本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种端子夹持锡球的电连接器。
【背景技术】
如图1、2所示的电连接器,包括一绝缘本体5,以及设于所述绝缘本体5内的多个端子6及固定于所述端子6的锡球7,通过熔化所述锡球7以将所述端子6焊接于一电路板(未图示)。每一所述端子6具有一连接部61,所述连接部61大致呈U型,自连接部61的左右两侧向下延伸对称设置的两延伸部62,锡球7的一竖直中心面M经过两延伸部,每一延伸部62的下端连接一抱臂63,两抱臂63共同抱持所述锡球7,每一所述抱臂63的前端a向前超出对应的所述延伸部62的前端的长度等于每一所述抱臂63的后端b向后超出对应的所述延伸部62的后端b的长度,使得同一所述端子2的两个抱臂63的前端a和后端b相对于所述竖直中心面M对称设置,故同一所述端子2的两个抱臂63的前端a之间的距离等于两个抱臂63的后端b之间的距离。
然而,因两个抱臂63的前端a之间的距离等于两个抱臂63的后端b之间的距离,且两个抱臂63的前端a之间的距离和两个抱臂63的后端b之间的距离均较大,焊接时所述锡球7熔化形成锡液,锡液会随意流动,有些锡液会向左流动或向右流动,造成有些端子6的两个抱臂63中仅有一个沾到锡液(也就是说,有些端子是单边焊);有些锡液会向前或向后流动,造成有些端子6是两个抱臂63均沾到锡液(也就是说,有些端子6是双边焊),由于端子6的焊接情况不同(具体而言是有些端子6是单边焊而有些端子6是双边焊),导致多个端子6之间的阻抗不同,影响高频的稳定性。
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以克服上述问题。
【发明内容】
针对背景技术所面临的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种保证端子阻抗相同的电连接器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,包括:一绝缘本体,设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有一连接部、自所述连接部左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成的两侧部,相向设置的两延伸部自两侧部向下延伸形成,每一延伸部的下端连接一抱臂,两个抱臂共同抱持一锡球,所述锡球具有沿前后方向的第一竖直中心面和沿左右方向的第二竖直中心面,第二竖直中心面垂直于第一竖直中心面,两个抱臂位于所述第一竖直中心面的左右两侧,每一所述抱臂的前端向前超出对应的所述延伸部的前端,所述抱臂的前端向前超出所述第二竖直中心面的距离大于所述抱臂的后端向后超出所述第二竖直中心面的距离,使得同一端子两个抱臂的前端之间的距离小于两个抱臂的后端之间的距离,且两个抱臂的前端相互靠近使得焊接时两个抱臂的前端均附着有锡球熔化形成的锡液。
进一步,所述绝缘本体设有挡部,所述挡部位于所述抱臂的前端的上方阻挡第一抱臂的前端向上移动。
进一步,每一所述挡部自每一所述收容孔的一内壁凸设且向下延伸超出于所述收容孔的下端,所述挡部设有一导引面自所述收容孔的内壁向下倾斜形成,且所述导引面的最低端与所述收容孔的下端齐平。
进一步,定义所述抱臂向前超出所述延伸部的前端的部分为第一凸部,所述抱臂具有一第二凸部向后超出所述延伸部的后端,所述第一凸部的长度大于所述第二凸部的长度,所述第二竖直中心面经过两个延伸部。

自所述基部26向下且向后弯折延伸形成一连接部21,所述连接部21的宽度小于所述基部26的宽度,所述连接部21具有较好的弹性,自所述连接部21左右两侧分别向后弯折延伸形成一侧部22;自两所述侧部22向下延伸且向外扩张形成两延伸部23,两延伸部23相向设置,每一延伸部23的下端连接一抱臂24,所述挡部13位于所述抱臂24的前端的上方阻挡抱臂24的前端向上移动,所述导引面131导引所述抱臂24向下移动而伸出所述收容孔11的下端,两个抱臂24共同抱持一锡球3,在本实施中,所述锡球3的直径为0.52mm,所述锡球3通过熔化将所述端子2焊接于所述电路板300,所述锡球3具有沿前后方向的第一竖直中心面P1和沿左右方向的第二竖直中心面P2,第二竖直中心面P2垂直于第一竖直中心面P1,所述第二竖直中心面P2经过两延伸部23,两个抱臂24位于所述第一竖直中心面P1的左右两侧,从而可限制所述锡球3左右移动,所述抱臂24的前端向前超出所述第二竖直中心面P2且所述抱臂24的后端向后超出所述第二竖直中心面P2,从而可限制所述锡球3前后移动,所述抱臂24的前端向前超出所述第二竖直中心面P2的距离L1大于所述抱臂24的后端向后超出所述第二竖直中心面P2的距离L2,使得同一端子2两个抱臂24的前端之间的距离D1小于两个抱臂24的后端之间的距离D2,且两个抱臂24的前端相互靠近使得焊接时两个抱臂24的前端均附着有锡球3熔化形成的锡液,当所述锡球3未熔化时,同一个所述端子2的两个抱臂24被所述锡球3弹性撑开,此时同一个所述端子2的两个抱臂24的前端之间的距离为0.15mm以内,当所述锡球3熔化后形成锡液,两个抱臂24弹性回复而使得两个抱臂24的前端相互收拢,相互靠得更近,二者之间的距离减小至0.10mm以内,从而同一端子的两个抱臂的前端之间的间隙被锡液填充;每一所述抱臂24的前端向前超出对应的所述延伸部23的前端,定义所述抱臂24向前超出所述延伸部23的前端的部分为第一凸部241,所述第一凸部241的顶端高于所述锡球3的球心,所述第一凸部241的底端低于所述锡球3的球心,所述第一凸部241自上而下朝靠近所述锡球3的方向倾斜,如图10所示,当同一端子2的两个抱臂24展开于同一平面时,同一端子2的两个第一凸部241相衔接,两个第一凸部241相互撕裂成型,使得两个第一凸部241能最大长度设置;所述抱臂24的后端向后超出对应的所述延伸部23的后端(当然,在其它实施例中,所述抱臂24的后端也可与对应的所述延伸部23的后端齐平),定义所述抱臂24的后端向后超出所述延伸部23的后端的部分为第二凸部242,所述第一凸部241的长度大于所述第二凸部242的长度,所述第二凸部242自上而下朝靠近所述锡球3的方向倾斜,所述第二凸部242的顶端在所述锡球3的球心以下(也就是说,所述第二凸部242的顶端等于或低于所述锡球3的球心),以方便所述第二凸部242弯折。当多个所述端子2连接同一所述料带4且展开于同一平面时,相邻两个端子2的的相邻两个第二凸部242相衔接,从而相邻两端子2的相邻两第二凸部242之间零距离排列,使得连接同一所述料带4的多个所述端子2得以更紧密地排列,两相邻所述端子2的中心线间的距离变小,减少冲压过程的下料,节省了材料;所述凸块14用于锡球3向上装入的过程中限制所述锡球3向后移动,当锡球3装入对应端子2的两抱臂24之间后,所述锡球3与对应的所述凸块14不接触,由于所述锡球3是被所述端子2的两抱臂24抱持而被固定,也就是说所述锡球3的固定不需要所述绝缘本体1,从而避免所述绝缘本体1受力,以降低所述绝缘本体1翘起变形;所述限位块111位于所述锡球3的上方向以阻挡所述锡球3装入对应收容孔11过程中向上过度移动。
综上所述,本发明的电连接器100具有以下有益效果:
1.由于两个抱臂24的前端之间的距离小于两个抱臂24的后端之间的距离,且两个抱臂24的前端相互靠近,焊接时,锡球3熔化形成锡液,小距离可将锡液吸过来,使得两个抱臂24的前端均附着有锡球3熔化形成的锡液,由于每一所述端子2的两个抱臂24均附着有锡液,从而确保多个所述端子2阻抗相同。
2.由于所述挡部13位于所述抱臂24的前端的上方,当所述锡球3向上装入的过程中,所述抱臂24会向前靠近所述挡部13移动,使得所述挡部13与两个所述抱臂24的抵接面积增大,使得抱臂24被挡部13挡止得更稳定(若所述挡部13位于所述抱臂24的后端的上方,当所述锡球3向上装入的过程中,所述抱臂24会向前远离所述挡部13移动,可能导致所述挡部13挡不到所述抱臂24,从而所述端子2可能向上运动),所述锡球3可以顺利组装到所述端子2。
3.由于当同一端子2的两个抱臂24展开于同一平面时,两个第一凸部241相衔接,使得两个第一凸部241能最大长度设置,从而使得端子2成型后,两个第一凸部241之间的距离更小,焊接时,锡球3熔化成形锡液,距离更小更有利于将锡液吸过来。
4.当多个所述端子2连接同一料带4且展开于同一平面时,相邻两个端子2的相邻两个延伸部23之间具有间隙而相邻两个第二凸部242相衔接,也就是说相邻两个端子2的相邻两个延伸部23之间下料成型而相邻两个第二凸部242相互撕裂成型,故可减少相邻两个端子2相互撕裂的长度,保证撕裂的效果;同时,相邻两个端子2的相邻两个第二凸部242相衔接,从而相邻端子2的相邻两个第二凸部242之间零距离排列,使得连接同一所述料带4的多个所述端子2得以更紧密地排列,两相邻所述端子2的中心线间的距离变小,减少冲压过程的下料,节省了材料,且有利于端子2密集化排列。
5.由于所述承载块12与后相邻的两收容孔11相连接,且与前相邻的一收容孔11相连接,使得所述承载块12沿前后的宽度大于前相邻的收容孔11的后内壁与后相邻的收容孔11的前内壁之间的距离,使得所述承载块12可以设置得更宽,从而强度增强。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其特征在于:包括:
一绝缘本体,设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;
多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有一连接部、自所述连接部左右两侧向后弯折延伸形成的两侧部,相向设置的两延伸部自两侧部向下延伸形成,每一延伸部的下端连接一抱臂,两个抱臂共同抱持一锡球,所述锡球具有沿前后方向的第一竖直中心面和沿左右方向的第二竖直中心面,第二竖直中心面垂直于第一竖直中心面,两个抱臂位于所述第一竖直中心面的左右两侧,每一所述抱臂的前端向前超出对应的所述延伸部的前端,所述抱臂的前端向前超出所述第二竖直中心面的距离大于所述抱臂的后端向后超出所述第二竖直中心面的距离,使得同一端子两个抱臂的前端之间的距离小于两个抱臂的后端之间的距离,且两个抱臂的前端相互靠近使得焊接时两个抱臂的前端均附着有锡球熔化形成的锡液。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有挡部,所述挡部位于所述抱臂的前端的上方阻挡第一抱臂的前端向上移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述挡部自每一所述收容孔的一内壁凸设且向下延伸超出于所述收容孔的下端,所述挡部设有一导引面自所述收容孔的内壁向下倾斜形成,且所述导引面的最低端与所述收容孔的下端齐平。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:定义所述抱臂向前超出所述延伸部的前端的部分为第一凸部,所述抱臂具有一第二凸部向后超出所述延伸部的后端,所述第一凸部的长度大于所述第二凸部的长度,所述第二竖直中心面经过两个延伸部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部自上而下朝靠近所述锡球的方向倾斜,所述第一凸部的顶端高于所述锡球的球心,所述第一凸部的底端低于所述锡球的球心,所述第二凸部的顶端在所述锡球的球心以下。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当多个所述端子连接同一料带且展开于同一平面时,相邻两个端子的相邻两个延伸部之间具有间隙而相邻两个第二凸部相衔接。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当所述锡球熔化后形成锡液,同一端子的两个抱臂的前端之间的间隙被锡液填充。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当同一端子的两个抱臂展开于同一平面时,同一端子的两个抱臂的前端相衔接。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自所述连接部向上延伸形成一基部定位于所述收容孔,自所述基部向上延伸形成一连料部用于连接一料带,自所述基部向上弯折延伸形成的一弹臂用于向上抵接一对接元件,所述弹臂具有一第一撕裂边与所述连料部相互撕裂成型,所述弹臂具有一第二撕裂边与所述料带撕裂成型,所述弹臂还具有一下料边与所述料带下料成型,所述弹臂于所述下料边与所述第二撕裂边的连接处凹设有一缺口。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自所述绝缘本体的上表面向上凸伸多个承载块用于承载一对接元件,所述承载块与后相邻的两收容孔相连接,且与前相邻的一收容孔相连接。
