in some preferred embodiments, the particle size of the tourmaline powder is 10000 to 13000 meshes. The invention has the advantages that tourmaline powder is added into chamomile slurry, on one hand, the prepared chamomile fiber has the function of releasing negative ions and has a beneficial effect on a human body when being applied to textiles, on the other hand, although the color cotton fiber is soft in texture and the woven fabric is elastic, the spinning quality is poor, and the invention finds that when a certain amount of tourmaline powder is added into the slurry, the wear resistance of the fabric can be improved, and the spinning quality can also be improved. The reason why the particle size of the tourmaline powder is selected to be 10000-13000 meshes is that the inventor finds that when the particle size is less than 10000 meshes, the compatibility in a system is poor, and when the particle size is more than 13000 meshes, the wear resistance of a textile woven by the fiber is reduced.
The tourmaline powder is purchased from mineral processing factories of the Hualian union in Lingshou county;
in some preferred embodiments, the ion exchange resin is a mixture of Amberlyst 15 ion exchange resin and AMBERJET 1200H ion exchange resin in a mass ratio of 1: 0.3 to 0.6. The ion exchange resin is a mixture of Amberlyst 15 ion exchange resin and AMBERJET 1200H ion exchange resin, so that the mechanical property of the chamomile fiber is improved, and the woven textile has better elasticity and is not easy to ball; the reason is that the mixed ion exchange resin has better pore structure and large specific surface area, so that tourmaline powder can be better adsorbed on the surface and in pore channels and is not easy to fall off; in addition, in the system, the spinning stock solution contains the ionic liquid, the prepared chamomile slurry contains the mixed ion exchange resin, the mixed ion exchange resin has strong acidity, an acidic site can be used as a substituent, and the molecular skeleton of the 1-butyl-3-methylpyridine iodide salt is alkaline due to pyridine, so that the mixed ion exchange resin and the ionic liquid can be stably combined together, and the problem that the binding force of chamomile essential oil and colored cotton fibers is weak is solved.
The Amberlyst 15 ion exchange resin is purchased from Shanghai Kay chemical company Limited, and has a product number of: 523532, respectively; the AMBERJET 1200H ion exchange resin is purchased from Shanghai Kay chemical Co., Ltd, and has the model number: AMBERJET 1200H;
in some preferred embodiments, the spinning dope comprises colored cotton fiber and ionic liquid in a weight ratio of 60 to 70: 30-40.
The colored cotton fibers of the invention are purchased from Shaoxing Korotko Tengtong textile Co., Ltd;
in some preferred embodiments, the ionic liquid is 1-methylpyridine iodide (CAS number: 930-73-4). The ionic liquid in the present invention is selected from 1-methylpyridine iodide because the ion exchange resin in the present system contains-SO3H group, hydroxyl group contained in cyclodextrin, ion exchange resin and cyclodextrin, and H2A net structure can be formed between the O and the N-acetyl-D-methyl pyridine iodine salt in a hydrogen bond mode, and then a pseudo-net structure is formed by the O and the 1-butyl-3-methylpyridine iodine salt, so that the prepared chamomile fiber has stronger mechanical property.
The second aspect of the invention also provides a preparation method of the sleeping and beautifying chamomile fiber containing the blue perfume oil azulene, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparation of chamomile slurry: adding cyclodextrin and water into a container, heating to 60-70 deg.C, and stirring to dissolve; cooling to normal temperature, adding chamomile essential oil, xanthan gum, ion exchange resin and tourmaline powder, and stirring at room temperature for 2-5 hours to obtain chamomile slurry;
s2, preparation of spinning solution: adding colored cotton fiber and ionic liquid into a high-pressure digestion tank, introducing inert gas for 25-40 minutes, reacting for 8-12 hours at 80-120 ℃, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain spinning stock solution;
s3, mixing: and (3) stirring and mixing the chamomile slurry and the spinning stock solution for 0.5-1 h to obtain a mixed spinning solution, and then preparing the chamomile fiber according to a wet spinning process.
The inert gas is selected from helium, neon and argon.
The wet spinning process is a conventional preparation process and comprises the following specific steps: adding the mixed spinning solution into an injector of a wet spinning machine, controlling the spinning speed to be 1.5mL/h by using a flow pump, spinning the spinning solution into distilled water at 60 ℃ under the conditions of 0.2MPa pressure and 115 ℃, naturally solidifying for 30s, and finally washing, oiling and drying to obtain the chamomile fiber.
The third aspect of the invention also provides application of the chamomile fiber containing the blue perfume oil azulene and capable of improving sleep and beautifying, and the chamomile fiber can be applied to the field of textile fabrics.
