The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a speaker box 100, which includes a housing 1, a sound generating unit 2 having a diaphragm 21 and fixedly accommodated in the housing 1, and a ventilation rubber ring assembly 6.
The shell 1 is made of a metal material. The housing 1 includes a front cover 11 and a rear cover 12 respectively located at opposite sides of the sounding body 2 in a vibration direction of the diaphragm 21, and a first bracket 13 fixed between the front cover 11 and the rear cover 12.
Specifically, the front cover 11 includes a front cover 111 disposed opposite to the rear cover 12, and a front cover side wall 112 extending from a peripheral edge of the front cover 111 in a direction of the rear cover 12.

The diaphragm 21 of the sound generating unit 2 is used for vibration sound generation. Specifically, the diaphragm 21 includes a vibrating portion 211, a ring portion 212 bent and extended from the periphery of the vibrating portion 211, and a diaphragm fixing portion 213 bent and extended from the ring portion 212 in a direction away from the vibrating portion 211. The sounding unit 2 is supported and fixed on one side of the supporting step 133 near the rear cover 12. To further improve the low frequency acoustic performance of the loudspeaker enclosure 100, the loudspeaker enclosure 100 further comprises a gas permeable barrier 4 located within the rear acoustic chamber 102. The ventilation spacer 4 is fixed to the second bracket 3 and separates the sound generating unit 2 from the rear sound chamber 102, so that the rear sound chamber 102 can be filled with sound absorbing material.

The ventilation spacer 4, the first bracket 13, the second bracket 3 and the rear cover 12 together enclose a powder filling space, and the powder filling space is used for filling sound-absorbing materials, such as sound-absorbing particles, sound-absorbing cotton and the like.
The speaker box 100 further includes a conductive member 5 for electrically connecting the sounding unit 2 to an external signal.
In this embodiment, the conductive member 5 includes a conductive member body 51 supported and fixed on one end of the second bracket 3 near the rear cover 12, a connection arm 52 extending from two ends of the conductive member body 51 toward the sounding unit 2 and fixedly and electrically connected to the sounding unit 2, and an extension arm 53 extending from the conductive member body 51 toward a direction away from the sounding unit 2 and penetrating through the rear cover side wall 122 and the bracket side wall 132.

The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 1, wherein the air-permeable rubber ring assembly comprises an air-permeable member, and a first rubber ring and a second rubber ring which are annular and respectively attached and fixed to the peripheries of two opposite sides of the air-permeable member, the air-permeable member completely covers the sound outlet, the first rubber ring is respectively attached and fixed to the front cover plate and the front cover side wall, and the second rubber ring is attached and fixed to one side of the air-permeable member away from the first rubber ring.
3. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 2, wherein the first and second rubber rings are each made of double sided tape.
4. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 1, further comprising a second bracket made of plastic positioned within the rear acoustic chamber, the second bracket being supportably secured to the bracket body and disposed around a peripheral side of the sound-emitting cell, and a breathable barrier secured to the second bracket and separating the sound-emitting cell from the rear acoustic chamber.
5. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 4, wherein the rear cover includes a rear cover body and a rear cover side wall extending from a peripheral edge of the rear cover body in a direction of the front cover, the rear cover side wall being fixed to the bracket side wall.
6. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 5, wherein the air-permeable spacer includes a spacer body facing the rear cover body at a distance therefrom and attached to the sound-generating unit, a spacer extension bent and extended from a peripheral edge of the spacer body toward the bracket, and a spacer fixing portion bent and extended from an end of the spacer extension away from the spacer body; the spacer extending part and the side wall of the front cover are arranged at intervals, and the spacer fixing part is attached and fixed on one side, close to the rear cover, of the second bracket; the ventilation isolation piece, the first support, the second support and the rear cover jointly enclose a powder filling space, and the powder filling space is used for filling sound absorbing materials.
7. The loudspeaker box according to claim 6, further comprising a conductive member for electrically connecting the sounding unit with an external signal, the conductive member comprising a conductive member body supported and fixed to one end of the second bracket near the rear cover, connecting arms extending from both ends of the conductive member body toward the sounding unit and fixedly and electrically connected to the sounding unit, and extension arms extending from the conductive member body away from the sounding unit and penetrating through the rear cover side wall and the bracket side wall at the same time; the second support is close to one side of the rear cover and sunken to form a containing groove, the conducting piece body is arranged in the containing groove and enabled to be flush with one side of the second support, close to the rear cover, of the conducting piece body, and the isolating piece extension portion is simultaneously pressed and fixed to the conducting piece body and the second support.
8. The loudspeaker enclosure of claim 4, wherein the first bracket is integrally injection molded with the second bracket.
