Abstract

Description
本发明涉及含有来源于矿物和植物材料的医用配制品，尤其涉及一种药疗护肩用中草药散剂。
肩关节周围炎是肩关节周围软组织发生病变的一种常见病，多发病。本申请人的在先专利ZL96224743.X提出了一种《护肩》，其附加的技术特征是在护肩体对应使用者背部的大椎穴位和两肩区的肩髃、肩髎穴位的中、左、右口袋内可以置入特定配方的中草药芯，制成药疗护肩，以治疗肩关节周围炎。
本发明的目的是提出与本申请人的在先专利ZLg6224743.X配用的一种药物护肩用中草药散剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现。
这种药疗护肩用中草药散剂，是透气织物袋装散剂，其特征是组份与含量分别为磁石22％-28％，马钱子和小茴香各18-22％，鸡血藤12-18％，麻黄和丝瓜络各8-12％。
磁石是磁铁矿石，具有强磁性，其性味辛寒，效用是潜阳纳气，养精除烦，通关节，消肿痛；
马钱子是马钱科植物马钱Strychnos nux-vomica L.的成熟种子，其性味苦寒有大毒，效用是兴奋脊髓神经，散结，消肿、止痛；
小茴香是繖形科植物小茴香Foeniculum Vulgare Mill.的干燥果实，其性味辛温，效用是理气止痛，调中和胃；
鸡血藤是豆科植物丰城鸡血藤Millettia dielsiana Harms.的根、茎，其性味苦温微甘，效用是行气和血，舒筋活络；
麻黄是麻黄科植物草麻黄Ephedra sinica Stapf.的干燥嫩技，其性味辛苦温，效用是发汗，平喘，利尿；
丝瓜络是葫芦科植物丝瓜Luffa cylindrica(L)Roem.干燥成熟果实的网状纤维，其性味甘寒，效用是通行经络，解毒止血。
本发明依据传统中国医学内病外治理论，尤其是《内经》中有关大毒治病，十去其六的论述，采取毒药攻邪的用药原则，将大毒的马钱子结合磁石及其它辅药的特殊功效制成穴位药疗用透气织物袋装散剂，组份科学，配伍得宜，药源广泛，制作简易，具有活血化瘀，通络止痛，散结消肿，祛风除湿等明显的保健治疗作用，可以改善微循环和全身血液循环，滋润五脏六腑，增强机体免疫功能，对治疗肩关节周围炎、风寒湿痹症和骨质增生症等疾病有显著效果，临床试用表明，总有效率达90％以上，且无毒副作用。配用本发明的药疗护肩是一种药效持久，疗效显著，安全可靠，方便实用的医疗保健用品。
下面结合实施例对本发明作出说明。
实施例《强力祛寒背肩》用中草药散剂
每件《强力祛寒背肩》药疗护肩用药总重60克，由磁石15克，马钱子、小茴香各12克，鸡血藤9克，麻黄、丝瓜络各6克组成。先将磁石加工成粉末，同时分别将其余五味中草药材除尘去杂，再将马钱子炮制后加工成粉末，小茴香盐炒后加工成粉末，鸡血藤润软切片后干燥加工成粉末，麻黄、丝瓜络也分别切段后干燥加工成粉末，最后将各单味药粉末均匀混合分成三份，每份盛放入一棉布袋内并珩缝成中草药芯，分别置入药疗护肩体对应使用者背部的大椎穴位和两肩区的肩髃、肩髎穴位的中、左、右口袋内。
配用本实施例的药疗护肩《强力祛寒背肩》，经省会城市两家医院临床试用随访268例表明，对治疗肩关节周围炎、风寒湿痹症、骨质增生症和空调致病症的总有效率分别为97.1％、95.3％、92.6％和93.8％，且无毒副作用，但穿戴部位皮肤溃疡者及孕妇禁用，局部皮肤过敏者慎用。
