Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分包括以下重量份的原料:聚酯多元醇10‑15份、聚醚多元醇5‑10份、碳纳米管3‑5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1‑0.5份、环氧树脂2‑5份、硅烷偶联剂0.2‑0.5份、溶剂25‑30份,所述B组分包括以下重量份的原料、聚异氰酸酯3‑5份、溶剂25‑30份,本发明通过上述组分制备得到的胶粘剂具有优异的粘结力,并且耐电解液腐蚀性能优异,并且胶粘剂的制备工艺操作简单,易于进行工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及动力电池铝塑膜技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂及其加工工艺。
背景技术
锂离子动力电池自问世以来便得到迅猛的发展,锂电池在制造及使用过程中涉及较为严苛的物理机械性和化学相容性、阻隔性、电化学反应性等方面的需求,以上方面均与层间胶粘剂的性能有直接的关系。目前市售动力电池铝塑膜产品至少有三层,内层基材为无毒的聚烯烃层,铝箔作为中间层,外层通常为尼龙薄膜,每层之间通过不同种类的粘结性助剂复合。
由于内外层基材是不同种类材质的材料,这些材料与中间层铝箔需要采用不同种类的胶粘剂粘结,才能将基材与铝箔完好地结合起来,并且使铝塑膜剥离、冲深、耐热等诸多应用性能达到性能要求,但是目前国内铝塑膜隔层材料间粘合所使用的胶粘剂无法满足中间层与外层之间粘结力的应用要求。
因此,如何提供一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂以提高尼龙层与铝箔之间的粘结力是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种耐热性及粘结力性能优异的用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,并且胶粘剂的制备工艺操作简单,易于进行工业化生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,由A组分和B组分组成,所述A组分包括以下重量份的原料:

聚异氰酸酯 3-5份
溶剂 25-30份。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述聚酯多元醇为丙烯酸改性的聚酯多元醇或者环氧树脂改性的聚酯多元醇中的任意一种。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述聚醚多元醇为丙烯酸改性的聚醚多元醇或者环氧树脂改性的聚醚多元醇中的任意一种。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:经过改性的聚酯多元醇或者聚醚多元醇可以有效提高胶粘剂的分散性能,同时提高胶粘剂的耐电解液性能,使得尼龙与铝箔结合的更加牢固。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述环氧树脂由质量比为1:(1-2):(0.5-1)的双酚A型环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂和脂环族环氧树脂组成。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:双酚A型环氧树脂直接加入主要提供粘结强度的聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇的混合物中,与聚异氰酸酯组分固化,得到接枝环氧树脂的网络聚合物,有效提高了聚氨酯胶粘剂的剥离强度,同时增强胶粘剂的耐溶剂性能;酚醛型环氧树脂提高了胶粘剂材料的耐热性能;脂环族环氧树脂可以提高胶粘剂的加工性能,使得胶粘剂涂布更加平整光滑。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述碳纳米管为单壁碳纳米管、多壁碳纳米管中的任意一种或者两种。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述碳纳米管是质量比为1:(8-9)的单壁碳纳米管和多壁碳纳米管的混合物。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:碳纳米管的添加对于胶粘剂的剥离强度、耐热性以及耐电解液性能等均有较大程度的改善。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述硅烷偶联剂为环氧基硅烷偶联剂或甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮中的任意一种,优选为乙酸乙酯。
优选的,在上述一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂中,所述聚异氰酸酯为甲乙酮肟封闭型聚异氰酸酯、丙二酸二乙酯封闭型聚异氰酸酯、乙酰丙酮封闭型聚异氰酸酯中的任意一种。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:上述封闭剂对于聚异氰酸酯有较高的活性,无需用催化剂即可发生封闭反应,具有良好的储存稳定性和较低的解封温度,进一步增强胶粘剂的粘结性能。
本发明还公开了上述用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇加入到溶剂中,在50-55℃的环境中加热搅拌30-50min,继续添加碳纳米管、甲苯二异氰酸酯、环氧树脂和硅烷偶联剂,恒温搅拌20-25min至混合均匀,得到A组分;
(2)制备B组分:将聚异氰酸酯溶解于溶剂中,在60-70℃的环境下搅拌60-90min至均匀,得到B组分;
(3)制备胶粘剂:使用前,将将A组分与B组分按照5:1的质量比混合均匀,过滤,即得胶粘剂。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:本发明提供的胶粘剂采用A组分与B组分分别合成,使用时再进行混合,保证了胶粘剂存储过程中的稳定性,并且缩短固化时间,而且两种组分以上述重量比混合,可以使得胶粘剂易于固化,便于施工。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂及其加工工艺,具有以下优势:
(1)本发明采用聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇的混合物提供初粘力、粘结强度和耐酸碱性能,通过与碳纳米管复配,进一步提高胶粘剂的耐热性与耐电解液性能;
(2)本发明中聚酯/醚多元醇与环氧树脂及硅烷偶联剂协同作用,极大提高了胶粘剂的粘结强度,并且经过改性的聚酯/醚多元醇与特定的环氧树脂混合物配合使用,对于粘结剂剥离力的提高起到了重要的作用;
(3)本发明将经过改进处理的聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇的混合物,与作为固化剂的B组分混合均匀即可使用,操作方法简单,并且在存储过程中保证了组分的稳定性,延长保存期限。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,并且通过对组成成分的改变对胶粘剂的性能进行了研究,具体参见表1:
表1胶粘剂组成
根据表1中各物质的添加量制备用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂及铝塑复合膜,方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇加入到溶剂中,在50-55℃的环境中加热搅拌40min,继续添加碳纳米管、甲苯二异氰酸酯、环氧树脂和硅烷偶联剂,恒温搅拌25min至混合均匀,得到A组分;
(2)制备B组分:将聚异氰酸酯溶解于溶剂中,在60-70℃的环境下搅拌90min至均匀,得到B组分;
(3)制备胶粘剂:使用前,将将A组分与B组分按照各自的质量比混合均匀,过滤,即得胶粘剂;
(4)使用凹版或辊式涂布,将步骤(3)制得的胶粘剂以0.5-2g/m2涂布在铝箔表面,在烘箱内烘干溶剂后,将尼龙膜放卷加压贴合在铝箔上,固化成型、冷却收卷后置于65-85℃的熟化室内熟化72h,得到铝箔与尼龙复合的铝塑复合膜。
对制得的铝塑复合膜进行粘结力剥离强度的性能测试,复合膜铝箔与尼龙膜180°的剥离强度参见表2,其中:180°剥离强度测试标准为GB8808-88-1988,试验速度为A法:300mm/min。

以上研究说明,本发明通过调整聚氨酯胶的配方,对聚氨酯进行改进,有效提高了尼龙层与铝箔层的粘结力与耐电解液性能,满足了动力电池铝塑膜的需求,为铝塑膜的发展提供了借鉴意义。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的方案而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为丙烯酸改性的聚酯多元醇或者环氧树脂改性的聚酯多元醇中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为丙烯酸改性的聚醚多元醇或者环氧树脂改性的聚醚多元醇中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂由质量比为1:(1-2):(0.5-1)的双酚A型环氧树脂、酚醛型环氧树脂和脂环族环氧树脂组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管为单壁碳纳米管、多壁碳纳米管中的任意一种或者两种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管是质量比为1:(8-9)的单壁碳纳米管和多壁碳纳米管的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为环氧基硅烷偶联剂或甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮中的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂,其特征在于,所述聚异氰酸酯为甲乙酮肟封闭型聚异氰酸酯、丙二酸二乙酯封闭型聚异氰酸酯、乙酰丙酮封闭型聚异氰酸酯中的任意一种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的用于动力电池铝塑膜的胶粘剂的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将聚酯多元醇与聚醚多元醇加入到溶剂中,在50-55℃的环境中加热搅拌30-50min,继续添加碳纳米管、甲苯二异氰酸酯、环氧树脂和硅烷偶联剂,恒温搅拌20-25min至混合均匀,得到A组分;
(2)制备B组分:将聚异氰酸酯溶解于溶剂中,在60-70℃的环境下搅拌60-90min至均匀,得到B组分;
(3)制备胶粘剂:使用前,将A组分与B组分按照5:1的质量比混合均匀,过滤,即得胶粘剂。
