Experimental example 1
Safety and toxicology experiments
Experiment 1: dividing the experimental mice into three groups, 10 mice in each group, applying the natural milk-flavor cosmetic with the core-shell structure prepared in the embodiment 1-3 to the whole bodies of the experimental mice twice a day, keeping the natural milk-flavor cosmetic with the core-shell structure on the experimental mice for at least more than ten minutes each time, continuously performing the experiment for 10 days, and observing whether the surfaces of the experimental parts of the experimental mice have abnormity or abnormal conditions.
Experiment 2: the experimental mice were divided into three groups of 10 mice each, and the natural milk-flavored cosmetics having a core-shell structure prepared in examples 1 to 3 were intragastrically administered to the experimental mice once every three days for three consecutive experiments to observe whether the experimental mice had adverse reactions or died. The results are shown in Table 1.

a cosmetic with natural milk flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of passion flower extract, 4 parts of corn oligopeptide powder, 5 parts of cottonseed oligosaccharide, 3 parts of grape seed extract, 3 parts of hop extract, 4 parts of tea flower extract, 3 parts of fructus forsythiae extract, 2 parts of biochemical collagen capsule, 0.9 part of polypeptide, 5 parts of hazelnut resin, 6 parts of evening primrose oil, 7 parts of milk extract, 0.2 part of azone, 0.3 part of protamine and 50 parts of deionized water.
Comparative example 3:
a cosmetic with natural milk flavor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of passion flower extract, 1 part of corn oligopeptide powder, 8 parts of cottonseed oligosaccharide, 1 part of grape seed extract, 5 parts of hop extract, 3 parts of tea flower extract, 4 parts of fructus forsythiae extract, 1 part of biochemical collagen capsule, 1.2 parts of polypeptide, 2 parts of hazelnut resin, 8 parts of evening primrose oil, 3 parts of milk extract, 0.3 part of azone, 0.2 part of protamine and 60 parts of deionized water.
60 volunteers are selected, the age is 30-50 years, the face of the volunteer has dark yellow complexion, sunburn or pigmentation, dark complexion, wrinkles and other symptoms, the volunteer is divided into 6 groups, 10 people in each group use the natural milk-flavored cosmetics with the core-shell structure prepared in the embodiment 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-3 respectively, the use frequency is respectively once a day in the morning and evening for continuous use for 60 days, the dosage of the comparative examples 1-3 is twice that of the embodiment 1-3, the insolation is avoided in the use process, and the use effect after 60 days is as follows:
the skin complexion and melanin are accurately detected and averaged by a skin color tester purchased in the market, and the aspects of skin moistening degree, color spot improvement, glossiness and wrinkle improvement are judged by a plurality of beauty specialists; the results are shown in Table 2.
