Abstract
The invention discloses a toilet chassis, which comprises a chassis blank and a slope formed on the chassis blank, wherein: the slope encloses into a water drainage tank, water drainage tank extends one section, just water drainage tank downward sloping in the extending direction, water drainage tank sets up the floor drain in the tip on the extending direction. The lowest point of the chassis is allowed not to fall into the shower area but is located at the end of the gutter in the direction of extension.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type decoration, in particular to a toilet chassis.
Background
In the prior art, all toilet chassis are formed with slopes, and a floor drain is disposed in the lowest region of the slopes for draining water, and generally, the floor drain is usually disposed in a shower area.
The toilet chassis in the prior art has the following defects:
1. in the differently arranged toilets, shower areas are different, and the toilet chassis needs to change the positions of the slope and the position adaptability of the floor drain according to the change of the shower areas, so that the number of types of the toilet chassis is increased, and the toilet chassis is not beneficial to uniform and batch production.
2. When the shower area is far away from the drainage pipe, the length of the drainage pipe connecting the floor drain and the drainage shaft is inevitably large, and according to relevant regulations, when the length of the drainage pipe is larger than a certain value, the height of a communicating vessel below the floor drain is required to be increased, and the overhead height of the toilet chassis from the structural ground is inevitably increased.
3. The necessity of ensuring that the lowest point of the toilet pan is in the shower area increases the precision of the finishing ramp so that the lowest point falls exactly at a predetermined position in the shower area.

The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in the present application do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather the terms are used to distinguish one element from another. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.
To maintain the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known components of the invention have been omitted.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a toilet chassis, which comprises a chassis blank 10 and a slope 20 formed on the chassis blank 10, in the invention, the slope 20 encloses a drainage channel 30, the drainage channel 30 extends for a section, the drainage channel 30 is inclined downwards in the extending direction, and a floor drain (only indicated by a floor drain hole 31 for installing the floor drain) is arranged at the end of the drainage channel 30 in the extending direction.
The toilet chassis provided by the above embodiment of the present invention has the advantages that:
1. the lowest point is allowed not to fall into the shower area B but is located at the end of the drain groove 30 in the extending direction.
2. The floor drain is arranged at the end part of the drainage groove 30 in the extending direction, so that the arrangement of the floor drain is not limited by the change of the shower area B, and the lowest point of the chassis can not be adjusted due to the change of the position of the shower area.
3. The floor drain may be arranged in the same place on the chassis with different shower area positions.
The toilet chassis can be formed by compression molding or injection molding.
The trough bottom 32 of the drainage channel 30 can be of various configurations and types, for example, the trough bottom 32 can be arcuate, as shown in fig. 2, and in a preferred embodiment, the trough bottom 32 of the enclosed drainage channel 30 is an inclined plane.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the drain groove 30 is linearly extended such that the drain groove 30 is a straight groove, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing and drainage.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drainage channel 30 is extended towards a drainage shaft 40 in the toilet, as shown in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the drainage groove 30 extends toward the drainage shaft 40, so that the length of the drainage pipe between the drainage shaft 40 and the floor drain can be shortened, and further the obstruction to water can be effectively reduced, so that the height of the communicating vessel below the floor drain can be set smaller, and further the overhead height of the chassis relative to the structural ground in the toilet is smaller.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the chassis blank 10, the slope 20 are configured to have the following shapes and the positional relationship: processing the base plate blank 10 into a rectangular shape; making the side 21 of the slope 20 formed on the chassis blank 10 form a rectangle; the relative attitude of the ramp 20 and the chassis blank 10 is configured to: the four sides 21 of the slope 20 correspond to the four sides 11 of the chassis blank 10 in a one-to-one parallel manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, when there is a shower area B in the toilet, the position of the ramp 20 relative to the chassis blank 10 is configured such that: the area occupied by the ramp 20 is made to cover the shower area B. In this way, water falling into the shower area can be collected and drained via the ramp 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when a shower area B is provided in the toilet and the shower area is close to the wall, the distance H1 between the side 11 of the chassis blank 10 contacting the wall and the side 21 of the corresponding slope 20 is made smaller than the distance between the other corresponding sides 11, 21. In this embodiment, since a large amount of water falls into the region between the side of the slope 20 and the side of the chassis corresponding to the shower region, the area of the region is reduced by reducing the distance between the sides, and the amount of water falling into the region is further reduced, so that more water falls onto the slope 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the area occupied by the ramp 20 to the area of the chassis blank 10 is kept between 0.5 and 1.
Moreover, although exemplary embodiments have been described herein, the scope of the present invention includes any and all embodiments based on the present invention with equivalent elements, modifications, omissions, combinations (e.g., of various embodiments across), adaptations or alterations.
