The binding belt is mainly used for binding and fixing articles and the like. The traditional belt as one disposable article includes one fixing seat with through hole and one single-way ratchets on the wall of the through hole, one belt body connected to one side of the fixing seat and several single-way ratchets on one side of the belt body. However, the above-mentioned reusable belts are still inconvenient to assemble and use, and therefore, the present inventors have been able to provide a belt structure that can be reused and has an excellent tightening effect by means of various ingenuity and active design and development with assistance of manufacturing and design experience and knowledge in the related fields for many years.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a belt structure, and mainly aims to provide a belt structure which can improve the convenience of assembling a fastener and a fixed seat and the convenience of releasing the fastening state of the fastener and a belt body.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present inventors have devised a belt structure, which mainly comprises:
a fixed seat, a through hole is arranged on the fixed seat, a group of vertical grooves are arranged at the positions of the fixed seat adjacent to the through hole, a hollow part is formed at the front side of the group of vertical grooves and communicated with the through hole, a guide groove which extends downwards from the upper edge of the group of vertical grooves is formed on the left side groove wall and the right side groove wall of the group of vertical grooves respectively, and a pivot hole is arranged on the left side groove wall and the right side groove wall of the group of vertical grooves at the bottom of the groove respectively;

the buckle piece is arranged in the assembling groove of the fixed seat, a pivot shaft is formed on the bottom side of the buckle piece, inclined planes inclined from top to bottom are formed at two ends of the pivot shaft, the pivot shaft is tapered, the inclined planes at the two ends of the pivot shaft are respectively arranged in the assembling groove of the fixed seat along guide grooves of two side groove walls of the assembling groove of the fixed seat, two ends of the pivot shaft are respectively pivoted with pivot holes of the two side groove walls of the assembling groove, the buckle piece is formed with a support piece, a plurality of second ratchets are arranged on the front side of the support piece, and the second ratchets of the support piece pass through a hollow-out part on the front side of the assembling groove to be positioned at the through hole so that the belt body is selectively penetrated in the through hole of the fixed seat, and the first ratchets of the belt body are engaged with the second ratchets of the support piece.
In the above-mentioned strap structure, a positioning recess is formed at the upper edge of the rear side of the fixing seat, an extending section bent backward is formed at the upper end of the supporting piece, a positioning flange is convexly arranged at the bottom side of the extending section, and the positioning flange of the supporting piece is selectively clamped or separated from the positioning recess of the fixing seat.
In the above belt structure, the fastening member is formed with a resilient piece, and the resilient piece is located behind the supporting piece and is located in a position where the resilient piece abuts against the rear side wall of the assembling groove.
In the above belt structure, a slot is formed on the front side of the fixing base.
The binding belt structure of the present invention further comprises a locking member, wherein the locking member is disposed on the locking member, and the locking member is disposed on the locking member.
The belt structure as described above, wherein a gap is formed between the two ends of the pivot of the fastener.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION

a locking member 3, please refer to fig. 4, the locking member 3 is disposed in the assembling slot 12 of the fixing base 1, and the locking member 3 is formed with a pivot 31 at the bottom side thereof, and two ends of the pivot 31 are formed with inclined planes 311 inclined from top to bottom, so that the pivot 31 is tapered, and the inclined planes 311 at two ends of the pivot 31 are respectively disposed in the assembling slot 12 along the guiding of the guiding grooves 122 at two side slot walls of the assembling slot 12 of the fixing base 1 to contact with the arc-shaped slot bottom of the assembling slot 12, and two ends of the pivot 31 are respectively pivoted with the pivot holes 123 at two side slot walls of the assembling slot 12; a propping piece 32 connected with the pivot 31 is formed on the fastener 3, a plurality of one-way second ratchets 321 are formed on the front side of the propping piece 32, the second ratchets 321 of the propping piece 32 pass through the hollow-out part 121 on the front side of the assembling groove 12 and are positioned at the through hole 11, the belt body 2 is selectively penetrated in the through hole 11 of the fixed seat 1, and the first ratchets 21 of the belt body 2 are engaged with the second ratchets 321 of the propping piece 32 for locking; in addition, an extending section 322 bent backwards is formed at the upper end of the supporting sheet 32, and a positioning flange 323 is convexly arranged at the bottom side of the extending section 322 to be selectively clamped or separated from the positioning concave 14 at the upper edge of the rear side of the fixing base 1; and a spring plate 33 connected with the pivot 31 is formed on the fastening member 3, and the spring plate 33 is located behind the abutting plate 32, and the spring plate 33 is abutted and positioned with the rear side wall of the assembling groove 12.

In addition, in order to avoid the interference of the redundant belt body 2, the redundant belt body 2 can be penetrated into the front side slot hole 13 of the fixed seat 1 to fold the redundant belt body 2 without cutting and removing the redundant belt body 2, therefore, when the bridle of the invention is used next time, the bridle can still provide the binding and fixing for the articles with larger size, so as to increase the convenience in use.
