Drawings
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an integrated fluorescence detection device of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of the arrangement of light sources in the present invention.
Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the integrated fluorescence detecting apparatus of the present invention, which is horizontally aligned with a sample 100, includes: the device comprises a cylindrical frame 1, a plurality of light sources 2, a plurality of condenser lenses 3, a lens 4, a filter 5, a cmos chip 6 and a control switch 7.
The sample 100 is placed vertically, and one end of the cylindrical frame 1 is opened and horizontal, and faces the sample 100. The plurality of light sources 2 are fixed at the inner side edge of the opening of the cylindrical frame 1 at equal intervals and used for emitting light. The plurality of condensing lenses 3 correspond to the light sources 2 one by one, are fixed at the inner side edge of the opening of the cylindrical frame 1 at equal intervals, and focus the light of each light source 2 and irradiate the surface of the sample 100. The condensing lens 3 and the vertical plane of the sample 100 form a preset angle; at this predetermined angle, the fluorescent substance of the sample 100 is excited to emit a level of fluorescence toward the lens 4. In this embodiment, the number of the light sources 2 and the number of the condenser lenses 3 are both 4, and the light sources 2 are implemented by using laser light source chips.
The surface of the sample 100 is irradiated, and the fluorescent substance of the sample is excited to emit a specific fluorescence of a certain wavelength. The lens 4 is vertically fixed at the opening of the cylindrical frame 1 at the inner side of the light source 2, and converges the fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent substance of the sample. The optical filter 5 is vertically fixed at the opening of the cylindrical frame 1 at the inner side of the lens 4, and filters the fluorescence from the lens 4. The cmos chip 6 is fixed to the opening of the cylindrical frame 1 inside the optical filter 5, and collects a fluorescence signal from the filtered fluorescence. The cmos chip 6 is realized by using an existing product, and the acquisition of a fluorescence signal can be performed. In this embodiment, the cmos chip 6 is model IMX236 LQ.
A control switch 7 is provided in the cylindrical frame 1 for turning on/off the light source 2. Of course, the invention is also provided with a power supply for supplying power to the cmos chip 6 and the light source 2, and a storage battery is generally adopted.
Thus, the light source 2 is turned on, light is irradiated onto the surface of the sample 100, fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent substance of the sample 100 being excited is filtered by the filter 5 through the lens 4, and a fluorescence signal is collected from the filtered fluorescence by the cmos chip 6.
The above embodiments are provided only for illustrating the present invention and not for limiting the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and therefore all equivalent technical solutions should also fall within the scope of the present invention, and should be defined by the claims.
