Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of plug connectors, in particular to a plug connector.
Background
Among the prior art, the pencil connector mainly comprises public end and female end, and the card is in the draw-in groove of female end in order to prevent droing of connector from taking the buckle card to public end. The clamping mode clamping is not firm, and when the clamping groove is used for a long time, the reliability of single-point fixing is also poor, and the male end and the female end are easy to loosen.
In view of the above, there is a need for a new type of connector that solves or at least alleviates the above-mentioned technical drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a plug connector, and aims to solve the technical problem that a male end and a female end of the plug connector are easy to loosen in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plug-in unit including:
a male end and a female end;
the male end comprises a male shell, an outer buckle and an inner buckle, the male shell comprises a plug part and male shells arranged on two sides of the plug part, the outer buckle is arranged on the outer side of the male shell, and the inner buckle is arranged on the plug part;
the female end comprises a female shell, an outer clamping groove and an inner clamping groove, the female shell comprises an interface part and female shells arranged on two sides of the interface part, the outer clamping groove is arranged on the female shells, and the inner clamping groove is arranged on the interface part;
when the interface part is inserted with the plug part, the inner clamping buckle is clamped in the inner clamping groove, and the outer clamping buckle is clamped in the outer clamping groove.
Preferably, the external buckle comprises a connecting part and an extending end, the connecting part is connected to the outer side of the male shell, and the extending end extends from the connecting part to one side far away from the plug part; the outer clamping groove comprises a notch and a clamping end arranged at the notch, and the clamping end extends from the outer side of the female shell to the interface part; the extending end is clamped with the clamping end to clamp the male end and the female end.
Preferably, the external locking groove comprises an upper locking groove and a lower locking groove, and the upper locking groove and the lower locking groove are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the interface part.
Preferably, the female end further comprises an upper clamping handle and a lower clamping handle, the upper clamping handle comprises an upper base body, the middle position of the upper base body is connected to the interface portion, one end of the upper base body is an upper free end, the other end of the upper base body is connected with an upper ejection column, and the upper ejection column is used for ejecting the female shell outwards so that the outer buckle and the upper clamping groove can be loosened.

the female end 3 comprises a female shell, an outer clamping groove and an inner clamping groove 34, the female shell comprises an interface part 31 and female shells 32 arranged at two sides of the interface part 31, the outer clamping groove is arranged on the female shells 32, and the inner clamping groove 34 is arranged on the interface part 31;
when the interface 31 is inserted into the plug 21, the inner clip 24 is engaged with the inner clip 34, and the outer clip 23 is engaged with the outer clip.

As a specific implementation manner of the above embodiment, the external card slot includes an upper card slot 35 and a lower card slot 36, and the upper card slot 35 and the lower card slot 36 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the interface portion 31. Further, the lower clamping handle 5 includes a lower base 51, the middle position of the lower base 51 is connected to the interface 31, one end of the lower base 51 is a lower free end 52, the other end of the lower base 51 is connected to a lower prop 53, the lower free end 52 and the lower prop 53 are both disposed on the same side of the lower base 51, the lower prop 53 is used for ejecting the female housing 32 outwards to release the outer buckle 23 from the lower clamping groove 36, and the lower clamping handle 5 is formed with an inner clamping groove 34. Similarly, the lower base 51 of the lower latch lever 5 forms a lever, and when the lower free end 52 of the lower latch lever 5 is pressed upward, the lower ejection post 53 is ejected downward, so that the outer clip 23 is released from the lower clip groove 36. Meanwhile, an inner clamping groove 34 is formed in the lower clamping handle 5, the inner clamping groove 34 is arranged on one side close to the lower top column 53, and the clamping opening is arranged upwards, so that the inner clamping groove 34 and the inner clamping buckle 24 are loosened along with the downward movement of the lower top column 53.
Further, the inner clip 24 includes a body and a protruding end 241, the protruding end 241 is formed with a guide surface, the inner clip 34 includes a groove body and an elastic block 341 disposed outside the groove body, and one surface of the elastic block 341 facing the protruding end 241 is an inclined surface. Further, an anti-slip boss 64 may be provided at the knob 61 to prevent the knob 61 from being rotated by vibration.
