Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a belt structure, and more particularly, to a belt structure for conveniently assembling a fastening member to a fixing base and improving the convenience of engaging and disengaging the fastening member with a ratchet of a belt body.
Background
The binding belt is mainly used for binding and fixing articles. The traditional belt as one disposable article includes one fixing seat with through hole and one single-way ratchets on the wall of the through hole, one belt body connected to one side of the fixing seat and several single-way ratchets on one side of the belt body. However, once the strap body is engaged with the ratchet of the fixing seat, the strap body cannot be separated from the fixing seat, and the strap can be forcibly damaged by a cutter or the like to release the binding state of the strap on the article, and the strap cannot be used after being damaged, so that the waste of resources is caused.

However, the above-mentioned reusable belts are still inconvenient to assemble and use, so the inventor of the present invention has been able to provide a belt structure that can be reused and has a good tightening effect by means of various ingenuity and active design and development with assistance of manufacturing and design experience and knowledge in related fields for many years.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention relates to a belt structure, and more particularly to a belt structure capable of improving the convenience of assembling a buckle and a fixing seat, and improving the convenience of engaging and disengaging the buckle and a ratchet of a belt body.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present inventors have studied a belt structure, which mainly comprises:
a fixing seat, a through hole is arranged on the fixing seat, a group of vertical grooves are arranged at the positions of the fixing seat adjacent to the through hole, a hollow part is formed at the front side of the group of vertical grooves and is communicated with the through hole, in addition, the left and right side groove walls of the group of vertical grooves at the positions of the grooves are respectively provided with a pivot hole, a positioning block is formed at the upper edge of the rear side of the fixing seat, an inclined plane which inclines downwards towards the direction of the group of vertical grooves is formed at the upper end of the positioning block, and a buckle surface is formed at the rear side of the positioning block;
one end of the belt body is connected with the rear side of the fixed seat, and a plurality of first ratchets arranged along the length direction of the belt body are formed on one side surface of the belt body;
a fastener, which is arranged in the assembling groove of the fixed seat and forms a pivot at the bottom side of the fastener, and the two ends of the pivot are respectively pivoted with the pivot holes of the two side slot walls of the assembling slot, and the fastener is formed with a support sheet, a plurality of second ratchets are arranged at the front side of the supporting sheet and pass through the hollow part at the front side of the group of vertical grooves, so as to be positioned at the through hole and to enable the belt body to selectively penetrate through the through hole of the fixed seat, so that the first ratchet of the belt body is engaged and blocked with the second ratchet of the propping sheet, and the upper end of the propping sheet is formed with an extension section which is bent backwards, and a positioning convex part is convexly arranged at the bottom side of the extension section, the bottom edge of the positioning convex part is abutted against the inclined surface of the positioning block of the fixing seat, and the positioning convex part is selectively clamped or separated from the clamping surface at the rear side of the positioning block along the inclined surface.
In the above belt structure, a slot is formed on the front side of the fixing base.
The binding belt structure of the present invention further comprises a locking member, wherein the locking member is disposed on the locking member, and the locking member is disposed on the locking member.
The strap structure as described above, wherein the left and right side walls of the assembling slot of the fixing base are respectively formed with a guiding section inclined from top to bottom, so that the two side walls of the assembling slot are formed with a taper at the guiding section, and the pivot holes of the two side walls of the assembling slot are located below the guiding section, and two ends of the pivot shaft of the fastening member are respectively placed into the assembling slot along the guiding sections of the two side walls of the assembling slot of the fixing base and are pivotally connected with the two pivot holes.
In the above belt structure, the two ends of the pivot of the fastening member are formed with inclined planes inclined from top to bottom, so that the pivot is tapered, and the inclined planes of the two ends of the pivot are respectively disposed in the assembling groove along the guiding sections of the two side groove walls of the assembling groove of the fixing base and pivotally connected to the two pivot holes.
Therefore, when the strap structure of the invention is to apply tighter binding force to an article, the force is applied to pull the strap body, so that the first ratchet of the strap body pushes against the second ratchet of the abutting piece of the buckling piece, the abutting piece is enabled to move backwards, the first ratchet can pass through the second ratchet, and after a user adjusts to the needed binding force, the positioning convex part of the abutting piece can be guided along the inclined surface of the positioning block, so that the abutting piece automatically returns to the original position, and the second ratchet of the abutting piece is engaged with the first ratchet of the strap body again to be clamped, thereby achieving the effect of conveniently adjusting the binding force of the strap body. When the clamping of the belt body is to be released, the positioning convex part of the abutting piece and the clamping surface at the rear side of the positioning block of the fixing seat can be clamped and positioned, so that the second ratchet of the abutting piece can be fixed to be separated from the first ratchet of the belt body, the belt body is pulled out from the through hole of the fixing seat, the binding of the belt body to articles is released, and accordingly, the convenience of mutually engaging and clamping the abutting piece of the clamping piece and the ratchet of the belt body or releasing the engaging state of the abutting piece and the ratchet of the belt body is improved.

In order to more fully and clearly disclose the technical means and effects achieved by the present invention, the following detailed description is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and the figures, in which:
first, please refer to fig. one to fig. four, which show a belt structure of the present invention, mainly comprising:
a fixing base 1, a through hole 11 is provided on the fixing base 1, a set of vertical slots 12 is provided on the fixing base 1 adjacent to the through hole 11, and a hollow portion 121 is formed on the front side of the set of vertical slots 12, so as to communicate with the through hole 11, and a guide section 122 inclined from top to bottom is formed on the left and right side walls of the set of slots 12, so that the two side walls of the assembled slot 12 form a taper at the guiding section 122, and the assembled slot 12 forms an arc-shaped slot bottom, and the left and right side walls of the bottom of the set of vertical slots 12 are respectively provided with a pivot hole 123 below the guide section 122, and a slot hole 13 is formed on the front side of the fixing base 1, a positioning block 14 is formed at the upper edge of the rear side of the fixing base 1, and an inclined plane 141 inclined downward toward the direction of the assembling groove 12 is formed at the upper end of the positioning block 14, and a fastening surface 142 is formed at the rear side of the positioning block 14;

a fastening member 3, the fastening member 3 is disposed in the assembling slot 12 of the fixing base 1, and the bottom side of the fastening member 3 is formed with a pivot 31, and two ends of the pivot 31 are formed with inclined planes 311 inclined from top to bottom, so that the pivot 31 has a taper, and the inclined planes 311 of the two ends of the pivot 31 are respectively disposed in the assembling slot 12 along the guiding of the guiding sections 122 of the two side slot walls of the assembling slot 12 of the fixing base 1, so as to contact with the bottom of the arc-shaped slot of the assembling slot 12, and the two ends of the pivot 31 are respectively pivoted with the pivot holes 123 of the two side slot walls of the assembling slot 12; a propping piece 32 connected with the pivot 31 is formed on the fastener 3, a plurality of one-way second ratchets 321 are formed on the front side of the propping piece 32, the second ratchets 321 of the propping piece 32 pass through the hollow-out part 121 on the front side of the assembling groove 12 and are positioned at the through hole 11, the belt body 2 is selectively penetrated in the through hole 11 of the fixed seat 1, and the first ratchets 21 of the belt body 2 are engaged with the second ratchets 321 of the propping piece 32 for locking; in addition, an extending section 322 bent backward is formed at the upper end of the supporting piece 32, and a positioning protrusion 323 is protruded at the bottom side of the extending section 322, and the bottom edge of the positioning protrusion 323 abuts against the inclined surface 141 of the positioning block 14 of the fixing base 1, and is selectively engaged with or disengaged from the engaging surface 142 at the rear side of the positioning block 14 along the inclined surface 141.
Accordingly, when a user intends to fasten an article by the strap binding of the present invention, please refer to fig. five and fig. six together, after the strap body 2 of the strap is wound around the article, the strap body 2 is inserted through the bottom side of the through hole 11 of the fixing base 1 and then passes through the upper side of the through hole 12, when the strap body 2 passes through the through hole 11, the second ratchet 321 of the abutting piece 32 of the fastening piece 3 and any first ratchet 21 of the strap body 2 are engaged and clamped with each other to position the strap body 2 and fasten the article, at this time, the strap body 2 can only provide a unidirectional moving direction of the strap body 2 due to the engagement and clamping of the first ratchet 21 and the second ratchet 321, and when the strap body is pulled by applying force to the free end of the strap body 2, the strap body 2 is tightened more tightly to the article, so as to achieve a better bundling effect. In addition, in order to avoid the interference of the redundant belt body 2, the redundant belt body 2 can be penetrated into the front side slot hole 13 of the fixed seat 1 to fold the redundant belt body 2 without cutting and removing the redundant belt body 2, and therefore, when the bridle is used next time, the bridle can still provide the binding and fixing for the articles with larger size, so as to increase the convenience in use.
Furthermore, when the user wants to apply a tighter binding force to the article, please refer to fig. seven, the user applies a force to pull the strap body 2, at this time, the first ratchet 21 of the strap body 2 pushes against the second ratchet 321 of the supporting piece 32 of the buckle 3, so that the supporting piece 32 moves backward, the bottom edge of the positioning protrusion 323 of the supporting piece 32 simultaneously moves backward along the inclined plane 141 of the positioning block 14 of the fixing base 1, so that the first ratchet 21 of the strap body 2 can pass through the second ratchet 321 of the buckle 3, and after the user adjusts the binding degree to the desired binding degree, the positioning protrusion 323 of the supporting piece 32 guides forward movement along the inclined plane 141 of the positioning block 14, so that the supporting piece 32 returns to the original position, and the second ratchet 321 of the supporting piece 32 is automatically engaged with the first ratchet 21 of the strap body 2 to be locked.
When the user wants to release the binding of the binding band of the present invention to the article, please refer to fig. eight together, the force is applied to the extending section 322 at the upper end of the supporting piece 32 of the fastening piece 3 to pull the supporting piece 32 backward, and the positioning protrusion 323 of the extending section 322 of the supporting piece 32 is engaged and positioned with the fastening surface 142 at the rear side of the positioning block 14 of the fixing base 1, so that the engaging and locking state of the second ratchet 321 of the supporting piece 32 and the first ratchet 21 of the band body 2 can be released, and the band body 2 is pulled out from the through hole 11 of the fixing base 1 to release the binding of the band body 2 to the article.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, a guiding section 122 inclined from top to bottom is formed on each of two side groove walls of the assembling groove 12 of the fixing base 1, and by virtue of the design that the two side guiding sections 122 and the fastening member 3 have tapered pivots 31, when the fastening member 3 is to be placed in the assembling groove 12 of the fixing base 1, two ends of the pivot 31 of the fastening member 3 can be smoothly placed in the assembling groove 12 along the two guiding sections 122, so as to improve the assembling convenience of the fastening member 3 and the fixing base 1.
In addition, the slot 13 of the fixing base 1 of the present invention not only can provide for the insertion and folding of the redundant belt body 2, but also can provide for the serial insertion of the belt body 2 of another belt, or can be used as a hanging hole for hanging other articles.
As can be seen from the above structure and embodiments, the present invention has the following advantages:
1. the belt structure of the invention is provided with a positioning convex part on the abutting piece of the buckle piece, when a tighter binding force is applied to an article, a force is applied to pull the belt body, at the moment, the first ratchet of the belt body abuts against and pushes the second ratchet of the abutting piece of the buckle piece, so that the abutting piece can move backwards, the first ratchet can pass through the second ratchet, after a user adjusts to a required binding degree, the positioning convex part of the abutting piece can be guided along the inclined surface of the positioning block, so that the abutting piece can automatically return to the original position, the second ratchet of the abutting piece is engaged with the first ratchet of the belt body again, and accordingly, the effect of conveniently adjusting the binding force of the belt body to the article is achieved.
2. The belt structure of the invention is provided with a positioning convex part on the abutting piece of the buckle piece, thereby, when the clamping of the belt body is to be relieved, the abutting piece can be pulled backwards, and then the positioning convex part of the abutting piece and the buckle surface at the rear side of the positioning block of the fixing seat are clamped and positioned, so that the separation state of the second ratchet of the abutting piece and the first ratchet of the belt body can be fixed, the belt body is pulled out from the through hole of the fixing seat, and the binding of the belt body to articles is relieved, thereby improving the convenience of mutually engaging and clamping the abutting piece of the buckle piece and the ratchet of the belt body or relieving the engaging state of the abutting piece and the ratchet of the belt body.
3. 3. The belt structure according to claim 1, wherein the set of vertical grooves forms an arc-shaped groove bottom, and the pivot of the fastener contacts with the arc-shaped groove bottom of the set of vertical grooves.
