本发明涉及一种高耐磨和高抗氧化滑板涂料,属无机非金属材料领域。按质量份数计,本发明高耐磨和高抗氧化滑板涂料由15~45份固体粉料、2~3份结合剂、1~2份分散剂、60~80份工业酒精、3~5份的乙二醇组成。固体粉料由粒度均为1~2μm碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼中的任意4个组分或4个以上组分按等质量份数组成的混合物。结合剂为混合比例为1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物。分散剂为混合比例为1:1的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐的混合物。本发明的滑板涂料生产工艺简单,用高速搅拌磨和超声搅拌将溶剂和结合剂、分散剂和固体粉料充分混合即可;喷涂在滑板上流延性好,能平整填充滑板表面气孔,粘结滑板的强度高,具有高耐磨性和高抗氧化性,能显著改善滑板的润滑性、耐磨性、抗氧化性,提高滑板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐磨和高抗氧化的滑板涂料,属于无机非金属材料学科高温陶瓷和耐火材料领域。本发明的滑板涂料能增强连铸滑板的耐磨性、润滑性和抗氧化性,增加滑板的拉滑次数,延长滑板的使用寿命。
背景技术
在连铸生产工艺中,滑动水口系统是连铸机浇铸过程中钢水的重要控制装置,能够精确的调节钢水从钢包到中间包的流量,使流入和流出的钢水达到平衡。虽然滑板要求必须具有耐高温、强度高、抗侵蚀性能好、抗热震性能好、抗氧化性高和蠕变小等特性,但在连铸过程中,滑板在拉滑的开取和闭合操作中反复的摩擦,常会发生起毛、氧化、扩孔等损耗,致使滑板表面平整致密层的完整性被破坏,进而增加上下滑板间的摩擦阻力,降低滑动操作的灵活程度及钢水流量控制的准确性,导致滑板寿命下降,甚至出现夹钢和漏钢事故。
滑板涂料的功能是将滑板处于被涂层覆盖保护,且涂料本身填充滑板表面的气孔、使得滑板表更加致密,提高滑板的抗侵蚀性能、提高滑板的抗氧化性能,滑板涂料还具有润滑性、降低滑板拉滑时的摩擦力,减少滑板的滑动时的磨损,使得滑移面贴合更加紧密,防止滑移面夹钢、漏钢,增加滑板的拉滑次数,延长滑板的寿命。中国专利CN106189386A(一种滑板涂料及其制备方法)公布了以膨胀石墨和石墨烯为固体粉料的滑板涂料,尽管石墨具有优异的抗渣侵蚀性能,也具有良好的润滑性能,并具有高熔点特性,但石墨类的碳材料高温氧化性能差,鳞片石墨在温度大于400℃即发生明显的氧化,导致滑板表面石墨润滑涂层的急剧消耗,膨胀石墨和石墨烯的比表面积大,氧化风险更高。CN102660162A(炼钢连铸设备中滑动水口用滑板保护涂料)公布了鳞片石墨以鳞片石墨、二硫化钼为主要固体成分的涂料。CN110066532A(一种高性能石墨烯滑板涂料的制备及其工艺方法)公布了以氧化铝、氧化镁、石墨烯和炭黑为主要固体的涂料。以上两者均是含有鳞片石墨或石墨烯和炭黑这类碳原材料,高温氧化问题不能杜绝,随着氧化脱碳形成气孔而导致夹钢等技术风险陡增。CN102660370A(高温润滑剂及其制备工艺)公布了以石墨微粉、黄原胶、六方氮化硼、磷酸二氢铝为主要固体成分的高温润滑剂,为了克服石墨氧化的问题,对石墨微粉进行镀镍处理,但镀镍处理工艺非常复杂、废液对环境有污染,以及后续废液无害化处理困难,因此,这种滑板涂料工艺流程长、生产成本高、无害化处理难,和环保大趋势相悖,限制了其大规模的应用。CN103509641A(六方氮化硼基滑板润滑剂及其制备方法)公布了以六方氮化硼、炭黑、硅溶胶为主要成分的滑板涂料,虽然六方氮化硼具有类似石墨的层状结构,具有良好的润滑性能,但用作滑板涂料,在高温下氧化成为氧化硼,必然导致自润滑的效果降低。
发明内容
本发明就是针对以上技术局限,制备一种易涂覆、易成膜,能增加连铸滑板的耐磨性、润滑性、抗氧化性的高耐磨和高抗氧化的滑板涂料,延长滑板的使用寿命。配方按质量份数计,本发明的滑板涂料含有15~45份固体粉料、2~3份结合剂、1~2份分散剂、60~80份工业酒精、3~5份的乙二醇组成。所述的固体粉料由粒度均为1~2μm碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼中的任意4个组分或4个以上组分按等质量份数组成的混合物;所述的结合剂为混合比例为1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物;所述的分散剂为混合比例为1:1的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐的混合物。
固体粉料中碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼均为高强耐磨材料,作为涂料的耐磨基体,同时它们兼具抗氧化剂的作用。在少量被氧化时能和硼掺杂聚硅氧烷形成致密的硼硅玻璃覆盖层,防止进一步的氧化,同时致密的硼硅玻璃层也堵塞滑板表面气孔,防止被涂料覆盖的滑板本体材料氧化,达到延长滑板使用寿命的效果。和以往的滑板涂料的液体才有水不同,本发明的液体溶剂采用有机溶剂工业酒精和乙二醇,有机溶剂使得结合剂聚氨酯、聚脲、硼掺杂聚硅氧烷和分散剂N–甲基吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐更充分溶解在溶剂中,对涂料中固体的悬浮起到更加稳定的作用,长期存放也不会出现分层和沉淀现象。且因有机溶剂挥发快,本发明涂料喷涂于滑板后3~10min即可干燥,而水基涂料需要长时间晾干和晾场。和水基溶剂的涂料相比,本发明的涂料涂覆后干燥时节约时间和空间。
具体的制备工艺步骤为:
(1)按所需比例将结合剂和分散剂溶解到工业酒精和乙二醇的混和液体中,加热至60℃煮10~20min;
(2)倒入固体粉料至步骤(1)的液体中,采用搅拌磨以500~1000转/min的转速高速搅拌1.5~2h;
(3)然后,经超声搅拌处理30~60 min;
(4)再以50~100转/min的转速搅拌10~20min。
制备的涂料密度为1.20~1.40g/cm3;粘度1.0~2.0Pa·s;干燥后测量耐磨性能优异,25℃×24h耐磨性<3.0cm3;抗氧化性能优异,将1550 °C空气气氛热处理3 h,测量样品的氧化面积,氧化面积<3.0%。采用喷涂工艺喷涂在滑板上,喷涂后3~10min即可干燥。根据需要厚度可再次喷涂,调整涂覆次数获得涂覆厚度0.2~0.5mm之间的涂层。
本发明的滑板涂料优点有:
(1)本发明的滑板涂料生产工艺简单,用高速搅拌磨和超声搅拌将溶剂和结合剂、分散剂和固体粉料充分混合即可;
(2)制备好的涂料可以长时间的保存,不会分层和沉淀;
(3)喷涂在滑板上能快速干燥,无需长时间晾干和晾场,节约时间和空间;
(4)本发明的滑板涂料流延性好,铺展在滑板上平整,能填充滑板表面气孔,粘结滑板的强度高具有高耐磨性和高抗氧化性,能显著改善滑板的润滑性、耐磨性、抗氧化性,提高滑板的使用寿命,增加2~3次拉滑次数。
实施实例
实施例1
按质量份数计,将2份结合剂(1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物)和1份分散剂(1:1比例的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐混合物)溶解到60份工业酒精和3份乙二醇的混合液中,加热至60℃煮10min后,倒入15份固体粉料(粒度均为1~2μm的等质量份数的碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨的混合物)。采用搅拌磨以500转/min的转速高速搅拌2h,然后经超声搅拌处理30 min,再以50转/min的转速搅拌20min。
表1列出了实施实例1的具体配方和工艺及其性能和使用效果。

按质量份数计,将2.5份结合剂(1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物)和1.8份分散剂(1:1比例的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐混合物)溶解到70份工业酒精和4份乙二醇的混合液中,加热至60℃煮15min后,倒入25份固体粉料(料粒度均为1~2μm的等质量份数的碳化钨、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼的混合物)。采用搅拌磨以750转/min的转速高速搅拌1.5h,然后经超声搅拌处理45 min,再以60转/min的转速搅拌15min。

实施例4
按质量份数计,将2.5份结合剂(1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物)和2份分散剂(1:1比例的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐混合物)溶解到75份工业酒精和5份乙二醇的混合液中,加热至60℃煮20min后,倒入35份固体粉料(粒度均为1~2μm的等质量份数的碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼的混合物)。采用搅拌磨以1000转/min的转速高速搅拌2h,然后经超声搅拌处理50 min,再以70转/min的转速搅拌15min。

实施例5
按质量份数计,将2份结合剂(1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物)和2份分散剂(1:1比例的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐混合物)溶解到有80份工业酒精和5份乙二醇的混合液中,加热至60℃煮20min后,倒入45份固体粉料(粒度均为1~2μm的等质量份数的碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨、硅化钼的混合物)。采用搅拌磨以1000转/min的转速高速搅拌2h,然后经超声搅拌处理60 min,再以100转/min的转速搅拌15min。

Claims (3)
1.配方按质量份数计,本发明高耐磨和高抗氧化滑板涂料由15~45份固体粉料、2~3份结合剂、1~2份分散剂、60~80份工业酒精、3~5份的乙二醇组成。
2.所述固体粉料由粒度均为1~2μm碳化硅、碳化钼、碳化硼、碳化钨、硅化钼、硼化锆、六方氮化硼中的任意4个组分或4个以上组分按等质量份数组成的混合物;所述结合剂为混合比例为1:1:1的聚氨酯:聚脲:硼掺杂聚硅氧烷的混合物;所述分散剂为混合比例为1:1的N–甲基吡咯烷酮和苯乙烯苯酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐的混合物。
3.制备工艺为:按所需比例将结合剂和分散剂溶解到工业酒精和乙二醇的混和液体中,加热至60℃煮10~20min后,倒入固体粉料;采用搅拌磨以500~1000转/min的转速高速搅拌1.5~2h,然后经超声搅拌处理30~60 min,再以50~100转/min的转速搅拌10~20min。
