本发明涉及一种高浓缩清洁剂,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:α‑C14‑16烯烃磺酸钠40%~60%;月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱5%~15%;PEG‑15椰油基甲基氯化铵2%~8%;溶剂5%~15%;螯合剂12%~18%。本发明还提供了一种高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法。本发明的高浓缩清洁剂及其制备方法,可直接吸附在马桶清洁刷具上,清洁马桶刷洗时,立即产生优异泡沫,利用泡沫与脏污作用,透过湿润、渗透、溶解及乳化作用机制,将附着在马桶上脏污清除,去污性更强;并且,本发明的清洁剂浓度高达50重量%以上,清洁用量只要一般市售相同产品一半或更低用量。

本发明涉及清洁剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种高浓缩清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
马桶为现代居家必备产品,要维持马桶亮洁的外表,平时就需做好清洁保养工作,否则长时间不清理,黄渍更离不开马桶,导致最后清洁起来又臭、又费力,有碍观瞻甚至还会发处阵阵异味,影响如厕心情及健康。
马桶清洁剂长久以来均以强酸或强碱为主要成分,清洁使用产品时,必须戴上手套,预防不小心碰触清洁剂,造成皮肤受伤或不适等问题,且需同时购买马桶刷及清洁剂两种产品,两者搭配使用,方能进行马桶清洁工作,打扫工具繁多及存在着强酸强碱对皮肤伤害的担忧。
一般市售马桶清洁剂成分浓度普遍控制在5~20重量%(水量大于70重量%),固态原料可利用水轻易溶解,但高浓缩配方水量少,对固体原料溶解度下降,极易发生原料互溶性变差,配方不稳定及生产条配制程难度,或成分不溶解、再析出、发生分层、混浊等问题。

本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种高浓缩清洁剂及其制备方法,弱酸性安全清洁配方,结合新技术清洁成分,达到有效清洁、抗菌、除臭及防污效能,让清洁及保养一次完成,提供简便、省力及更省时马桶清洁产品。

较佳地,所述的清洁剂包括非离子表面活性、香精、除臭剂、泡沫剂稳定、防污垢附着易洁成分、防腐剂、色料或增稠剂中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种所述的高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括步骤:
(1)将碱性金属螯合剂溶解于纯水中;
(2)添加月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱,搅拌;
(3)添加溶剂,搅拌;
(4)添加PEG-15椰油基甲基氯化铵,搅拌;
(5)添加α-C14-16烯烃磺酸钠,搅拌至完全透明澄清状态,获得本发明的高浓缩清洁剂。
较佳地,所述的步骤(2)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(3)中,搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(4)中,搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min;所述的步骤(5)中,搅拌的转速为25~35rpm,搅拌时间为13~17min。
较佳地,在所述的步骤(3)和(4)之间还包括步骤(3-1):添加固态有机酸盐及有机酸螯合剂,搅拌;
在所述的步骤(4)和(5)之间还包括步骤:
(4-1)添加两性丙烯酸聚合物,搅拌;
(4-2)添加抗菌剂、防腐剂,搅拌。
在所述的步骤(5)之后还包括步骤:
(6)添加香料,搅拌;
(7)添加非离子表面活性剂,均匀搅拌10分钟。
较佳地,所述的步骤(3-1)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为18~22min;所述的步骤(4-1)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min;所述的步骤(4-2)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(6)中搅拌的转速为45~65rpm,搅拌时间为18~22min;所述的步骤(7)中搅拌的转速为25~35rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min。
本发明的高浓缩清洁剂及其制备方法,可直接吸附在马桶清洁刷具上,清洁马桶刷洗时,立即产生优异泡沫,利用泡沫与脏污作用,透过湿润、渗透、溶解及乳化作用机制,将附着在马桶上脏污清除,去污性更强;并且,本发明的清洁剂浓度高达50重量%以上,清洁用量只要一般市售相同产品一半或更低用量,即具优异清洁效能,并可减少清洁剂包材用量,及节省清洁剂与马桶刷具复合生产干燥时间,达到环保减碳、节能及提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
马桶清洁剂使用成分选择,优先以符合国际法规安全标准成分为主,包括欧盟CosIng-Cosmetic,及美国CIR及大陆公告国际化妆品原料标准的成分数据库列表中,均可查询成分中文与对应国际英文命名,与可取得成分功能用途与安全评估数据,抗菌成份为美国环境保护局TSCA化学品列表核准使用,及ECHA欧洲化学品管理局公告使用。
本发明提供的高浓缩清洁剂,能够结合马桶刷清洁工具,展现清洁剂效能,具有优异且持久泡沫性,利用不同成分的协同作用,清洁成分停留与脏污进行湿润、渗透、乳化及清洁拔除作用,达到优异清洁效果,使得浴厕环境清洁打扫时更安全、便洁及有效。
本发明的高浓缩清洁剂,可利用干燥方式与不同材质马桶清洁刷具进行附着。
本发明提供的高浓缩清洁剂的组成包括:
阴离子表面活性剂
阴离子表面活性剂清洁成分包括:磺酸盐类、硫酸酯盐类、磷酸酯盐类及碳酸盐类等,例如直链十二烷基苯磺酸钠、月桂醇三聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、月桂酰基肌胺酸钠、二甲苯磺酸钠等均为本发明范围内。
本发明的马桶卫浴清洁剂可以至少包含一种烷基磺酸盐成分,碳数分布C14-18的α-烯基磺酸钠为主选,且最优先选用含量在40至60重量%,碳数分布为C14-16的烯烃磺酸钠,具较佳溶解性、湿润力、起泡性及去污力。
两性表面活性剂
一般具清洁效能两性表面活性剂包括:烷基胺脂肪酸盐、烷基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、高湿润性的氧化胺等,如癸基胺氧化物、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基二甲胺、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠等均为本发明范围内。本发明测试结果选用含椰油酰胺丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱及月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱,并优先选用在硬水或软水中均具优异起泡性,且与阴离子、非离子、阳离子均有很好兼容性,在所有pH值范围均能维持等电状态,活性不会随pH值变化,稳定产品质量,且含量5至15重量%的月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱。
阳离子表面活性剂
一般阳离子表面活性剂包括:铵盐类、醚铵类、季铵化聚氧乙烯化长链胺、胺基氧化物等,例如PEG-15椰油基甲基氯化铵、二烷基二甲基氨盐、烷基三甲基氨盐等均为本发明范围内。本发明更优选除垢力强且具有螯合力及抗静电功能,且能与两性界面活性剂、非离子界面活性剂及阴离子界面活性剂兼容稳定复配,含量在2至8重量%PEG-15椰油基甲基氯化铵,提升清洁效能并可防清洁过程污垢再沉积。
非离子表面活性剂
提升产品清洁去污能力,添加具优异渗透性能及油污乳化效能非离子表面活性剂包括:聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、烷基糖苷等。研究结果优选以聚氧乙烯烷基醚、烷基糖苷、油胺乙氧基化物类为主要范围,例如PPG-9-乙基己醇聚醚-5、C9-11链烷醇聚醚-3、乙氧基化C12-14-醇、烷基聚葡萄糖苷等均为本发明范围内。本发明不使用对生态环境不友善的壬基苯酚类非离子界面活性,更优选易生物降解至少包含一种PPG-9-乙基己醇聚醚-5及乙氧基化C12-14-醇,添加少量即可达到临界微胞浓度CMC结构,降低表面张力,且具有优异湿润、快速溶解及清洁能力,最终优选含量1至5重量%的的PPG-9-乙基己醇聚醚-5。
溶剂
马桶陶瓷硬表面清洁,选用有机溶剂尤其含有氧原子的有机溶剂,具有高溶解性和低毒性的特点,包括醇、羧酸、酯、乙二醇、乙二醇醚和酮,均具有优异溶解性、润滑性、偶联性和助成膜能力,可提升阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂及两性表面活性剂等成分起到协同效能,在马桶清洁剂配方中优选醇醚类及醇类溶剂,包括如:Dipropylene Glycol n-Propyl Ether、Dipropylene Glycol n-Butyl Ether,如DOWANOL系列PnP、DPnP、PnB、DPnB、Hexyl CELLOSOLVE溶剂、Hexyl CARBITOL溶剂、Butyl CARBITOL溶剂、丙二醇Propylene Glycol、乙醇Ethanol等均为本发明范围内。本发明更优选包含符合生产工序具亲水性佳、黏度低、溶解性优异,且具偶联功能有效提升配方中成分复合功能之单醚类:二乙二醇单丁醚,含量5至15重量%。
螯合剂
马桶脏污包括尿垢、水垢及排泄物附着等脏污,污垢成分为以无机盐类为主如:草酸钙、磷酸钙、碳酸钙等,可利用螯合剂成分特点有效提升对硬表面无机盐类污垢溶解清除效力。成分包括:马来酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、磺酸、磷酸、水杨酸、山梨酸、氨基磺酸、乙酸、己酸、草酸、乳酸、柠檬酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、2-甲基2,4-戊二醇2-Methyl-2,4-pentanediol、二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠、乙二胺四乙酸EDTA、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二羧甲基谷氨酸四钠、二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠等,本发明优选柠檬酸、乳酸、柠檬酸钠与二羧甲基谷氨酸四钠组合,最优选含量12至18重量%螯合剂。
防污垢附着易洁成分
提升清洁剂的易清洁及防回污效能,配方中含丙烯酸聚合物Acrylic Co-Polymer、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与奈米硅石等复方组合成分,可在马桶表面形成防护膜,让脏污不易附着,及清洁过程污物不回污,保持马桶洁净度。
抗菌剂
维持马桶清洁干净卫生,本发明包含至少一种或多种抗菌成份,包括:四级铵盐类化合物如二癸基/二辛基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎氯铵、烷基(C12-18)苯甲基二甲基氯化物、正烷基(C12-18)二甲基苯甲基氯化铵、烷基(C12-14)二甲基乙基苯甲基氯化铵(平均分子量:377-384)、正烷基(C12-18)二甲基乙基苯甲基氯化铵(平均分子量:384)、二正烷基(C8-10)二甲基氯化铵(平均分子量:332-361)、二葵基二甲基碳酸铵/二葵基二甲基碳酸氢铵、2-苯基-苯酚、乙醇、羟基二氯二苯醚、聚氨丙基双胍、银离子、次氯酸、过氧化氢等。优选抗菌成份为二癸基/二辛基二甲基氯化铵、苯扎氯铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵、双十烷基二甲基氯化铵、辛基癸基二甲基氯化铵、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮与甲基异噻唑啉酮等形成一个优异的抗菌效能。
香精
优选含柑橘、果香、草香、茉莉、橙花、伊兰伊兰、玫瑰、紫罗兰、天竺葵、尤加利、熏衣草、广藿香、檀香、麝香、醛香、粉香、雪松等混合香气,并添加法国曼氏香精专利除臭成分FRESHPLEXTM,可去除厕所常见臭源。为能减少生产与马桶刷材质结合附着工艺,减少香气挥发,香味优选含花果香及木香调为主,提高对温度稳定性保留加工后香气,再藉由清洗马桶时清洁剂溶于水时再次释放,让香气挥发出来。
基于上述组分,本发明的清洁剂具有清洁、抗菌、除臭、防污染及愉悦香氛等五效合一功能,再结合清洁刷具,解决繁琐的马桶清洁工作。
本发明还提供了一种高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法:
(1)碱性金属离子螯合剂溶解于纯水中;
(2)添加月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱,转速20rpm,均匀搅拌5分钟;
(3)添加二乙二醇单丁醚,转速25rpm,均匀搅拌5分钟;
(3-1)添加固态有机酸盐及有机酸螯合剂,转速30rpm,均匀搅拌30分钟;
(4)添加PEG-15椰油基甲基氯化铵,转速25rpm,均匀搅拌10分钟;
(4-1)添加两性丙烯酸聚合物,转速25rpm,均匀搅拌10分钟;
(4-2)添加阳离子类抗菌剂、防腐剂成分,转速25rpm,均匀搅拌5分钟;
(5)添加阴离子界面活性剂α-C14-16烯烃磺酸钠,转速30rpm,均匀搅拌15分钟后,检视所有成分均全溶且呈完全透明澄清状态;
(6)提高转速至50rpm,添加香料成分,均匀搅拌20分钟;
(7)转速降至30rpm,添加非离子界面活性剂PPG-9-乙基己醇聚醚-5,均匀搅拌10分钟;
(8)停机检测产品透明度、酸碱值、比重及固体重量%。
下面详细描述说明本发明的清洁剂组合物的某些优选实施方案的实例配制,并不意图限制本发明的范围。
本发明的清洁剂结合马桶刷后须能产生优异起泡性,且维持在污垢清洁过程仍可展现优异起泡力,透过泡沫持久性增加与脏污作用时间为,提升清洁效力,因此,泡沫高度及泡沫稳定性为配方发明要求重点。
起泡力测试方法说明:
泡沫起始高度虽不是与清洁力成直接正相关,但当遇到污染物后,泡沫度下降受到影响,即表示对污染物清洁能力受影响而降低,可透过不同配方对相同重量%污染物起泡力表现及下降幅度,判定配方清洁力。
污物代表,马桶主要污垢为尿垢、水垢等无机盐类及一般污物,以下测试混合物脏污成分由以碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、大豆油、酱油、面粉组合而成。
起泡力测试方法:以表面活性测试起泡力的起泡机MIXER装置,定速搅拌5秒钟、水溶液为1%,纪录1分钟、10分钟、20分钟泡沫高度。
测试本发明高浓缩液清洁液稀释3倍后与市场常见清洁剂产品比较在1重量%下泡沫度,及在脏污环境下起泡力程度,比较清洁力。
本发明高浓缩马桶清洁剂,含下表组合成分:
所有实施例在25℃的pH值控制为4±0.2,有别一般强酸pH值≦2的马桶清洁剂产品,接触时会刺激伤害皮肤。
本发明的配方组合及调配操作程序,通过测试结果为最佳配比及生产操作条件必须:将水与螯合剂、两性界面活性剂、溶剂先搅拌均匀后,再加入有机柠檬酸及柠檬酸盐螯合剂,慢慢搅拌至溶解后,方能再加入其他成分,香精为油溶性成分,避免造成产品混浊,入料后需提高剪切力为50~60rpm,非离子界面活性剂PPG-9-乙基己醇聚醚-5具有乳化功能,于香精入料后再加入,提高产品稳定性。
起泡力测试:实施例五产品起泡力与市售马桶清洁剂起泡力测试表较表:
实施例五起泡力较市售马桶清洁剂1分钟时起泡力高出197.5mm即高出239%,20分钟后起泡力高出115mm即高出209%;在脏污环境下1分钟时起泡力高出132.5mm即高出539%,20分钟后起泡力高出67.5mm即高出386%,起泡能力明显优于市售产品。
实施例五在脏污环境下起泡力下降幅度均较市售马桶清洁剂少,表示对脏污清洁力较强,受脏污影响性较小。
污垢去污测试方法说明:
模拟尿垢、水垢成分附着在磁砖表面,浓缩清洁剂的去除效力测试。
污物制作:利用滤网将碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、食盐与6000目竹炭粉定量0.3克,均匀喷洒在面积为80.85cm2磁砖表面上,再喷水固化脏污后,置放于50℃烘箱烘烤60分钟后取出,置放于室温回温备用。
固定清洁剂成分为1重量%稀释液,以起泡机MIXER装置,定速搅拌5秒钟,打成泡沫后取3克泡沫,均匀涂抹在80.85cm2脏污区上,磁砖斜放17.5°角,静置15分钟让泡沫与瓷砖上脏污作用。
15分钟后固定用3mL自来水冲洗,重复冲洗脏污区共2次后,再由专业产品开发研究员评鉴脏污清洁效果。
污垢附着在磁砖脏污去除效果测试:
实施例五马桶清洁剂与市售马桶清洁剂去除污垢清洁力比较:
如图1所示,从左至右三块区域未入加清洁剂;如图2所示,从左至右依次加入实施例五、市售品1、市售品2的清洁剂;如图3所示,第一次清洁后的三块区域;如图4所示,第二清洁后的三块区域。在同样都是弱酸性产品下,实施例五与市售品2比较,在第1次与第2次冲洗后,去污效果都比市售品2好。
实施例五与市售品1强酸产品比较,在第1次与第2次冲洗后,去污效果也比市售品1好,证明实施例五虽然是弱酸产品,但因配方组合之原因,比强酸产品去污效果要好。
结果发现本发明浓缩马桶清洁液,比市售马桶清洁更优异起泡性,且对污垢脏污成分,亦具比市售马桶清洁剂产品更优秀清洁效果。
本发明提供的高浓缩清洁剂,pH值维持在弱酸性,提供一个环保节能减碳及安全、有效清洁的弱酸性配方,较一般市售马桶清洁剂产品强酸或强碱使用更安心产品,并且达到清洁、保养、抗菌、除臭及空气芳香一次完成马桶清洁工作。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施方式作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。
Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、柠檬酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠、二羧甲基谷氨酸四钠、二羧甲基丙氨酸三钠中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂包括柠檬酸、二羧甲基谷氨酸四钠和柠檬酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的溶剂包括二丙二醇正丙醚、二丙二醇正丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇、乙醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的清洁剂包括一种或多种抗菌剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的清洁剂包括非离子表面活性、香精、抗菌剂、除臭剂、泡沫剂稳定、防污垢附着易洁成分、防腐剂、色料或增稠剂中的一种或多种。
7.一种权利要求1所述的高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括步骤:
(1)将碱性金属螯合剂溶解于纯水中;
(2)添加月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱,搅拌;
(3)添加溶剂,搅拌;
(4)添加PEG-15椰油基甲基氯化铵,搅拌;
(5)添加α-C14-16烯烃磺酸钠,搅拌至完全透明澄清状态,获得本发明的高浓缩清洁剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(3)中,搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(4)中,搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min;所述的步骤(5)中,搅拌的转速为25~35rpm,搅拌时间为13~17min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述的步骤(3)和(4)之间还包括步骤(3-1):添加固态有机酸盐及有机酸螯合剂,搅拌;
在所述的步骤(4)和(5)之间还包括步骤:
(4-1)添加两性丙烯酸聚合物,搅拌;
(4-2)添加抗菌剂、防腐剂,搅拌;
在所述的步骤(5)之后还包括步骤:
(6)添加香料,搅拌;
(7)添加非离子表面活性剂,均匀搅拌10分钟。
10.根据权利要求9所述的高浓缩清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3-1)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为18~22min;所述的步骤(4-1)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min;所述的步骤(4-2)中搅拌的转速为15~25rpm,搅拌时间为4~6min;所述的步骤(6)中搅拌的转速为45~65rpm,搅拌时间为18~22min;所述的步骤(7)中搅拌的转速为25~35rpm,搅拌时间为8~12min。
