Technical Field
The invention belongs to protein and polypeptide; the technical field of degradation products or derivatives thereof, in particular to an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing and a preparation method thereof, as well as PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) and CVC (CVC).
Background
Currently, the current state of the art commonly used in the industry is such that: in recent years, the incidence of neoplastic diseases and hematological diseases has been increasing year by year, and more patients receive chemoradiotherapy, but the damage of the chemoradiotherapy to peripheral blood vessels is large, so that the selection of patients with PICC and CVC catheterization has also been increasing year by year. In addition to this, there is an aging coming, and more patients use PICC and CVC catheters for intravenous nutrition therapy. The PICC catheter and the CVC catheter are retained in a large blood vessel, the placement time is long, infection and bleeding are easily caused, and especially in patients with advanced tumors and hematopathy, leucocyte reduction, body resistance reduction, platelet reduction and poor blood coagulation function are caused due to disease influence and radiotherapy and chemotherapy influence, and infection and bleeding at a puncture part are easily caused.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows: the PICC catheter and the CVC catheter are left in the large blood vessel, the placement time is long, and infection and bleeding at the puncture site are easy to cause; the existing dressing has poor air permeability, is easy to cause allergy when being contacted with skin for a long time, has poor comfort and lacks anti-infection and hemostasis effects.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing, a preparation method thereof, a PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) catheter and a CVC catheter.
The invention is realized by a preparation method of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing, which comprises the following steps:
step one, flatly paving an IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 on an aseptic operating table, pressing bubbles to be completely flat, and taking the air bubbles as a dressing backing material;
cutting the absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose material into small pieces of 2 x 2cm, and taking the small pieces as the center point of the dressing;
step three, preparing anti-inflammatory and anti-blooding liquid by using the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the cell activator MG-60 and the stabilizer;
the Chinese medicinal extract comprises Notoginseng radix extract, rhizoma Bletillae extract, lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae extract, and mixed extracts of radix Isatidis, herba Houttuyniae, herba Taraxaci, radix Paeoniae Rubra, Glycyrrhrizae radix, flos Lonicerae, fructus forsythiae, and herba et Gemma Agrimoniae;
the preparation method of the pseudo-ginseng extract comprises the following steps:
pulverizing Notoginseng radix in a pulverizer, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve to obtain Notoginseng radix powder;
placing Notoginseng radix powder in a reflux extraction device, adding ethanol, and reflux extracting;
collecting the extracting solution in the reflux extracting device;
heating the collected extractive solution until no pungent odor exists in the volatile gas to obtain Notoginseng radix extract;
the preparation method of the bletilla striata extract comprises the following steps:
soaking sliced rhizoma Bletillae in clear water for 6-8 hr to obtain rhizoma Bletillae soaking solution and soaked rhizoma Bletillae;
putting the soaked bletilla striata in a frying pan, and frying with soft fire;
parching until water content of rhizoma Bletillae is less than 20%, and adding rhizoma Bletillae soaking solution;
adding Mel when no water remains in the pan, and continuously stir-frying for 3-5min to obtain rhizoma bletilla extract;
the preparation method of the dalbergia wood extract comprises the following steps:
soaking rosewood heart wood for 1-2h and placing the soaked rosewood heart wood in a closed container;
heating the sealed container by an external fire source until the traditional Chinese medicine is carbonized;
collecting gas discharged from the closed container, and condensing and recovering to obtain crude lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae extractive solution;
standing and precipitating the crude dalbergia wood extract, and distilling the supernatant;
adsorbing the distillate with active carbon, and filtering with filter paper to obtain lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae extract;
placing the center point of the dressing in anti-inflammatory and anti-bleeding blood for soaking and drying to obtain a center point for carrying the medicine;
placing the center point with the medicine in a sterilization box for high-temperature sterilization for three times;
step six, pasting the center point of the medicine carrying on the dressing base material, and pasting a covering film on the dressing base material;
and step seven, placing the dressing adhered with the cover film in a sterilization box, performing low-temperature sterilization, and bagging to obtain the finished product of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing.
2. The method of making an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing of claim 1, wherein in step one, the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 has a gauge of 10 x 12 cm.
3. The method for preparing an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing according to claim 1, wherein in step three, the stabilizer is: a water quality stabilizer of polyol phosphate.
4. The method for preparing an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing according to claim 1, wherein in step three, ethanol is added for reflux extraction, and the concentration of ethanol is 75%.
5. The method for preparing an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing according to claim 1, wherein in step three, the collected extract is heated at 50-55 ℃.

The preparation method of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing according to claim 1, wherein in step three, the bletilla striata soaking solution is added when stir-frying until the water content of bletilla striata is less than 20%, and the addition amount of the bletilla striata soaking solution is 2 times of the mass of the soaked bletilla striata.
7. The method for preparing an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing according to claim 1, wherein the mixed extract of radix isatidis, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red peony root, licorice, honeysuckle, forsythia suspensa and agrimony is prepared by the following steps:
step I, respectively cleaning radix isatidis, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red paeony root, liquorice, honeysuckle, fructus forsythiae and hairyvein agrimony;
step II, putting the cleaned isatis root, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red paeony root, liquorice, honeysuckle and forsythia into a frying pan, and adding water to immerse the medicinal materials for soaking;
step III, heating the soaked medicinal materials, boiling the medicinal materials with strong fire, then decocting the medicinal materials for 6 to 9 hours with soft fire, and filtering the decoction to obtain a first decoction;
step IV, cutting the agrimony into pieces to obtain crushed agrimony residues, adding the crushed agrimony residues into filter residues, adding clear water, continuing decocting, and filtering to obtain a second decoction;
step V, combining the two decoction liquids to obtain a mixed liquid;
and VI, heating and concentrating the mixed solution to obtain a mixed extract.
Another objective of the invention is to provide an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing, which consists of the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008, an absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose material, an anti-inflammatory hemostatic substance and a covering film.
Absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose (snowflake or yarn) has hemostatic adjuvant for controlling topical hemorrhage, and has effects in killing various types of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms including aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria.
The anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing uses an IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 as a base (10 x 12cm), and uses absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose (snow flower, namely yarn) as a central point (2 x 2cm), so as to play a role in hemostasis and anti-infection.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a PICC catheter using the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing.
After the PICC is placed in a tube, a puncture point needs to be covered by dressing, and the puncture point needs to be used on the same day, the next day and daily maintenance. After conventional disinfection, the patch is applied to the puncture site and around the catheter.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a CVC placement tube using the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing.
After the CVC is placed in a tube, a puncture point needs to be covered by a dressing, and the dressing is needed to be used during puncture day and daily maintenance. After conventional disinfection, the patch is applied to the puncture site and around the catheter.
In summary, the advantages and positive effects of the invention are: the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing provided by the application is added with the traditional Chinese medicine extract, so that the anti-infection and hemostatic effects are improved, the tube placing time can be prolonged, and the related complications such as retrograde blood flow infection, local infection, hemorrhage and the like caused by tube placing can be reduced. In the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing provided by the invention, the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing adopts the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008, and has the characteristics of good air permeability and moderate size; absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose (snowflake or yarn) has hemostatic adjuvant for controlling topical hemorrhage, and has effects in killing various types of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms including aerobic bacteria and anaerobic bacteria.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In order to reduce the economic burden of patients and reduce the pain caused by complications, the invention adopts the dressing with the anti-inflammatory and hemostatic effects and uses the dressing for PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) and CVC (CVC).
The following detailed description of the principles of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s101, flatly paving the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 on an aseptic operating table, pressing bubbles to be completely flat, and taking the bubbles as a dressing backing material;
s102, cutting the absorbable and regenerated oxidized cellulose material into small pieces of 2 x 2cm, and taking the small pieces as the center point of the dressing;
s103, preparing anti-inflammatory and anti-hemorrhoidal solution by using traditional Chinese medicine extract, cell activator MG-60 and stabilizer;
s104, placing the center point of the dressing in anti-inflammatory and anti-bleeding for soaking and drying to obtain a center point for carrying the medicine;
s105, placing the center point with the medicine in a sterilization box for high-temperature sterilization, wherein the sterilization times are three times;
s106, pasting the center point of the medicine carrying on the dressing base material, and pasting a covering film on the dressing base material;
s107, placing the dressing adhered with the cover film in a sterilization box, performing low-temperature sterilization, and bagging to obtain the finished product of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing.
The preparation method of the anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing provided by the embodiment of the invention uses the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 as a base (10 x 12cm), and uses the absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose (snowflake speed, namely yarn) as a central point (2 x 2cm), so as to play a role in hemostasis and anti-infection.
In step S101, the specification of the IV3000 transparent dressing 4008 provided by the embodiments of the present invention is 10 × 12 cm.
In step S103, the traditional Chinese medicine extract provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a notoginseng extract, a bletilla striata extract, a dalbergia wood extract, and a mixed extract of isatis root, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red peony root, licorice, honeysuckle, forsythia, and agrimony.
As shown in fig. 2, the preparation method of the notoginseng extract provided by the embodiment of the present invention comprises:
s201, placing pseudo-ginseng into a grinder to be ground, and sieving the ground pseudo-ginseng with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain pseudo-ginseng powder;
s202, placing the pseudo-ginseng powder into a reflux extraction device, adding 75% ethanol, and carrying out reflux extraction;
s203, collecting the extracting solution in the reflux extracting device;
s204, heating the collected extracting solution at 50-55 ℃ until no pungent smell exists in volatile gas to obtain the pseudo-ginseng extract.
As shown in fig. 3, the preparation method of the bletilla striata extract provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s301, soaking the flaky bletilla striata in clear water for 6-8 hours to obtain bletilla striata soaking liquid and soaked bletilla striata;
s302, putting the soaked bletilla striata in a frying pan, and frying with soft fire;
s303, stir-frying until the water content of the bletilla striata is less than 20%, and adding bletilla striata soaking liquid, wherein the adding amount of the bletilla striata soaking liquid is 2 times of the mass of the soaked bletilla striata;
s304, adding honey when no moisture remains in the frying pan, and continuously frying for 3-5min to obtain the bletilla striata extract.
As shown in fig. 4, the preparation method of the rosewood heart wood extract provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s401, soaking the rosewood heart wood for 1-2h and placing the soaked rosewood heart wood in a closed container;
s402, heating the closed container by an external fire source until the traditional Chinese medicine is carbonized;
s403, collecting the gas discharged from the closed container, and condensing and recovering to obtain crude dalbergia wood extract;
s404, standing and precipitating the crude dalbergia wood extract, and distilling supernatant;
s405, adsorbing the distillate by activated carbon, and filtering by filter paper to obtain the dalbergia wood extract.
As shown in fig. 5, the preparation method of the mixed extract of isatis root, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red peony root, licorice, honeysuckle, forsythia suspensa and agrimony provided by the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
s501, respectively cleaning radix isatidis, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red paeony root, liquorice, honeysuckle, fructus forsythiae and hairyvein agrimony;
s502, putting the cleaned isatis root, houttuynia cordata, dandelion, red paeony root, liquorice, honeysuckle and forsythia into a frying pan, and adding water to immerse the medicinal materials for soaking;
s503, heating the soaked medicinal materials, boiling the medicinal materials with strong fire, then decocting the medicinal materials for 6 to 9 hours with soft fire, and filtering the decoction to obtain a first decoction;
s504, cutting the agrimony into pieces to obtain crushed agrimony residues, adding the crushed agrimony residues into filter residues, adding clear water, continuing decocting, and filtering to obtain a second decoction;
s505, combining the two decoction liquids to obtain a mixed liquid;
s506, heating and concentrating the mixed solution to obtain a mixed extract.
The anti-inflammatory hemostatic dressing provided by the embodiment of the invention consists of an IV3000 transparent dressing 4008, an absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose material, an anti-inflammatory hemostatic substance and a covering film.
