Abstract
The invention provides a continuous slow-release drug administration analgesic drainage tube with a controller, which comprises a drainage tube body, a slow-release tube, a drug storage bag and the controller, wherein the slow-release tube is connected with the drainage tube body into a whole and extends along the extending direction of the drainage tube body, the drug storage bag is positioned in the controller, and the controller is configured to adjust the drug storage bag to force out the liquid medicine in the drug storage bag at a preset drug injection pressure or drug injection speed, so as to enter the slow-release tube and permeate out of the slow-release tube through the tube wall of the slow-release tube. The continuous slow-release administration analgesic drainage tube with the controller can continuously and slowly release analgesic drugs to the incision part when exudates and blood are drained at the incision part, so as to relieve incision pain and drainage tube irritation pain of patients.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a continuous slow-release drug administration analgesic drainage tube with a controller.
Background
For many surgical patients, a drainage tube is needed to be placed on an incision to drain exudates and blood, local anesthetic is often injected into the incision for relieving the incision pain and the irritation pain of the drainage tube of the patient, but because the local anesthetic is only injected once, the patient feels severe pain after the metabolism of the local anesthetic is finished, the drainage tube is an outward drainage device, the pain can not be relieved by injecting the local anesthetic into the cavity of the drainage tube, so that the analgesic can only be applied in a whole body, and the defects of poor effect, great side effect and the like exist in the whole body of the medicine.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a continuous sustained-release drug administration analgesic drainage tube with a controller, which comprises a drainage tube body, a sustained-release tube, a drug storage bag and the controller, wherein the sustained-release tube is connected with the drainage tube body into a whole and extends along the extending direction of the drainage tube body, the drug storage bag is positioned in the controller, and the controller is configured to adjust the drug storage bag to force out the drug liquid in the drug storage bag at a preset drug injection pressure or drug injection speed, and then enters the sustained-release tube and seeps out to the outside of the drug storage bag through the tube wall of the sustained-release tube.
Preferably, the slow release tube is made of medical hydrophilic and hydrophobic nano composite materials.
Preferably, the medical hydrophilic and hydrophobic nanocomposite comprises one of fluorine-containing polymer and polyurethane.
Preferably, the medicine storage bag is communicated with the slow release pipe through a medicine injection pipe.
Preferably, the drug injection tube is a flexible tube.
Preferably, the drug injection tube and the slow release tube are connected into a whole; and/or the medicine injection tube and the drainage tube body are held together by adopting a hoop.
Preferably, a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the pipe wall of the drainage pipe body, and the drainage holes are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the drainage pipe body; or, one end of the drainage tube body positioned in the target indwelling tissue is an open end; and/or one end of the slow release tube positioned in the target indwelling tissue is a closed end.
Preferably, a display screen is arranged on the controller; and/or the controller is provided with an adjusting button.

Referring to fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a continuous sustained release administration analgesic drainage tube having a controller, comprising a drainage tube body 1, a sustained release tube 2, a drug storage bag 3, and a controller 5, wherein the sustained release tube 2 is integrally connected with the drainage tube body 1 and the sustained release tube 2 extends along the extending direction of the drainage tube body 1, the drug storage bag 3 is located in the controller 5, and the controller 5 is configured to adjust the drug storage bag 3 to force the drug solution in the drug storage bag 3 out at a preset drug injection pressure or drug injection speed, and then into the sustained release tube 2 and exude to the outside thereof through the tube wall of the sustained release tube 2. According to the technical scheme, through the combined action of the slow release pipe 2 and the medicine storage bag 3, analgesic medicine can be continuously and slowly released to the incision part while exudates and blood at the incision part are drained, incision pain and drainage tube irritation pain of patients after local anesthesia medicine metabolism at the incision position of the patients in the prior art are effectively relieved, and the defect caused by general anesthesia after local anesthesia medicine metabolism in the prior art is effectively avoided; in addition, in this technical scheme, the controller 5 is used to regulate and control the injection pressure or injection speed of the liquid medicine in the medicine storage bag 3, so as to accurately control the dosage. It can be understood that the medicine storage bag 3 is provided with a medicine injection port so as to realize the medicine liquid supplement of the medicine storage bag 3.

As a better embodiment, the controller 5 further includes an alarm device, configured to send an alarm signal when the cavity pressure of the drug storage bag 3 obtained by the sensing element exceeds a preset interval (i.e. when the cavity pressure is lower than a certain low pressure preset threshold or higher than a certain high pressure preset threshold), where the alarm signal includes a manner of flashing an indicator light, a beeping sound or a text prompt, so as to prompt a medical staff to adjust the drug delivery pressure in time.
The sustained-release tube 2 is made of medical hydrophilic and hydrophobic nano composite materials, and concretely, the medical hydrophilic and hydrophobic nano composite materials can comprise one of fluorine-containing high polymer and polyurethane, and the aperture of a permeation hole on the sustained-release membrane is 1-100nm.
Preferably, the medicine storage bag 3 is communicated with the slow release tube 2 through a medicine injection tube 4, and most preferably, the medicine injection tube 4 is a flexible tube, which can facilitate the selection of the medicine administration angle of medical staff when medicine is administrated into the medicine storage bag 3.
Further, the injection tube 4 is integrally connected with the slow release tube 2, so as to prevent the liquid medicine from leaking at the joint of the injection tube and the slow release tube; and/or, the drug injection tube 4 and the drainage tube body 1 are integrated by adopting the anchor ear 41, so that the drug storage bag 3 can be removed when slow release drug delivery is not needed, and the drug injection tube 4 and the drainage tube body 1 are reliably connected through the anchor ear 41 when slow release drug delivery is needed.

2. The continuous sustained release drug delivery analgesic drainage tube with controller of claim 1 wherein said medical hydrophilic and hydrophobic nanocomposite comprises one of a fluorine-containing polymer, polyurethane.
3. The continuous sustained-release administration analgesic drainage tube with controller according to claim 1, characterized in that said drug storage bag (3) is communicated with said sustained-release tube (2) through a drug injection tube (4).
4. A continuous sustained release administration analgesic drainage tube with a controller according to claim 3 wherein said drug infusion tube (4) is a flexible tube.

A continuous sustained release administration analgesic drainage tube with controller according to claim 3 characterized in that said drug injection tube (4) is connected as one piece with said sustained release tube (2); and/or the medicine injection tube (4) and the drainage tube body (1) are integrated by adopting a hoop (41).

The continuous sustained-release administration analgesic drainage tube with controller according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of drainage holes (11) are arranged on the tube wall of the drainage tube body (1), and a plurality of the drainage holes (11) are arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the drainage tube body (1); or, the end of the drainage tube body (1) positioned in the target indwelling tissue is an open end, and/or the end of the slow release tube (2) positioned in the target indwelling tissue is a closed end.
