The stabilizing plate 81 is connected to the end of the extending block 7 through a bolt, the stabilizing spring 82 is located in the mounting threaded hole 311, one end of the stabilizing spring 82 is fixed to the stabilizing plate 81 through welding, and the other end of the stabilizing spring 82 is abutted to the fixing shaft 11. In this embodiment, the stabilizing spring 82 is a compression spring, and after the fixing shaft 11 is screwed into the mounting threaded hole 311, the stabilizing spring 82 will abut against the fixing shaft 11, so as to reinforce the anti-falling member 3.
Referring to fig. 3, a limiting member 9 is disposed at an end of the fixed shaft 11, and the limiting member 9 includes an expansion link 91 and an expansion spring 92 disposed opposite to each other. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, one end of the telescopic rod 91 extends outside the fixed shaft 11, and the other end of the telescopic rod 91 extends in the telescopic limiting groove 112 and is fixed with a telescopic limiting plate 911 by welding. The extension spring 92 is located between the two extension limiting plates 911, and two ends of the extension spring 92 are fixed to the extension limiting plates 911 at two ends thereof by welding. The extension block 7 is provided with a limit hole 71 communicated with the mounting threaded hole 311, and the extension rod 91 is inserted into the limit hole 71 under the action of the extension spring 92, so that the anti-falling part 3 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the end of the fixed shaft 11 is further mounted with a fixing plate 10 for fixing the limiting member 9 by a bolt, and the fixing plate 10 can pass through the mounting threaded hole 311, i.e. when the fixed shaft 11 is in threaded connection with the mounting threaded hole 311, the fixing plate 10 will extend into the mounting threaded hole 311.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rope reel frame 2 includes an end rope reel 21 and a plurality of middle rope reels 22 which are oppositely disposed, the end rope reel 21 is disposed at an outer side of the two ends of the support leg 12 which are deviated from each other, and the fixing shaft 11 passes through the mounting hole 201 on the end rope reel 21. The rolling blocks 5 of the anti-dropping parts 3 at both ends of the fixed shaft 11 respectively contact with the corresponding end rope discs 21, thereby limiting the displacement of the end rope discs 21.
Referring to fig. 1, each middle rope reel 22 is disposed between two adjacent legs 12, and the fixing shaft 11 is inserted into the mounting hole 201 of each middle rope reel 22. The middle rope reel 22 is mounted to the stationary shaft 11 before the stationary shaft 11 is welded to the leg 12 to accomplish the mounting of the middle rope reel 22. The fixed shaft 11 is in clearance fit with the mounting hole 201, that is, the end rope reel 21 and the middle rope reel 22 can be rotatably connected with the fixed shaft 11.
The implementation principle of the integrated rope reel for the indoor construction elevator is as follows: when the height of indoor construction elevator needs to be increased, bolts used for connecting supporting legs 12 and beams are respectively unscrewed, and then the rope pulling disk frame 2 is lifted up, so that a plurality of steel wire ropes wound on the rope pulling disk frame 2 can move upwards at the same time, and the steel wire ropes can be quickly moved, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
