group took the granular formulation prepared in example 1 once in the morning and evening, 1 bag each time, and the control group took the same packaged granules without the traditional Chinese medicine formula, and both groups took 3 months.
The statistical method comprises the following steps: analysis was performed using SPSS software and the measurements were expressed as (x. + -. s).
The curative effect standard is as follows: the statistical results obtained before and after the internal intervention on the yang-deficiency constitution transformation are shown in the following table according to the Chinese medicine constitution Classification and judgment standards issued by the Chinese medical society.
TABLE 1 comparative grading of transformation of constitutions of yang deficiency
Figure BDA0002822759610000061
Group of Number of people Before intervention After 1 month of intervention After 3 months of intervention
Test group 27 49.35±11.13 43.98±9.56 36.25±7.88#*

#: p <0.05 in experimental groups compared to pre-intervention; *: p <0.05 in the experimental group compared to the control group.
As can be seen from the above table, there was almost no change before and after intervention with the control group of substances; after intervention, the patients with yang deficiency constitution in the test group are remarkably reduced relative to the patients before intervention and the patients with yang deficiency constitution in the control group, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition for conditioning yang deficiency constitution can change the yang deficiency constitution, and has no recurrence after 6 months to 1 year.
Typical case
