Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a sound generating device 100, which includes a housing 1 having a receiving space 10, a sound generating unit 2 received in the receiving space 10, a bracket 3, a ventilation spacer 4, a conductive member 5, and a sealing ring 6.
The sounding unit 2 includes a metal frame 22 and a vibrating diaphragm 21 fixed on the metal frame 22 for vibrating and sounding, and of course, the frame may be made of other materials.
Specifically, the casing 1 includes a base 11 and a rear casing 12, the base 11 and the rear casing 12 are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the sounding unit 2 along the vibration direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21, the base 11 and the rear casing 12 are respectively covered on two opposite sides of the metal basin frame 22 along the vibration direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21 in this embodiment, and the base 11 and the rear casing 12 are made of metal materials, so that the whole casing 1 is thinned, and the size of the accommodating space 10 is further increased.
The base 11 comprises a base plate 111 which is located at one side of the sounding unit 2 far away from the rear shell 12 and is ring-shaped, a base extension wall 112 which is bent and extended from the outer periphery of the base plate 111 to the direction of the rear shell 12, a secondary extension wall 113 which is bent and extended from the inner periphery of the base plate 111 to the direction far away from the rear shell 12, and a flange 114 which is bent and extended from one end of the secondary extension wall 113 far away from the base plate 111 to the direction close to the sounding unit 2, wherein one side of the sounding unit 2 provided with the vibrating diaphragm 21 is abutted to the flange 114 and is at least partially welded and fixed with the flange 114, and the vibrating diaphragm 21 is exposed on the flange 114 to sound.
The rear shell 12 comprises a rear shell plate 121 which is positioned on one side of the sounding unit 2 away from the base 11 and is spaced from the sounding unit 2, and a rear shell extension wall 122 which is bent and extended from the periphery of the rear shell plate 121 towards the base 11. Specifically, the extending direction of the rear casing extending wall 122 is parallel to the vibrating direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21, the extending direction of the base extending wall 112 is parallel to the vibrating direction of the vibrating diaphragm 21, and the rear casing extending wall 122 abuts against the base extending wall 112 and is welded and fixed with the base extending wall 112, so that the reliability is better.

Specifically, the support 3 is made of plastic material, the support 3 includes a first surface 31 and a second surface 32 that are parallel to the vibration direction of the diaphragm 21 and are disposed opposite to each other, the first surface 31 is fixedly connected to the metal basin frame 22, and the second surface 32 is disposed at intervals from the base extension wall 112; the bracket 3 further includes a third surface 33 connecting the first surface 31 and the second surface 32, a fourth surface 34 connected to the second surface 32 and spaced apart from the third surface 33, and a fifth surface 35 extending obliquely from the first surface 31 to the fourth surface 34; the air-permeable separator 4 is fixed to the third surface 33, and the base plate 111 is fixed to the fourth surface 35. That is, by providing the bracket 3, the reliability of the sounding single body 2 is increased, the raw materials are fewer, the cost is reduced, and the internal space of the sounding device 100 is increased.
In this embodiment, the rear shell 12, the base 11, the bracket 3, and the sounding unit 2 together define a rear acoustic cavity 20. The sound generating device 100 of the present invention forms a relatively closed rear acoustic cavity structure, which has a simple structure, and improves the acoustic performance, particularly the low-frequency acoustic performance, of the sound generating device 100.
The ventilation spacer 4 is located in the rear acoustic cavity 20 and is fixed on the support 3, and the ventilation spacer 4 separates the rear acoustic cavity 20 into an inner acoustic cavity 30a located on one side of the ventilation spacer 4, which is close to the sounding unit 2, and an acoustic cavity 30 arranged at intervals with the sounding unit 2.

The sealing ring 6 is attached to one side of the base plate 111, which is far away from the sounding monomer 2, and the sounding device 100 is assembled and sealed with the whole machine through the sealing ring 6; of course, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing ring 6 may also be attached to a side of the flange 114 away from the sounding unit 2, and the sounding device 100 is assembled and sealed with the whole machine through the sealing ring 6; specifically, the sealing ring 6 is made of double faced adhesive tape.
