The natural milk-flavored cosmetic with the core-shell structure according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of passion flower extract with a core-shell structure, 1-6 parts of corn oligopeptide powder with a core-shell structure, 2-8 parts of cottonseed oligosaccharide with a core-shell structure, 1-5 parts of grape seed extract with a core-shell structure, 1-5 parts of hop extract with a core-shell structure, 3-6 parts of tea flower extract with a core-shell structure, 1-4 parts of fructus forsythiae extract with a core-shell structure, 1-3 parts of biochemical collagen capsule balls, 0.6-1.2 parts of polypeptide, 2-7 parts of hazelnut fat, 3-8 parts of evening primrose oil, 3-10 parts of milk extract, 0.1-0.3 part of azone, 0.2-0.5 part of protamine and 40-60 parts of deionized water.

The natural milk-flavored cosmetic with the core-shell structure according to claim 2 is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of passion flower extract with a core-shell structure, 4 parts of corn oligopeptide powder with a core-shell structure, 5 parts of cottonseed oligosaccharide with a core-shell structure, 3 parts of grape seed extract with a core-shell structure, 3 parts of hop extract with a core-shell structure, 4 parts of camellia extract with a core-shell structure, 3 parts of fructus forsythiae extract with a core-shell structure, 2 parts of biochemical collagen capsule, 0.9 part of polypeptide, 5 parts of hazelnut fat, 6 parts of evening primrose oil, 7 parts of milk extract, 0.2 part of azone, 0.3 part of protamine and 50 parts of deionized water.
4. The natural milk-flavored cosmetic with a core-shell structure according to claim 1, wherein the milk extract is a cow's milk extract, goat's milk extract, horse's milk extract or camel's milk extract.

a1, spray drying the plant extract at low temperature to obtain powdered plant extract;
a2, carrying out superfine grinding on the powdery plant extract, and sieving the powder with a 600-800-mesh sieve to obtain extract particles;
a3, coating the extract particles with liposome to obtain a layer of extract with core-shell structure.

The natural milk-flavored cosmetic with a core-shell structure according to claim 5, wherein the passion flower extract with a core-shell structure, the corn oligopeptide powder with a core-shell structure, the cottonseed oligosaccharide with a core-shell structure, the grape seed extract with a core-shell structure, the hop extract with a core-shell structure, the camellia sinensis flower extract with a core-shell structure and the forsythia suspensa extract with a core-shell structure are of a two-layer core-shell structure, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
b1, spray drying the plant extract at low temperature to obtain powdered plant extract;
b2, carrying out superfine grinding on the powdery plant extract, and sieving the powder with a 600-800-mesh sieve to obtain extract particles A;
b3, continuously grinding part of the extract particles A, and then sieving the ground extract particles A through a 1600-2000-mesh sieve;
