Description

Weight-reducing sling
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weight-reducing sling, in particular to a weight-reducing sling for a weight-reducing rehabilitation training device.
Background
In recent years, with the continuous acceleration of the aging process, the number of patients with cerebrovascular diseases or nervous system diseases in the aged population is increasing. Meanwhile, the number of people suffering from neurological diseases or limb injuries due to traffic, industrial accidents and the like is increasing. Therefore, there is an increasing need for rehabilitation training for patients suffering from cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, or young patients suffering from physical injuries due to industrial injuries. Since a patient suffers from a physical injury and is difficult, if not impossible, to perform rehabilitation training while bearing his or her own weight, many rehabilitation training devices are provided with a weight reduction device to reduce the load of the limbs of the rehabilitation trainers on his or her own weight.
At present, rehabilitation equipment of weight reduction devices used in markets at home and abroad is various, and a fixed lower limb rehabilitation training robot is typical. It generally uses weight reducing devices such as weight reducing frames, sky rails, etc. The weight reducing device such as the weight reducing frame, the sky rail and the like is necessarily provided with the weight reducing sling.
Chinese CN201530153422.8 patent discloses a typical weight reduction harness with a hanging ring, shoulder straps, a vest and its fixing straps, a crotch strap, a crotch harness, etc. Wherein, the front and the back of the crotch belt are respectively provided with two crotch straps, the upper ends of the crotch straps are connected with the left and the right sides of the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat and penetrate through the lower surface of the center of the crotch belt from the front to the back, and the crotch straps are in a V shape no matter seen from the front or the back. According to the weight-reducing sling, in the weight-reducing training process, the crotch belt directly bears the gravity, and a rehabilitation trainer can feel discomfort of the crotch after a long time, particularly a male trainer. The gravity borne by the crotch strap is directly transferred to the front and rear crotch straps.
In addition, the front and rear crotch straps converge towards the middle to form a V-shaped structure, and stress concentration is formed at the V-shaped tip part where the front and rear crotch straps converge. Due to the V-shaped structure, the front crotch sling can be tightly attached to the groin of a human body, and the rear crotch sling is tightly attached to the tail bone of the bottom of the hip. These parts of the human body are very sensitive to pressure due to lack of muscle and fat, and are difficult to withstand pressure for a long time. Generally, after a few minutes (3-5 min), the trainees will feel pain and redness in the groin and the coccyx on both sides. This causes great pain to the user.
Furthermore, the front and rear crotch straps are connected to the left and right sides of the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat. Because the left side and the right side of the chest-abdomen waistcoat and the shoulder straps are not positioned on a vertical line, the bearing capacity of the crotch sling cannot be vertically and upwards conducted to the bearing lifting ring along the rib belts and the shoulder straps of the chest-abdomen waistcoat, and therefore stress concentration is formed at the connecting part of the crotch sling and the chest-abdomen waistcoat. The stress of the crotch strap is not smoothly conducted, so that the stress of the crotch strap is aggravated at the crotch strap, the groin of the human body and the bottom and the tail bone of the hip, and the pressure of the crotch strap on the parts of the human body is aggravated.
Furthermore, the crotch straps of the prior art are too narrow to fold or flip during use, which makes the crotch straps thin or sharp to press against the groin and the bottom coccyx of the buttocks of the rehabilitation trainee, resulting in worse tightening results.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waistcoat of the chest and abdomen of the weight-reducing sling of the prior art is too short (see the design patent of CN201530153422.8 in china), and under the weight drop of the trained patient and the fluctuation of the body during the exercise, the waistcoat moves upward relative to the body of the patient. The upper edge of the waistcoat is directly attached to the pectoral muscle and the two underarms of the human body, and the discomfort consequences of strangling pain and strangling redness can also be caused.
At present, the method for solving the problems is that in the training process, nursing staff are padded with soft objects such as towels and sponges to relieve the pressure. However, this is a measure of expediency, and is not the cause of a disease. Even if the towel and the sponge are padded, the trained patient can hardly insist on completing a long-time rehabilitation training prescription, so that the expected training effect can not be achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
To facilitate an understanding of the invention, several terms used herein are specifically defined as follows:
the weight reduction training is to partially reduce the burden of the weight of a patient on the lower limbs by means of suspending the weight reduction training device by an apparatus so as to help the patient to carry out walking training, balance training and daily life activity training.
The weight-reducing sling belt is a device which acts on a patient in weight-reducing training and provides weight-reducing and protecting effects for the patient.
The rehabilitation training method provided by the invention has the advantages that the affected limb of the patient can recover the normal self-care function by the training method, and the physical and psychological rehabilitation of the disabled is realized as much as possible by the training method, so that the treatment effect is achieved.
In view of the above-described shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention provides a weight loss sling that transfers stress, thereby alleviating the sensation of pressure and pressure pain.
The invention provides a pressure-dispersing weight-reducing sling.
The invention provides a weight reducing sling without a crotch strap.
To achieve the objects of the present invention, the present invention eliminates the crotch strap in prior art weight loss straps.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the front and rear crotch straps of the prior art are changed from the left and right sides connected with the lower edge of the waistcoat at the chest and abdomen part to the positions at which the lower edge of the waistcoat at the chest and abdomen part is vertical to the waistcoat tendons, the shoulder straps and the bearing hanging rings.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the lower half parts of the front and rear crotch straps are widened and thickened.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the front part and/or the back part of the waistcoat at the chest and abdomen part is/are upwards lengthened, the contact area is enlarged, and the lengthening part adopts soft materials such as sponge and/or flannel, so that the connecting buckle on the hard upper edge and the length adjusting buckle on the shoulder strap do not press against the chest and the back of a trainee.
In order to realize the aim of the invention, the U-shaped bracket is added at the armpit of the chest and abdomen waistcoat, and the bracket is added with soft and elastic materials such as sponge, thereby effectively relieving the direct compression of the upper edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat and the hard armpit lacking muscle and fat.
In an alternative of the invention, a crotch strap is also included. In the case of including the crotch band, in order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention is configured such that the crotch band is joined and passed through the intermediate point below the crotch band, and the crotch band are sewn and connected at the four corners of the crotch band, thereby partially dispersing the stress-concentrated "V" -shaped pointed end points to the four corners of the crotch band.
In addition, the connection point of the crotch sling and the lower edge of the waistcoat at the chest and abdomen is folded inwards, so that the V-shaped structure of the prior art is changed into the U-shaped structure, and the part of the crotch sling, which is attached to the body, is transferred to the lower abdomen and the hip with more muscles and fat from the groin and the bottom coccyx. The measures of the invention solve the problem of pressure injury of the groin and the bottom coccyx.
In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the four corners of the crotch strap are further opposed to each other as much as possible at positions extending vertically downward from the hanging rings to the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat, and the stress concentrated on the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat and the crotch strap is directly transmitted upward to the hanging rings at the uppermost positions of the shoulder straps, so that the stress is not concentrated on the front and rear crotch straps.
Due to the improvement, the weight-reducing sling can alleviate or prevent the patient from being hurt and red by the weight-reducing sling, and guarantee is provided for the weight-reducing rehabilitation trainee to finish the training in a specified time.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the embodiments of the present invention or the prior art will be briefly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The mentioned figures are only some embodiments of the invention, and for a person skilled in the art, other solutions can be obtained according to these figures without any inventive exercise.
As shown in fig. 1, the prior art weight loss sling includes a crotch strap (107), the crotch strap (107) being substantially rectangular in shape and being preceded by two crotch straps, a left front crotch strap (105a) and a right front crotch strap (105 b). The lower ends of the left front crotch hanging strip (105a) and the right front crotch hanging strip (105b) are converged at the middle position below the crotch belt (107), and the upper ends are connected to the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104). And a left crotch strap and a right crotch strap, namely a left rear crotch strap (105c) and a right rear crotch strap (105d), are arranged behind the crotch strap (107) of the weight-reducing strap, the lower ends of the left crotch strap and the right crotch strap are converged at the middle position below the crotch strap (107), and the upper ends of the left crotch strap and the right crotch strap are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104). The front and back crotch straps are connected into a whole by passing through the lower surface of the crotch belt (107). The front and the back crotch straps are both in a V shape. The force borne by the crotch belt firstly forms a stress concentration point at the tip of the V shape; secondly, the force borne by the crotch strap is transmitted to the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (104) along a V-shaped structure, and stress concentration is formed at the connection points of the crotch strap and the left side and the right side of the lower edge (114-2) of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (104) due to the fact that the stress axes of the front shoulder strap (102) and the rear shoulder strap (103) which are finally stressed and the stress axes of the front crotch strap (105) and the stress axes of the rear crotch strap (105) are not in the same straight line. Because the stress can not be smoothly conducted and dispersed, the stress is exerted on the V-shaped front and back crotch straps (105) and the two sides of the lower edge of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (104) to different degrees. Thereby causing the V-shaped tip of the crotch back strap (105) to be tightened and pressed at the groin and the bottom coccyx of the trainee. The trainee is the most vulnerable place to the strain due to less muscle and fat in the groin and the bottom coccyx of the thigh.
In addition, the connecting buttons on the upper edge of the thoracoabdominal waistcoat (104) and the adjusting buttons on the shoulder straps are in direct contact with the chest of the trainee, thereby causing friction and pressure on the chest.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the weight reduction sling of the present invention comprises a load-bearing suspension ring (1), a front shoulder strap (2), a rear shoulder strap (3), a front shoulder strap (2) length adjustment buckle (15), a chest and abdomen waistcoat (4), a chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon band, a chest and abdomen waistcoat (4) fixing band (16), a crotch sling (5), a thigh band (8), a leg band (9), and the like.
The load-bearing lifting ring (1) comprises a left load-bearing lifting ring (1a) and a right load-bearing lifting ring (1 b). The shoulder harness (2) of the present invention includes a left front shoulder harness (2a), a right front shoulder harness (2b), a left rear shoulder harness (2c), and a right rear shoulder harness (2 d). A left front shoulder strap (2a) and a left rear shoulder strap (2c) of the invention penetrate through the left bearing hanging ring (1a) to form a whole, and a right front shoulder strap (2b) and a right rear shoulder strap (2d) penetrate through the right bearing hanging ring (1b) to form a whole. The chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon band comprises a left front tendon band (3a), a right front tendon band (3b), a left rear tendon band (3c) and a right rear tendon band (3 d). The lower end of the left front shoulder strap (2a) is vertically connected with the upper end of the left front tendon (3a) in a collinear way; the lower end of the right front shoulder strap (2b) is vertically connected with the upper end of the right front rib strap (3b) in a collinear way; the lower end of the left rear shoulder strap (2c) of the invention is vertically collinearly connected with the upper end of the left rear tendon (3c) of the invention, and the lower end of the right rear shoulder strap (2d) of the invention is vertically collinearly connected with the upper end of the right rear tendon (3 d). The crotch hanging strip (5) comprises a left front crotch hanging strip (5a), a right front crotch hanging strip (5b), a left rear crotch hanging strip (5c) and a right rear crotch hanging strip (5d), wherein the upper end of the left front crotch hanging strip (5a) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a left front rib band (3a), the upper end of the right front crotch hanging strip (5b) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a right front rib band (3b), the upper end of the left rear crotch hanging strip (5c) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a left rear rib band (3c), and the upper end of the right rear crotch hanging strip (5d) is vertically and collinearly connected with the lower end of a right rear rib band (3 d).
Because the crotch sling, the chest and abdomen waistcoat rib band, the shoulder strap and the bearing hanging ring are positioned on the same vertical axis, the stress of the crotch sling can be smoothly transmitted to the chest and abdomen waistcoat rib band, then transmitted to the shoulder strap from the chest and abdomen waistcoat rib band and finally transmitted to the bearing hanging ring, and can not be completely tightened and pressed at the groin, the bottom tailbone and the like of the trainee.
In one embodiment of the invention, the left front crotch sling (5a) and the left rear crotch sling (5b) are connected into a whole to form a front-rear communicated ring; the right front crotch hanging strip (5c) and the right rear crotch hanging strip (5d) are connected into a whole to form a front-rear communicated ring, and the two rings are U-shaped when viewed from the side.
In one embodiment of the invention, the left front crotch sling (5a) and the right rear crotch sling (5d) are connected into a whole to form a front-rear communicated ring; the right front crotch hanging strip (5b) and the left rear crotch hanging strip (5b) are connected into a whole to form a front-rear communicated ring, and the two rings are crossed and converged and are in an X shape when viewed from top.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a connecting band (20) can be optionally added between the left front crotch strap (5a) and the right front crotch strap (5b) and between the left rear crotch strap (5b) and the right rear crotch strap (5d), and the connecting band (20) can be fastened by using snap fasteners to adjust the tightness so that the crotch strap (5) can be better fitted to the body of the trainee.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower half of the crotch strap (5) is widened and thickened.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the lower part of the crotch sling (5) is widened and thickened, and the lower part of the crotch sling (5) is wrapped by soft and elastic materials such as sponge and/or velveteen.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the shoulder belt is provided with a length adjustment buckle (15) shaped like a Chinese character 'ri'.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon (3) and the lower end of the shoulder strap (2) are provided with a length adjusting connection buckle (12) shaped like a Chinese character 'ri', and the length of the shoulder strap is adjusted to the shortest position suitable for the height of the trainee according to the height adjustment of the trainee. Shortening the shoulder straps generally reduces the sway of the shoulder straps and better stabilizes the trainee's body.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower end of the chest and abdomen waistcoat band (3) and the upper end of the crotch strap (5) are provided with a plug-in connection buckle and a length adjusting buckle (17) shaped like a Chinese character 'ri' (not shown in the figures). Wherein, the length adjusting button (17) shaped like Chinese character 'ri' is used for adjusting the length of the crotch sling according to the body type of the trainee.
In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 6, the weight reduction harness further comprises a crotch strap (7). The crotch strap (7) may be rectangular, the lower end of the left front crotch strap (5a) is connected to a left front corner (7a) of the crotch strap, the lower end of the right front crotch strap (5b) is connected to a right front corner (7b) of the crotch strap, the lower end of the left rear crotch strap (5c) is connected to a left rear corner (7c) of the crotch strap, and the lower end of the right rear crotch strap (5d) is connected to a right rear corner (7d) of the crotch strap. After the connection, the two are connected into a U shape when viewed from the front. Since the crotch strap is connected to the four corners of the crotch belt (7), the stress on the crotch belt (7) is effectively dispersed as compared with the center connection. In addition, as the crotch sling (5) is connected with the crotch belt (7) to form a U shape, the front and rear crotch slings (5) can not be pressed on the groin and the bottom coccyx with less muscle fat, but are pressed on the lower abdomen and the hip with more muscle fat, thereby avoiding the consequence of the strain of the groin and the bottom coccyx caused by long-time training.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the middle of the crotch strap (7) is rectangular, the front part and the rear part are fan-shaped, and the four corners of the front fan-shaped and the rear fan-shaped are basically in an inner vertical state with the crotch hanging strap (5), so that the gravity borne by the crotch strap (7) is linearly and upwards conducted to the chest and abdomen waistcoat rib straps (3) and the shoulder straps (2) to the position of the bearing hanging ring (1) to avoid the four corners of the crotch strap (7) becoming stress concentration points. In addition, in actual use, the front end and the rear end of the crotch belt (7) are turned upwards, and the front fan face and the rear fan face of the crotch belt are attached to the lower abdomen and the hip of a rehabilitation trainer. The increase of the attaching area can also disperse local stress, so that a user feels more comfortable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the crotch band (7) is thickened and a soft and elastic material, such as sponge, fleece or the like, is applied on the inside to cushion the crotch pressure.
As shown in FIG. 2, the highest position of the upper edge (114-1) of the thoraco-abdominal vest (104) of the prior art is limited to the underarm support point. In this position, the shoulder strap adjustment buckle (115) and the chest and abdomen waistcoat tendon length adjustment buckle (112) just press against the trainee's chest and back. In the actual training, the shoulder belt and shoulder belt adjusting buttons (115) and the rib belt length adjusting buttons (112) of the chest and abdomen waistcoat (104) rub and press the chest and the back of the rehabilitation trainer along with the up-and-down movement of the body of the rehabilitation trainer. In addition, the hard upper edge (114-1) of the chest-abdomen waistcoat (104) is used as an underarm support, and the rehabilitation trainer can not bear the stress for a long time.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the position of the hard upper edge (14-1) of the thoraco-abdominal waistcoat (4) of the invention is unchanged, and a sponge or flannel-like fabric pad (18) which is lined in the chest part extends upwards from the chest part so as not to lead the shoulder strap length adjusting buckle (15) to be not tightly pressed on the chest of the trainee.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the invention heightens (19) the hard upper edge (14-1) of the thoraco-abdominal waistcoat (4) with soft material to prevent the waistcoat tendon-adjusting buckle (12) from pressing the back of the trainee.
As shown in figures 4 and 5, in order to relieve the underarm stress, the invention makes the upper edge (14-1) of the thoraco-abdominal waistcoat (4) into an arc shape at the underarm position (11), thereby enlarging the contact area between the underarm and the upper edge (14-1) of the thoraco-abdominal waistcoat (4) and dispersing the underarm pressure.
As shown in figures 4 and 5, the invention adds soft and elastic materials such as sponge and flannelette to the two side underarm parts (11) of the thoraco-abdominal waistcoat (4).
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a mesh is used inside the thoracoabdominal waistcoat (4) to increase the breathability of the inner surface of the thoracoabdominal waistcoat, which is in contact with the human body.
The description of the present invention is intended to be illustrative, but not exhaustive, of all embodiments. The description of the present specification, drawings and claims does not limit the scope of the invention. Many other variations of the same principles and which would be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art are within the scope of the invention.
