Abstract
The invention discloses an adhesive for an aluminum plastic film of a power battery, which consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of polyester polyol, 5-10 parts of polyether polyol, 3-5 parts of carbon nano tube, 0.1-0.5 part of toluene diisocyanate, 2-5 parts of epoxy resin, 0.2-0.5 part of silane coupling agent and 25-30 parts of solvent, wherein the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight, 3-5 parts of polyisocyanate and 25-30 parts of solvent.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power battery aluminum-plastic films, in particular to an adhesive for a power battery aluminum-plastic film and a processing technology thereof.
Background
Lithium ion power batteries have been developed rapidly since the advent, and lithium batteries have requirements on severe physical and mechanical properties, chemical compatibility, barrier properties, electrochemical reactivity and the like in the manufacturing and using processes, and the requirements are directly related to the performance of an interlayer adhesive. At present, the commercial power battery aluminum-plastic film product has at least three layers, wherein the inner layer substrate is a nontoxic polyolefin layer, the aluminum foil is used as a middle layer, the outer layer is usually a nylon film, and each layer is compounded by different types of adhesive auxiliaries.
Because the inner and outer base materials are made of different materials, the base materials and the aluminum foil in the middle layer can be bonded completely by adopting different adhesives, and the application performances of aluminum plastic film stripping, deep drawing, heat resistance and the like can reach the performance requirements, but the adhesive used for bonding the aluminum plastic film interlayer materials in China at present can not meet the application requirement of the bonding force between the middle layer and the outer layer.
Therefore, how to provide an adhesive for an aluminum plastic film of a power battery to improve the adhesion between a nylon layer and an aluminum foil is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides the adhesive for the power battery aluminum-plastic film, which has excellent heat resistance and excellent binding force performance, and the preparation process of the adhesive is simple to operate and easy to carry out industrial production.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the modified polyester polyol or polyether polyol can effectively improve the dispersion performance of the adhesive and improve the electrolyte resistance of the adhesive, so that the nylon and the aluminum foil are combined more firmly.
Preferably, in the above adhesive for an aluminum plastic film of a power battery, the epoxy resin is prepared by mixing, by mass, 1: (1-2): (0.5-1) bisphenol A type epoxy resin, phenolic aldehyde type epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the bisphenol A epoxy resin is directly added into a mixture of polyester polyol and polyether polyol which mainly provide bonding strength, and is cured with the polyisocyanate component to obtain a network polymer of the grafted epoxy resin, so that the peeling strength of the polyurethane adhesive is effectively improved, and the solvent resistance of the adhesive is enhanced; the phenolic epoxy resin improves the heat resistance of the adhesive material; the alicyclic epoxy resin can improve the processing performance of the adhesive, so that the adhesive is more flat and smooth in coating.
Preferably, in the adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery, the carbon nanotubes are either single-walled carbon nanotubes or multi-walled carbon nanotubes or both.
Preferably, in the above adhesive for an aluminum plastic film of a power battery, the carbon nanotubes are in a mass ratio of 1: (8-9) a mixture of single-walled carbon nanotubes and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the addition of the carbon nano tube greatly improves the peeling strength, heat resistance, electrolyte resistance and the like of the adhesive.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the sealing agent has higher activity on polyisocyanate, can generate sealing reaction without using a catalyst, has good storage stability and lower deblocking temperature, and further enhances the bonding property of the adhesive.
The invention also discloses a processing technology of the adhesive for the power battery aluminum-plastic film, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a component A: adding polyester polyol and polyether polyol into a solvent, heating and stirring for 30-50min at the temperature of 50-55 ℃, continuously adding carbon nanotubes, toluene diisocyanate, epoxy resin and a silane coupling agent, and stirring at constant temperature for 20-25min until the components are uniformly mixed to obtain a component A;
(2) preparing a component B: dissolving polyisocyanate in a solvent, and stirring at 60-70 ℃ for 60-90min to be uniform to obtain a component B;
(3) preparing an adhesive: before use, the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 5:1, and the mixture is filtered to obtain the adhesive.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the adhesive provided by the invention is prepared by respectively synthesizing the component A and the component B, and mixing the components when in use, so that the stability of the adhesive in the storage process is ensured, the curing time is shortened, and the adhesive is easy to cure and convenient to construct by mixing the two components according to the weight ratio.
Compared with the prior art, the invention discloses an adhesive for a power battery aluminum-plastic film and a processing technology thereof, and the adhesive has the following advantages:
(1) the mixture of the polyester polyol and the polyether polyol is adopted to provide initial adhesion, bonding strength and acid and alkali resistance, and the heat resistance and electrolyte resistance of the adhesive are further improved by compounding with the carbon nano tube;
(2) the polyester/polyether polyol, the epoxy resin and the silane coupling agent have synergistic effect, so that the bonding strength of the adhesive is greatly improved, and the modified polyester/polyether polyol is matched with a specific epoxy resin mixture for use, so that the modified polyester/polyether polyol plays an important role in improving the stripping force of the adhesive;
(3) the improved mixture of polyester polyol and polyether polyol can be used after being uniformly mixed with the component B serving as the curing agent, the operation method is simple, the stability of the components is ensured in the storage process, and the storage life is prolonged.

The adhesive and the aluminum-plastic composite film for the aluminum-plastic film of the power battery are prepared according to the addition amount of each substance in the table 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a component A: adding polyester polyol and polyether polyol into a solvent, heating and stirring for 40min at the temperature of 50-55 ℃, continuously adding carbon nanotubes, toluene diisocyanate, epoxy resin and a silane coupling agent, and stirring at constant temperature for 25min until the components are uniformly mixed to obtain a component A;
(2) preparing a component B: dissolving polyisocyanate in a solvent, and stirring for 90min to be uniform at the temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain a component B;
(3) preparing an adhesive: before use, the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to respective mass ratio and filtered to obtain the adhesive;
(4) coating the adhesive prepared in the step (3) by using a gravure or roll coating method at a ratio of 0.5-2g/m2Coating on the surface of an aluminum foil, drying a solvent in an oven, unreeling a nylon film, pressurizing and attaching the nylon film to the aluminum foil, curing and molding, cooling and rolling, and then placing in a curing chamber at 65-85 ℃ for curing for 72 hours to obtain the aluminum-plastic composite film compounded by the aluminum foil and the nylon.
The performance test of the bonding force peel strength is carried out on the prepared aluminum-plastic composite film, and the 180-degree peel strength of the aluminum foil and the nylon film of the composite film is shown in table 2, wherein: the 180 DEG peel strength test standard is GB8808-88-1988, test speed is method A: 300 mm/min.

The research shows that the polyurethane is improved by adjusting the formula of the polyurethane adhesive, so that the adhesive force and electrolyte resistance of the nylon layer and the aluminum foil layer are effectively improved, the requirements of the power battery aluminum plastic film are met, and reference significance is provided for the development of the aluminum plastic film.

Claims (10)
1. The adhesive for the power battery aluminum plastic film is composed of a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight
3-5 parts of polyisocyanate
25-30 parts of a solvent.
2. The adhesive for the aluminum-plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester polyol is any one of acrylic modified polyester polyol and epoxy modified polyester polyol.
3. The adhesive for the power battery aluminum-plastic film is characterized in that the polyether polyol is any one of acrylic modified polyether polyol and epoxy resin modified polyether polyol.
4. The adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the epoxy resin is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: (1-2): (0.5-1) bisphenol A type epoxy resin, phenolic aldehyde type epoxy resin and alicyclic epoxy resin.
5. The adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carbon nanotubes are either single-walled carbon nanotubes or multi-walled carbon nanotubes or both.
6. The adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 5, wherein the carbon nanotubes are mixed by mass ratio of 1: (8-9) a mixture of single-walled carbon nanotubes and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.
7. The adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the silane coupling agent is an epoxy silane coupling agent or a methoxy silane coupling agent.
8. The adhesive for the aluminum plastic film of the power battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solvent is any one of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and butanone.
9. The adhesive for the aluminum-plastic film of the power battery according to claim 1, wherein the polyisocyanate is any one of methyl ethyl ketoxime blocked polyisocyanate, diethyl malonate blocked polyisocyanate and acetylacetone blocked polyisocyanate.
10. The processing technology of the adhesive for the power battery aluminum plastic film as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing a component A: adding polyester polyol and polyether polyol into a solvent, heating and stirring for 30-50min at the temperature of 50-55 ℃, continuously adding carbon nanotubes, toluene diisocyanate, epoxy resin and a silane coupling agent, and stirring at constant temperature for 20-25min until the components are uniformly mixed to obtain a component A;
(2) preparing a component B: dissolving polyisocyanate in a solvent, and stirring at 60-70 ℃ for 60-90min to be uniform to obtain a component B;
(3) preparing an adhesive: before use, the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to the mass ratio of 5:1, and the mixture is filtered to obtain the adhesive.
