Abstract
本发明涉及一种用中药配制的治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋。该药袋所含的药物有柴胡、赤芍、香附、乌药、川牛膝、小茴香、桔梗、红花、当归、元胡，其中，前7味药每味剂量为0.6-1.2克，其余每味剂量为0.9-1.5克。将本药袋中的药物作用于脐部神阙穴，使药气持续渗入体内，起到活血化瘀、通经止痛、疏肝解郁，温经散寒等作用，达到治疗痛经的疗效。
Description
本发明涉及用中药配制的治疗妇女痛经的外用药袋。
痛经的发病机制主要是气血运行不畅所致。本病每月随月经周期发作，常年不愈，严重危害了妇女的身心健康，许多患者因痛经而不能正常工作，而且在心理上带来压力。临床上多采用药物口服或注射及针灸治疗。口服或注射镇痛剂，只能缓解当时的疼痛，且有明显毒副作用，不能根治；将治疗痛经的中药水煎成汤剂口服或制成成药服药以及针灸治疗均有一定疗效，其不足之处在于不论煎熬口服、针剂注射还是针灸治疗的过程总是费时费力给患者带来不便，患者难以长期配合治疗，而且患者服用时难免口苦恶心，注射及针灸又可引起疼痛和不适之感。
在祖国传统医学中，中医脐疗法源源流长，早在湖南长沙马王堆汉墓出土的医书《杂方、内加》中就有记载，用辛香温热之品，制丸后纳入肚脐，有益精延年之效。张仲景《全匮要略》一书也记载了中喝死的脐疗法。脐疗法属内病外治脐属任脉与脏腑经络有关密切的联系，脐为五脏六腑之本，元气归藏之根，药物作用于脐部神阙穴时经穴位渗透通过经络的输布到达体内，通过疏通经络，调理气血，调理脏腑阴阳，达到治病疗疾的目的。90年咸阳来辉武申请的“神功元气袋药芯配制工艺”(N90101478.8)就属于这种内病外治的中药袋。患者将药袋戴于脐部，使药气持续渗入机体，达到增强免疫抗病作用，而且不影响其他医治疗法，使其具有病治病，无病强身的作用，很有特色。但是该神功气袋主要作用是健脾理肝气，补肾活血，不是专一治疗痛经，而且用药名贵，配制工艺复杂。
本发明目的在于用潜心研制的能有效治疗痛经的中药配方并以简单易行的工艺，制取类似神功元气袋的外用药袋，以达到有效治疗痛经，具有内病外治的功效。
本发明是以如下方案实现的。根据祖国医学“痛则不通”、“通则不痛”的理论，结合本人多年治疗痛经的临床实践和经验，在对脐疗进行多方面的深入研究的基础上，经过反复筛选配伍，选定出柴胡、赤芍、香附、乌药、川牛膝、小茴香、桔梗、红花、当归、元胡共10味中药，其中前7味药按每味0.6-1.2克，其余按每味0.9-1.5克配伍。
本发明涉及的中药配伍，符合中医理论和中华人民共和国药典要求，对人体无毒副作用，药物作用于脐部神阙穴时，使药气持续不断地渗入体内，起到内病外治治疗痛经的作用。其功效在于：
1、具有活血化瘀通经止痛的作用；
2、使用中能产生一种神奇的热气通过神阙穴进入体内，达到有效治疗痛经的疗效；
3、还具有疏肝解郁、温经散寒的作用，并且治疗月经期间出现的胸胁胀、胸肋痛、乳房胀、乳房痛、腰脊痛、腰骶痛、畏寒、腹泻及月经量少，宫寒不孕。
本发明的主要适用症为：痛经，包括月经期间出现的小腹痛、腰脊痛、腰骶痛、乳房胀痛、胸胁胀痛、头晕、耳鸣、乏力、畏寒、腹泻等。
本发明所用中药容易采集购买，制作工艺简便，造价低廉，使用和治疗方便，有效期长，可连续使用3个月经周期，无任何毒副作用，作用中不会给患者带来伤害和不适，也不影响患的日常生活，本发明的疗效显著，治疗有效率达95％。
本发明的使用方法：于月经前5天，将本药袋置于患者脐部，月经结束后取下，用塑料袋封存备用，可连续用3个月经周期。
实施例：
1、中药配方：柴胡、赤芍、香附、乌药、川牛膝、小茴香、桔梗、红花、当归、元胡共10味。
前七味药以每味0.6-1.2克，其余每味按0.9-1.5克配伍。
2、制作方法：按方剂药味要求，选取纯净、干燥优质中药，严格按照剂量配伍，充分混匀后用中药粉碎机粉碎，全部通过80目筛孔，再将药粉混匀，装入瓷罐加盖密封后在阴凉干燥处放置30天，取出装入无纺布袋作为芯袋，再将芯袋移入带腰带的外带，最后封存在塑料袋中备用。
使用时打开密封塑料袋于月经前5天，将本品有药袋一面紧贴皮肤，药物对准肚脐佩带。月经结束后取下。
Claims (2)
1、一种治疗妇女痛经的痛经袋，其特征在于：组成它的药物为柴胡、赤芍、香附、乌药、川牛膝、小茴香、桔梗、红花、当归、元胡，其中，柴胡、赤芍、香附、乌药、川牛膝、小茴香、桔梗这7味药每味剂量为0.6-1.2克，红花、当归、元胡这3味药每味剂量为0.9-1.5克配伍。
2、根据权利要求1所述的痛经袋的制作方法，其特征在于：将选取的中药进行粉碎后全部通过80目筛孔，再将药粉混合均匀，装入瓷罐加盖密封后在阴凉干燥处放置30天，取出装入无纺布袋作袋芯，再将芯袋移入腰带的外带，最后封存在塑料袋中。
