Background
In recent years, the progress of aging in China is continuously accelerated, and the number of patients suffering from cerebrovascular diseases or nervous system diseases in the aged population is increased. Meanwhile, the number of people suffering from neurological diseases or limb injuries caused by traffic, industrial injury accidents and the like is increasing. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for rehabilitation training for patients suffering from senile cerebrovascular diseases or nervous system diseases, or young patients suffering from injury to the body due to industrial injury. Because the body of the patient is damaged, and the rehabilitation training is performed under the condition of bearing the body weight of the patient, although the rehabilitation training is not impossible and difficult, the rehabilitation training equipment is mostly provided with a weight reducing device so as to reduce the bearing load of limbs of a rehabilitation trainer on the body weight of the patient.
The rehabilitation equipment of the weight-reducing device used in the market at home and abroad at present is various, and a fixed lower limb rehabilitation training robot is typical. The weight-reducing device such as a weight-reducing frame and a top rail is generally used. The weight-reducing hanging strip is essentially used in the weight-reducing devices such as the weight-reducing frame, the top rail and the like.
Chinese CN 201530153422.8's apparent design patent discloses the appearance of a typical weight-reducing sling, which has a sling, shoulder straps, chest and abdomen waistcoat, and its securing straps, crotch strap, crotch sling, etc. The front and the back of the crotch belt are respectively provided with two crotch suspenders, the upper ends of the crotch suspenders are connected with the left and the right sides of the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat, the crotch suspenders pass through the lower surface of the center of the crotch belt from front to back, and the crotch suspenders are V-shaped no matter from front or back. The weight-reducing sling has the advantages that in the weight-reducing training process, the crotch belt directly bears gravity, and a rehabilitation trainer can feel uncomfortable in the crotch, especially for a male trainer. The gravity carried by the crotch belt is directly transferred to the front and rear crotch harnesses.
In addition, the front and rear crotch straps converge towards the middle to form a V shape, and stress concentration is formed at the tips of the V shape where the front and rear crotch straps meet. Because of the V-shaped structure, the front crotch suspender can be tightly attached to the groin of a human body, and the rear crotch suspender is tightly attached to the tail bone of the buttock. These parts of the human body are very sensitive to the lack of muscle and fat stress and are difficult to bear the stress for a long time. After a few minutes (3-5 min), the trainee has pain and redness at groin and bottom coccyx at both sides. This causes great pain to the user.
Furthermore, the front and back crotch suspenders are connected to the left and right sides of the lower edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat. Because the left side, the right side and the shoulder straps of the chest and abdomen waistcoat are not on the vertical line, the bearing capacity of the crotch suspender can not be vertically and upwards conducted to the bearing hanging ring along the rib band and the shoulder straps of the chest and abdomen waistcoat, so that stress concentration is formed at the joint of the crotch suspender and the chest and abdomen waistcoat. The stress of the crotch sling cannot be smoothly conducted out, so that the stress can be aggravated at the crotch sling, groin and buttock bottom tail bone of a human body, and the tightening pressure on the parts of the human body is aggravated.
Furthermore, the crotch sling of the prior art is too narrow and is easy to fold or turn over when in use, which makes the crotch sling thin or sharp-face pressing on the groin and buttock bottom tail of a rehabilitation trainer, resulting in more severe pressing results.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the chest and abdomen waistcoat of the weight-reducing sling of the prior art is too short (see chinese patent CN201530153422.8 for external design), and the waistcoat moves upward relative to the patient's body under the action of weight falling of the trained patient and the action of body relief during exercise. The upper edge of the waistcoat directly affects the pectoral muscles and the two armpits of the human body, and the uncomfortable consequences of pain and redness can also be caused.
The prior method for solving the problems is that in the training process, nursing staff plugs soft objects such as towels, sponges and the like to relieve the tightening condition. However, this is only a expedient and the symptoms and root causes are not treated. Even if the towel and the sponge are padded, the trained patient can hardly adhere to the prescription for finishing the rehabilitation training for a long time, so that the expected training effect can not be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to facilitate understanding of the invention, several terms used herein are defined as follows:
The weight-reducing training of the invention is to partially reduce the burden of the weight of the patient on the lower limbs by means of instrument suspension so as to help the patient to perform walking training, balance training and daily life activity training.
The invention relates to a weight-reducing sling, which is a device for acting on a patient in weight-reducing training to provide weight reduction and protection for the patient.
The rehabilitation training of the invention is to recover the normal self-care function of the patient's affected limbs by training the method, and recover the physical and psychological rehabilitation of the disabled as much as possible by the training method, thereby achieving the treatment effect.
In view of the above-described shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a weight reducing harness that transfers stress, thereby alleviating the effects of tightening and pain.
The invention provides a weight-reducing sling for dispersing pressure.
The invention provides a weight-reducing sling without a crotch strap.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention eliminates the crotch strap in the weight-reducing sling of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the front crotch sling and the rear crotch sling in the prior art are changed from being connected to the left side and the right side of the lower edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat to the vertical position of the lower edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat, the waistcoat rib bands, the shoulder straps and the bearing hanging rings.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the lower half parts of the front and rear crotch slings are widened and thickened.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the front part and/or the rear part of the chest and abdomen waistcoat are lengthened upwards, the contact area is enlarged, and the lengthened part adopts soft materials such as sponge and/or flannelette, so that the connecting buckle on the hard upper edge and the length adjusting buckle on the shoulder belt can not press the chest and the back of a trainee.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the U-shaped bracket is added at the armpit of the chest-abdomen waistcoat, and soft and elastic materials such as sponge are added on the bracket, thereby effectively relieving the direct compression of the upper edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat and armpit hard collision lacking muscle and fat.
In an alternative of the invention, a crotch strap is also included. In the case of including the crotch strap, in order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention partially distributes the stress concentrated "V" -shaped apex points to the four corners of the crotch strap by sewing the crotch strap to the crotch strap at the four corners of the crotch strap in addition to converging the crotch strap from the intermediate point below the crotch strap.
In addition, as the connection point between the crotch sling and the lower edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat is inwards folded, the V-shaped shape of the prior art is changed into a U-shaped structure, so that the joint part of the crotch sling and the body is transferred from the groin and the bottom tail bone to the lower abdomen and buttocks with more muscles and fat. The above measures of the invention solve the problem of inguinal and bottom coccyx crush injuries.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the four corners of the crotch belt are further opposite to the position which extends vertically downwards from the hanging ring to the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat as far as possible, and the stress concentrated on the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat and the crotch sling is directly conducted upwards to the hanging ring at the uppermost part of the shoulder belt, so that the stress is not concentrated on the front crotch hanging belt and the rear crotch hanging belt.
Due to the improvement, the weight-reducing sling provided by the invention can alleviate or prevent the pain and redness of the patient caused by the weight-reducing sling, and provides a guarantee for the weight-reducing rehabilitation trainer to complete the training for a set time.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention or the prior art will be briefly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The figures mentioned are only examples of embodiments of the invention, from which other solutions can be obtained for a person skilled in the art without inventive effort.
As shown in fig. 1, the weight-reducing sling of the prior art comprises a crotch strap (107), the crotch strap (107) being substantially rectangular, and having two crotch straps, a left front crotch strap (105 a) and a right front crotch strap (105 b), at the front. The lower ends of the left front crotch sling (105 a) and the right front crotch sling (105 b) are converged at the middle position below the crotch belt (107), and the upper ends of the left front crotch sling and the right front crotch sling are connected to the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104). The back of the crotch belt (107) of the weight-reducing sling is also provided with a left crotch sling and a right crotch sling, namely a left back crotch sling (105 c) and a right back crotch sling (105 d), the lower ends of the left crotch sling and the right crotch sling are converged at the middle position below the crotch belt (107), and the upper ends of the left crotch sling and the right crotch sling are respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104). The front and rear crotch slings are connected into a whole by passing under the crotch belt (107). The front and the rear hanging strips at the crotch are V-shaped. The force carried by the crotch belt firstly forms a stress concentration point at the tip of the V shape, and secondly, the force carried by the crotch belt is conducted to the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) along the V-shaped structure, and the stress concentration is formed at the connection points of the crotch belt and the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) because the stress axes of the front shoulder belt (102) and the rear shoulder belt (103) which are finally stressed and the front crotch belt and the rear crotch belt (105) are not in the same straight line. Because the stress is not smoothly conducted and dispersed, the stress is applied to both sides of the lower edge of the chest-belly waistcoat (104) and the front and back crotch harnesses (105) of the V-shape to different degrees. So that the V-shaped tip of the back crotch sling (105) is pressed against the groin and the bottom coccyx of the trainee. The trainee is the place most vulnerable to the crush due to less muscles and fat at the groin and bottom coccyx of the thigh.
In addition, the connecting buckle at the upper edge of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) and the Chinese character 'ri' shaped adjusting buckle on the shoulder belt are directly contacted with the chest of the trainee, thereby causing friction and tightening pressure on the chest.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the weight-reducing sling of the present invention has a load-bearing sling (1), a front shoulder strap (2), a rear shoulder strap (3), a front shoulder strap (2) length-adjusting buckle (15), a chest-abdomen waistcoat (4), a chest-abdomen waistcoat tendon strap, a chest-abdomen waistcoat (4) fixing strap (16), a crotch sling (5), thigh straps (8), leg straps (9), and the like.
The bearing hanging ring (1) comprises a left bearing hanging ring (1 a) and a right bearing hanging ring (1 b). The shoulder strap (2) of the present invention comprises a left front shoulder strap (2 a), a right front shoulder strap (2 b), a left rear shoulder strap (2 c), and a right rear shoulder strap (2 d). The left front shoulder strap (2 a) and the left rear shoulder strap (2 c) of the invention penetrate through the left bearing hanging ring (1 a) to form a whole, and the right front shoulder strap (2 b) and the right rear shoulder strap (2 d) penetrate through the right bearing hanging ring (1 b) to form a whole. The chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon belt comprises a left front tendon belt (3 a), a right front tendon belt (3 b), a left rear tendon belt (3 c) and a right rear tendon belt (3 d). The lower end of the left front shoulder strap (2 a) is vertically and collinearly connected with the upper end of the left front rib band (3 a), the lower end of the right front shoulder strap (2 b) is vertically and collinearly connected with the upper end of the right front rib band (3 b), the lower end of the left rear shoulder strap (2 c) is vertically and collinearly connected with the upper end of the left rear rib band (3 c), and the lower end of the right rear shoulder strap (2 d) is vertically and collinearly connected with the upper end of the right rear rib band (3 d). The crotch brace (5) comprises a left front crotch brace (5 a), a right front crotch brace (5 b), a left rear crotch brace (5 c) and a right rear crotch brace (5 d), wherein the upper end of the left front crotch brace (5 a) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a left front rib band (3 a), the upper end of the right front crotch brace (5 b) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a right front rib band (3 b), the upper end of a left rear crotch brace (5 c) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a left rear rib band (3 c), and the upper end of the right rear crotch brace (5 d) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a right rear rib band (3 d).
Because the crotch suspender is positioned on the same longitudinal axis with the chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon, the shoulder strap and the bearing suspension ring, the stress of the crotch suspender can be smoothly conducted to the chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon, then conducted to the shoulder strap from the chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon, finally conducted to the bearing suspension ring, and not all the crotch and the bottom tail bones of the trainee are pressed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the left front crotch sling (5 a) and the left back crotch sling (5 b) are connected into a whole to form a ring shape communicated with each other in the front-back direction, the right front crotch sling (5 c) and the right back crotch sling (5 d) are connected into a whole to form a ring shape communicated with each other in the front-back direction, and the two ring shapes are U-shaped when seen from the side surface.
In one embodiment of the invention, the left front crotch sling (5 a) and the right back crotch sling (5 d) are connected into a whole to form a ring shape communicated with each other in the front-back direction, the right front crotch sling (5 b) and the left back crotch sling (5 b) are connected into a whole to form a ring shape communicated with each other in the front-back direction, and the two rings are crossed and converged to form an X shape in the top view.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a connecting band (20) may be selectively added between the left front crotch harness (5 a) and the right front crotch harness (5 b) and between the left rear crotch harness (5 b) and the right rear crotch harness (5 d), and the connecting band (20) may be fastened with a snap fastener to adjust tightness so that the crotch harness (5) fits to the body of the trainee better.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the lower half of the crotch strap (5) is widened and thickened, as shown in figures 3 and 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the lower half of the crotch sling (5) is widened and thickened, and soft and elastic materials such as sponge and/or thick flannelette are wrapped on the lower half of the crotch sling (5).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in figures 3 and 4, the shoulder strap has a "sun" length adjustment buckle (15).
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper end of the chest-abdomen waistcoat tendon belt (3) and the lower end of the shoulder belt (2) are provided with a 'sun' shaped length adjusting connecting buckle (12), and the length of the shoulder belt is adjusted to the shortest position suitable for the height according to the height of the trainee. Generally, the shoulder straps are shortened, so that shaking of the shoulder straps can be reduced, and the body of a trainee can be better stabilized.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower end of the chest-abdomen waistcoat tendon belt (3) and the upper end of the crotch sling (5) are provided with a plug-in connection buckle and a Chinese character 'ri' shaped length adjusting buckle (17) (not shown explicitly). Wherein, the 'sun' shape length adjusting buckle (17) is used for adjusting the length of the crotch suspender according to the body shape of the trainee.
In another embodiment of the invention, shown in figure 6, the weight-reducing sling also includes a crotch strap (7). The crotch strap (7) may be rectangular, the lower end of the left front crotch strap (5 a) is connected to the crotch strap at the left front corner (7 a), the lower end of the right front crotch strap (5 b) is connected to the crotch strap at the right front corner (7 b), the lower end of the left rear crotch strap (5 c) is connected to the crotch strap at the left rear corner (7 c), and the lower end of the right rear crotch strap (5 d) is connected to the crotch strap at the right rear corner (7 d). After connection, the two are connected into a U shape when seen from the front. Because the crotch suspender is connected at the four corners of the crotch belt (7), the stress of the crotch belt (7) is effectively dispersed compared with the central connection mode. In addition, as the crotch suspender (5) is connected with the crotch belt (7) to form a U shape, the front crotch suspender (5) and the rear crotch suspender (5) can not be pressed on the groin and the bottom tail bone with less muscle fat, but are stuck on the lower abdomen and the buttocks with more muscle fat, thereby avoiding the result of the inguinal and bottom tail bone sprain caused by long-time training.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the middle of the crotch belt (7) is rectangular, the front and the rear are fan-shaped, and four corners of the front and the rear fan-shaped are basically in an inner vertical state with the crotch hanging belt (5), so that the gravity born by the crotch belt (7) is conducted upwards to the chest and abdomen waistcoat rib belt (3) and the shoulder belt (2) until the bearing hanging ring (1) so as to avoid the four corners of the crotch belt (7) from becoming stress concentration points. In addition, in actual use, the front end and the rear end of the crotch belt (7) can be rolled up, and the front and the rear fan surfaces of the crotch belt can be attached to the lower abdomen and the buttocks of a rehabilitation trainer. As the attachment area increases, local stress is also dispersed, and the user feels more comfortable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention the crotch band (7) is thickened and a soft and elastic material such as sponge, fleece or the like is applied to the inner surface to cushion the crotch pressure.
As shown in fig. 2, the highest position of the upper edge (114-1) of the prior art chest-belly vest (104) is limited by the underarm support point. In this position, the shoulder strap adjustment buckle (115) and the chest-abdomen waistcoat tendon length adjustment buckle (112) are just pressed against the chest and back of the trainee. In practical training, with the up-and-down movement of the body of the rehabilitation trainer, the shoulder strap adjusting buckle (115) and the tendon strap length adjusting buckle (112) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) can rub and tighten the chest and the back of the rehabilitation trainer. In addition, the hard upper edge (114-1) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) is used as an underarm support, and is difficult for a rehabilitation trainer to bear for a long time.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the hard upper edge (14-1) of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (4) of the present invention is not changed, and the sponge or flannelette type fabric pad (18) of the inner lining thereof extends upward from the chest portion so as not to cause the shoulder strap length adjusting buckle (15) to be pressed on the chest of the trainee.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the hard upper edge (14-1) of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (4) is raised upwards (19) by soft materials so as to prevent the waistcoat tendon adjusting buckle (12) from pressing against the back of a trainee.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in order to relieve the armpit stress, the invention makes the armpit position (11) of the upper edge (14-1) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (4) into an arc shape, thereby enlarging the contact area between the armpit and the upper edge (14-1) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (4) and dispersing the armpit pressure.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present invention adds soft and elastic material such as sponge and flannelette to the double-sided underarm portion (11) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (4).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a mesh cloth is used on the inner side of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (4) to increase the air permeability of the inner surface of the chest and abdomen waistcoat, which is contacted with the human body.
