The invention also provides a control method for drying the black tea hairy flower, and the drying room for drying the black tea hairy flower comprises the following steps: in the early stage of flowering: controlling the temperature in the hair drying room to be 25 ℃ and the relative humidity to be 80%, and rotating the hair drying rack for one circle every 1-10 hours; and (3) flowering stage: setting a flowering period of 12-14 days, raising the temperature in the flowering drying room and keeping the temperature between 26-28 ℃, wherein the relative humidity is 80%, and the flowering drying rack rotates for a circle every 2-8 hours; and (3) drying period: setting a drying period of 2-3 days, rotating the flowering drying rack for one circle every 4-6 hours, ending the drying period, and moving the black tea after flowering out of the flowering drying room.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the black tea hair drying and drying room 100 of the present embodiment includes a hair drying room 10 for providing hair conditions for a tea blank and a hair drying rack 20 disposed in the hair drying room 10 for placing the tea blank, the number of the hair drying rack 20 is plural, the plural hair drying racks 20 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the hair drying room 10 and are disposed on the same circle with the center line of the hair drying room 10 as the center line, the hair drying rack 20 includes a blank supporting portion 21 for placing the tea blank and a positioning supporting portion 22 for supporting the blank supporting portion 21, the blank supporting portion 21 is disposed on the positioning supporting portion 22 and the blank supporting portion 21 is rotatably disposed on the horizontal plane with the center line thereof as the rotation center line, so as to drive the tea blanks on the blank supporting part 21 to be positioned at different angular positions in the drying room 10 for the flowering through the blank supporting part 21, and the tea blanks can continuously sense the temperature and the humidity of different areas in the drying room 10 for the uniform drying in the whole flowering drying process.
The drying room 100 for drying the black tea haired flowers comprises a haired flower drying room 10 and a haired flower drying rack 20 arranged in the haired flower drying room 10. The tea blank placing method has the advantages that the plurality of hair drying racks 20 are arranged in the hair drying room 10 and used for placing tea blanks, in the process of drying the hair of the tea blanks, the blank supporting parts 21 of the hair drying racks 20 rotate on the horizontal plane by taking the central lines of the hair drying racks as the rotation central lines, the tea blanks can be placed only by feeding from one side of the hair drying racks 20, and the feeding operation is convenient; at the dry in-process of whole tea base hair-flower, because blank supporting part 21 drives the tea base and uses its central line rotatory as centre of rotation line, make the tea base feel constantly in the drying room 10 of hair-flower the temperature and the humidity of different regions, make the tea base evenly dry in the dry process of whole hair-flower, avoid the tea base to be in a position all the time, lead to the tea base that is close to the lateral wall position of drying room 10 of hair-flower and the tea base hair-flower effect that is in the central region position of drying room 10 of hair-flower to appear great deviation and be close to the tea base hair-flower effect poor or even take place the technical problem that mildenes and rot of the lateral wall position department of drying room 10 of hair-flower. Meanwhile, in the drying room for the black tea flowering, all tea blanks continuously sense the temperature and the humidity of different areas in the flowering drying room 10, and the tea blank flowering is high in consistency.

Further, the diameter of the hair drying room 10 is not less than 3 m, and the value of the distance d is 0.2 to 0.5 m. Preferably, the distance d is 0.3 m in order to facilitate the observation of the blooming effect of the tea blank in the blooming drying room 10 and to avoid the tea blank getting too close to the inner side wall of the blooming drying room 10.

It is understood that the wall 12 may be made of wood, or made of mud or earth, or the wall 12 is made of earth. The hot air assembly 14 is a heater assembly having a function of heating air, alternatively, the hot air assembly 14 is a biomass hot air furnace for conveying heat energy to the accommodating drying chamber, the hot air assembly 14 is a heat pump assembly or a steam boiler assembly for conveying heat energy to the accommodating drying chamber, or the hot air assembly 14 is an electrothermal film, an electrothermal wire, or the like for conveying heat energy to the accommodating drying chamber, as long as the heated air can increase the temperature in the accommodating drying chamber. In addition, in the process of placing tea blanks on the tray 213, the rotating drum 211 is rotated to drive the tray 213 to rotate, so that the worker only needs to fix the tea blanks at an angular position to operate, and the tea blank placing device is convenient to operate.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the rotating drum 211, the rotating pulley 212 and the tray 213 are coaxially arranged, the bearing end of the rotating drum 211 passes through the central hole of the tray 213 and is fixedly connected with the tray 213, the aperture of the central hole of the tray 213 is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning column, and the rotating pulley 212 may be a rolling wheel such as a rotating bearing 214, a universal wheel, a universal ball, an arc-shaped slider, a ball, a roller, a plane bearing, etc.

Further, in order to increase the number of the dried blossoming of the tea blank, the number of the trays 213 is plural, and the plural trays 213 are provided at intervals in the axial direction of the drum 211. Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate the placement of the tea blanks, the number of the trays 213 is three, and the distance between two adjacent trays 213 is 50 cm.
Further, the number of the rotating bearings 214 is plural, the rotating bearings 214 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the trays 213, and the rotating bearings 214 and the trays 213 are located on the same radial section of the drum 211. More preferably, the rotary bearing 214 is a double-row bearing in order to improve the bearing force of the rotary bearing 214.
Further, in order to ensure the smoothness when the drum 211 rotates, the number of the rotating pulleys 212 is six, and the six rotating pulleys 212 are arranged at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the drum 211.

Referring to fig. 6, as shown in the figure, the tray 213 further includes an auxiliary support portion 2133 fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the support plate 2132 for supporting the tea blank and spacing the tea blank from the support plate 2132, the auxiliary support portion 2133 includes a plurality of annular pillars arranged annularly, the plurality of annular pillars are coaxially arranged, the radial dimension of the plurality of annular pillars gradually expands along the centerline of the rotating drum 211 toward the circumferential direction, each annular pillar is an annular structure formed by arranging and splicing a plurality of arc bars along the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 211, and the vertical cross section of the arc bars is a trapezoid with a contracted upper side. It can be understood that, an air inlet and outlet channel is formed between two circumferentially spaced arc strips of each group of annular struts, an annular air flow channel is formed by surrounding two adjacent groups of annular struts with the support plate 2132, all the air inlet and outlet channels are communicated with the annular air flow channel, the auxiliary support portion 2133 comprises a plurality of groups of annularly arranged annular struts, the plurality of groups of annular struts are coaxially arranged, the radial dimension of the annular struts is gradually enlarged towards the circumferential direction along the center line of the rotary drum 211, in the process of drying the tea blank, the tea blank is placed on at least two radially adjacent annular struts, the air flow in the drying room 10 for drying the tea blank flows between the tea blank and the support plate 2132 through the air inlet and outlet channels and the annular air flow channel, and a good drying environment for drying the tea blank on the side close to the support plate 2132 is provided; the vertical cross section that sets up the circular arc strip is the trapezoidal of upside shrink, when being favorable to guaranteeing annular airflow channel's circulation cross sectional area, has increased the area of contact of tea base with the circular arc strip, avoids the deformation of tea base atress oppression, is favorable to keeping the integrality of tea base.
Preferably, to improve the flow of the gas stream, the spaced inlet and outlet passages in adjacent sets of annular struts are aligned radially of the support disc 2132. Specifically, in this embodiment, since the tea blanks are placed on the supporting disc 2132 along the length direction, in order to facilitate the placement of at least two groups of tea blanks along the radial direction, four groups of annular pillars are disposed on the supporting disc 2132, the radial spacing distance between two adjacent groups of annular pillars is the same, each group of annular pillars includes four circular arc strips, and the four circular arc strips are uniformly spaced and spliced along the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 211 to form the annular pillars, that is, four air intake and exhaust passages are disposed on each group of annular pillars, so as to provide a good drying environment for flowering.
Further, the support plate 2132 is made of a wooden plate, and the circular arc strips are made of a wooden plate. Further, the driven wheel is arranged at the supporting end of the rotating drum 211, the driving motor is a servo motor, and the driving motor rotates for a circle at intervals of 1 to 24 hours to drive the rotating drum 211 to rotate for a circle at intervals of 1 to 24 hours. It is to be understood that, in the present embodiment, the drum 211 may be controlled to rotate continuously by the servo motor, and the drum 211 may be controlled to rotate intermittently by the servo motor. Specifically, in this embodiment, the driven wheel is disposed on one side of the rotating drum 211 facing the bottom supporting plate 221, the rotating drum 211 rotates intermittently, and may rotate 90 degrees per hour through the servo motor to further drive the rotating drum 211 to rotate 90 degrees per hour, so that the tea blanks on the tray 213 change one angular position per hour, all the tea blanks can flow through the vicinity of the inner side wall of the hairing drying room 10 in the whole hairing and drying process, and the technical problem of mildew or poor hairing effect caused by that a part of the tea blanks caused by the existing static hairing drying rack 20 are always located at the corner of the hairing drying room 10 or the inner side wall in the whole hairing process is avoided.
The invention also provides a control method for drying the black tea hairy flower, which adopts the black tea hairy flower drying chamber 100 and comprises the following steps: in the early stage of flowering: controlling the temperature in the hair drying room 10 to be 25 ℃ and the relative humidity to be 80%, and rotating the hair drying rack 20 for one circle every 1-10 hours; and (3) flowering stage: setting a flowering period of 12-14 days, so that the temperature in the flowering drying room 10 is increased and kept between 26-28 ℃, the relative humidity is 80%, and the flowering drying rack 20 rotates for a circle every 2-8 hours; and (3) drying period: setting a drying period of 2-3 days, rotating the flowering drying rack 20 for one circle every 4-6 hours, and removing the black tea after the flowering is finished from the flowering drying room 10 after the drying period is finished. According to the control method for drying the black tea blossoming, due to the fact that ventilation dead corners cannot occur on the inner wall surface of the wall body 12, in the whole process of drying the tea blank blossoming, the blossoming drying frame 20 drives the tea blank to be located at different angular positions in the blossoming drying room 10, air flowing of a containing cavity in the blossoming drying room 10 is strong, the blossoming effect of the tea blank located at each position in the blossoming drying room 10 is good, and the control method is suitable for large-batch production of drying the blossoming of the tea blank in industrial production.
