Background
Energy conservation and emission reduction have become global trend, and high-temperature flue gas of the kiln carries a large amount of heat energy to be discharged into the atmosphere to form a large amount of heat energy loss. The water content of the pure oxygen combustion glass fiber kiln waste gas reaches 53%, the high-temperature flue gas reacts with urea solution sprayed at a vertical flue at 850-1100 ℃ to complete denitration, and subsequent waste gas treatment mainly aims at dust removal and desulfurization. From the current conventional equipment in the industry, the treated waste gas is far lower than the national emission requirement. However, for the E glass formula kiln, as the industry mostly adopts the outward discharge design for the forming area, the influence on the environment is still great even if the smoke volume is small; secondly, most of the manual gate valve designs are adopted, accurate control of the kiln can not be realized, so that the kiln pressure in a kiln forming area is generally over 15Pa, boron in waste gas influenced by pressure escapes from brick joints in a gaseous form, and crystallization occurs under the condition that the external temperature is lower than 150 ℃, so that the boron is attached to a site steel structure, a storage bin and a pipeline, and finally forms boric acid with moisture in the air, so that the boric acid is extremely strong in corrosivity, and huge loss is caused to the safety of site equipment. Therefore, the roof tiles of the factory building can only be replaced by FRP materials, steel structures for multiple corrosion prevention and the like, and great cost expenditure is caused. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the kiln pressure is too high to be accurately adjusted, glass bubbles are difficult to remove, fuel input in a forming area is increased, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The waste gas of the E glass formula kiln is directly discharged, so that the environment is polluted; the invention provides a device and a method for treating waste gas of a glass fiber kiln, and solves the technical problems that the kiln pressure cannot be accurately controlled by a manual gate valve, the kiln pressure is high, the bubble discharge of glass is difficult and the like.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the glass fiber kiln waste gas treatment device comprises a kiln waste gas treatment device and a forming area waste gas treatment device, wherein the kiln waste gas treatment device comprises a melting part chimney, a kiln waste gas pipeline and a waste gas induced draft fan which are sequentially connected; the forming area waste gas treatment device comprises a forming area chimney and a forming area waste gas pipeline which are communicated with each other; the shaping district waste gas pipeline inserts kiln waste gas pipeline, thereby the waste gas draught fan with kiln waste gas pipeline and shaping district waste gas pipeline all communicate.
The kiln waste gas pipeline is internally provided with a melting part slag box, the forming area waste gas pipeline is provided with a forming area slag box, and the forming area waste gas pipeline is in collision with a pipe behind the melting part slag box and is merged into the kiln waste gas pipeline.
The kiln waste gas pipeline comprises a front section and a rear section, one end of the kiln waste gas pipeline at the front section is communicated with the melting part chimney through a metal heat exchanger, the other end of the kiln waste gas pipeline is introduced into the melting part slag box, one end of the kiln waste gas pipeline at the rear section is introduced into the melting part slag box, and the other end of the kiln waste gas pipeline is introduced into the next procedure; the shaping district waste gas pipeline includes anterior segment and back end, anterior segment shaping district waste gas pipeline with shaping district chimney intercommunication, the other end lets in shaping district sediment case, back end shaping district waste gas pipeline lets in shaping district sediment case, the other end merges into the back end kiln waste gas pipeline.
And the kiln waste gas pipeline and the forming area waste gas pipeline are provided with corresponding platforms and cleaning holes.
The forming area chimney is positioned on the main passage of the glass fiber kiln.
The shaping zone chimney is connected with the shaping zone exhaust gas pipeline in a skylinder manner.
And the melting part chimney and the forming area chimney are both refractory material chimneys.
The forehearth is provided with an online kiln pressure monitoring device.
The waste gas treatment method of the glass fiber kiln is characterized in that the waste gas treatment device of the glass fiber kiln is adopted to treat the waste gas of the kiln, and a waste gas treatment device of a forming area is additionally arranged to treat the waste gas of the forming area; connecting a forming area waste gas pipeline into a kiln waste gas pipeline to recover the forming area waste gas, and treating the forming area waste gas and the kiln waste gas in a unified manner; and the pumping force of the melting part chimney and the forming area chimney is controlled by adjusting the frequency of a waste gas induced draft fan, so that the kiln pressure of the forming area is controlled within 0-5 Pa.
Collecting waste residues of the kiln waste gas through a melting part residue box; and collecting waste residues of the waste gas in the molding area through a slag box in the molding area.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
1. according to the glass fiber kiln waste gas treatment device, a forming area waste gas treatment device is additionally arranged on the basis of the kiln waste gas treatment device, namely a forming area chimney and a waste gas pipeline are designed, the forming area waste gas pipeline is connected into a kiln waste gas pipeline, and waste gas is recycled and treated uniformly; the exhaust force of the two chimneys is controlled by adjusting the frequency of a waste gas induced draft fan, so that the kiln pressure of a forming area is controlled within 0-5 Pa, the boron is prevented from escaping from a brick joint due to the kiln pressure, the use safety of field equipment is improved, and the working environment is improved;
2. the bubble removing effect of the glass in the forming area of the kiln is improved, and the quality of the glass is improved;
3. the fuel input is reduced, and the cost is saved;
4. the exhaust gas in the kiln forming area is prevented from being discharged outside, and is treated together with the exhaust gas in the melting part of the kiln, so that the equipment investment is reduced, and the discharge pressure of an enterprise is reduced;
5. the front furnace is provided with an online kiln pressure monitoring device, and the kiln pressure is flexibly adjusted when the waste gas pipeline of the kiln is switched, so that the stability of temperature and production operation is ensured.
Detailed Description
In order to further understand the waste gas treatment device and method of the glass fiber kiln of the invention, the following description is provided in detail by the accompanying figure 1 and the examples.
Aiming at the technical problems that the waste gas of an E glass formula kiln is directly discharged to pollute the environment, and the technical problems that the kiln pressure is too high, the bubbles in the glass are difficult to discharge, the fuel input in a forming area is increased and the like due to the fact that the kiln pressure cannot be accurately controlled by a manual gate valve, the inventor achieves the following industrialized design capable of being popularized and applied through design and practice and tracking and summarizing for one year.
A glass fiber kiln waste gas treatment device is additionally provided with a forming area waste gas treatment device on the basis of the existing kiln waste gas treatment device. The kiln waste gas treatment device comprises a melting part refractory material chimney 11, a kiln waste gas pipeline 12, a waste gas induced draft fan 13 and a melting part slag box 14. The kiln waste gas pipeline 12 is respectively communicated with the melting part refractory material chimney 11, a waste gas induced draft fan 13 and a melting part slag box 14, so that waste gas in the melting part refractory material chimney 11 is pumped out through the waste gas induced draft fan 13, slag is discharged through the melting part slag box 14, and then the dry method and wet method removal of sulfur is carried out through the kiln waste gas pipeline 12. The number of the waste gas induced draft fans 13 is two, and one is used for standby. The forming area waste gas treatment device comprises a forming area refractory material chimney 21, a forming area waste gas pipeline 22 and a forming area slag box 23 which are sequentially communicated. Designing a refractory material chimney 21 in a forming area on a main passage of the glass fiber kiln, wherein the refractory material chimney 21 in the forming area is connected with a stainless steel forming area waste gas pipeline 22 in a heaven and earth circular manner; shaping district waste gas sets up shaping district slag box 23 alone, connects behind the shaping district slag box 23 shaping district waste gas pipeline 22 bumps the pipe behind melting portion slag box 14 and merges kiln waste gas pipeline 12, with kiln waste gas pipeline 12 intercommunication to through the frequency of adjustment waste gas draught fan 13, the suction of control melting portion refractory material chimney 11 and shaping district refractory material chimney 21 realizes shaping district kiln pressure control.
A glass fiber kiln waste gas treatment method comprises the steps of treating waste gas of a melting part 3 of a kiln by a kiln waste gas treatment device, and additionally arranging a forming area waste gas treatment device to treat waste gas of a forming area 4 of the kiln; and with shaping district exhaust gas piping 22 access kiln exhaust gas piping 12, in order to retrieve shaping district exhaust gas, with kiln exhaust gas unified treatment, make simultaneously with the waste gas draught fan 13 and the shaping district exhaust gas piping 22 intercommunication of kiln exhaust gas piping 12 intercommunication to through adjustment waste gas draught fan 13 frequency, the draft of control melting portion refractory material chimney 11 and shaping district refractory material chimney 21 realizes that 4 kiln pressure of shaping district control is in 0 ~ 5 Pa.
The forehearth is provided with an online kiln pressure monitoring device 6, and the forehearth can be used as a valve opening basis of a gate valve 5 when a main waste gas pipeline is removed, so that the kiln pressure can be flexibly adjusted, and the stability of the kiln pressure in a forming area is ensured.
In addition, the volatile matter of the forehearth exhaust gas is less under normal conditions, the exhaust gas can reach more than 250 ℃ under the condition of pipeline heat preservation and is higher than the boron crystallization temperature, the pipeline cannot be blocked, but enough cleaning holes are reserved on the exhaust gas pipeline 22 in the forming area, and the special condition treatment is ensured.
