Abstract

An intelligent code product and an application operating system thereof are installed on a mobile phone or a computer to register and operate a user ownership intelligent code and an application system for information storage, transmission and interaction; the system is integrated with a code generator, a code scanner, an information editor, an information repeater and a database, and forms a self-closed loop system for the entrance and exit of information on the whole; the system has the independent platform capability of transmitting and processing information to the inside and the outside, can accommodate a great number of users on the platform, can develop a series of theme application tools and a plurality of accessory applications, and provides services for accurate operation and circulation of social information. The intelligent codes generated by the user-defined operation are all information codes with user ownership management and operation, and the user becomes a code owner and is specially dedicated; the application classification comprises name card codes, sharing codes, help seeking codes, text codes, red envelope codes, private letter codes, privacy codes and key letter codes; the operation module comprises: the smart code drawing method includes the steps of firstly, drawing a code circle, secondly, drawing a code friend, thirdly, drawing a code store, fourthly, drawing a smart code.

Technical Field

The application relates to an intelligent code product and an application operating system thereof, which are arranged on a mobile phone or a computer for operation and comprise an intelligent code product, an intelligent code generator and an intelligent code application operating system. The intelligent code generator adaptively changes the structure, shape, color and information capacity of the code product according to the user-defined requirements on the structure shape and functions of the code product, and designs and generates a code sample; the user selects and configures the application function of the code, thereby generating or producing the intelligent code which is desired by the user and can be directly operated. The intelligent code for user registration management and operation design is a master information code and has the advantages of exclusiveness and specificity.

Background

At the present stage, bar codes and two-dimensional code samples which are circulated and used in the market are quite single, the attribution owner of the codes cannot be identified by naked eyes, and for a uniform code product style, people can only read the attribution and the purpose of decoding and information content stored in the codes by means of code scanning reading equipment or software. This is a constraint that modern people pursuing fashion and uniqueness want to break through but cannot break through. In addition, no platform and system for people to design, generate personal private codes and spread applications exists in the market at present. Therefore, technical innovation is carried out on the existing bar code and two-dimensional code generation styles, the tracing management function of the existing bar code and two-dimensional code generation styles is mined, an operating system which can be generated and transmitted by self-definition of people is developed, and the requirements of modern people and the market development trend are met. The smart code product and the application operating system thereof are generated under the same theme. The smart code product is generated as an upgrading and updating product of the current bar code and two-dimensional code, customization of visible identification, rich style, rich color of the code product and tracing management of information in the code are realized, and the smart code product can be applied to multiple fields and industries; the intelligent code generator and the application operating system provide a platform for self-defining generated codes and the application operating system for people, enable individuals, enterprise units and the like to have special codes, and provide windows for information ways such as self display, product propaganda and popularization and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The intelligent code product and the application operating system thereof are designed to overcome the defects that the current bar code and two-dimensional code have single style, the color is fixed in black and white, the code attribution is not recognized by naked eyes, and the like, meet the requirements of private and customized special codes of current individuals and enterprise units, and meet the information window requirement trend of the current information era that various information and products are spread and sold on line and developed, and meet the current social requirements.

The intelligent code (definition) is to use the intelligent code generator to self-adaptively change the structure, shape, color and information capacity of the code according to the user's self-defined requirements for the structure shape and function of the code, to design and generate the code sample desired by the user, and then to let the user select and configure the application function of the code, so as to generate or produce the intelligent code desired by the user and capable of directly operating the available intelligent code.

All registered and customized intelligent codes capable of operating information are information codes with user ownership management and operation, and users become code owners. Compared with the currently used bar code and two-dimensional code technology, the method has obvious differences in the code forming technology, product style, information storage capacity in the code, decoding technology, application function and range, and is specifically as follows.

The intelligent code product of the application has the advantages of: the two-dimensional code used currently stores information linearity by a linear matrix formed by horizontally and vertically interweaving all straight lines of a code plane; the intelligent code product stores information by curve interweaving or straight line interweaving with curve, thereby forming a two-dimensional code with various customized styles and endowing the code product with personalized and artistic characteristics.

Secondly, the operation is convenient, and code products are generated in real time: the user can use the mobile phone to perform online custom operation design and generate the intelligent code product belonging to the user at any time and any place through the intelligent code generator. The intelligent code generator is installed on a mobile terminal or a computer, provides a design capable of being operated on line at any time and any place for a user, generates personalized code products with different structural styles, and automatically selects an application function of an operation code, and the generation and the function matching of the intelligent code are integrated in an operation platform of the same intelligent code.

The intelligent code application operating system is integrated with the intelligent code generator in a relevant mode and installed on a mobile phone or a computer, a user enters the intelligent code application operating system, the intelligent code function is conveniently controlled, and the application which the user wants to do is implemented.

The intelligent code application operating system not only provides a user code owner to communicate with other users in a platform in a text or voice online mode, but also provides eight types of code products as carriers for information communication. The user determines the information communication mode with the other party, and selects different code types to input information or voice and then transmits and spreads the information on line. The product code application is classified as follows.

The name card code is an information code generated by the name character style of the name card owner, and the code stores the basic information of the name card user, the information of the affiliated enterprise unit and the introduction information of the provided products or services. The code is printed on a paper business card or designed on an electronic business card, and is used for transmitting personal identity information for a code customizer. The name card code is generally applied to social and commercial transactions, and customizer identity information stored in the code is verified, so that lawbreakers of counterfeit identities are attacked by information management.

The sharing code is used for sharing information such as work, life, service and the like of a code owner in a code friend and a code circle in the intelligent code application operation platform, and the sharing code is given a high-frequency approval, forwarding and sharing code to generate heat points.

Text code, also called master file information transfer code, it is the text information with title. When the method is used, a user can click the codes, the codes are operated in a code cloud space after being accessed to the network, such as operations of copying, pasting, deleting, adding, editing text or inserting pictures and the like, and the codes are packaged or compressed after the operations are finished and are hung in the text codes to be transmitted.

The text code can replace a mailbox, so that a user can edit and process texts on a mobile phone and can put a large amount of text contents. The method is characterized in that compression technology is added, text editing processing is realized by operation in the code space of a cloud user, codes are information operation channels which are distinguished independently, and information in the text codes is mainly the name of a text operation page link.

The red envelope code is used for being operated by a code owner to distribute the red envelope, and the code can be used for setting the appointed person or all members in the group to order the red envelope code.

And the private letter code has an encrypted code, and a code owner can set the private letter code to a designated person to view in the group chat, and the private letter code can not decode the information in the code by clicking the private letter code by a non-designated person.

First, the smart code application operating system mobile terminal "smart code" APP software login page, as shown in fig. 5, provides two functions of logging in operation for the user and "scan" reading the smart code. The scanning function operation is used for scanning and reading the two-dimensional code, and can scan and read the common two-dimensional code and the intelligent code. The user can directly click 'scan' to scan the common two-dimensional code picture or the intelligent code picture under the state of not logging in, and the information content stored in the code is read and checked.

Graph code rendering, i.e., smart code generator, is shown in FIG. 10-1. The user may select a custom code pattern or use a pattern of patterns within the system as a template and then input information content to be stored within the smart code to be generated, generating the smart code. The generated intelligent code can be downloaded and stored or shared on line in real time, and information transmission and communication are carried out through the intelligent code. In the production process of the intelligent code, a user can customize the function classification of the code according to the requirement of the user, such as a name card code, a confidential function code, a text code and the like.

The code store is an online platform for selling and purchasing intelligent code products provided for users, and is shown in fig. 11-1. The user can upload a special and artistic intelligent code product designed by the user to a code shop for selling; meanwhile, the user can browse the intelligent code products uploaded by other users in the code shop to purchase and register the applications.

My is the user profile page, as shown in FIG. 12-1. The page displays nine contents of personal nicknames, the number of fans, the number of concerns, my purses, my code library, my dynamic, my collections, opinion feedback and user setting.

Wherein the balance in the user account, the information of the bound bank card and the security and safety information are checked in the my wallet, as shown in fig. 12-2. Shown in the my code library is the smart code generated by the user's design, as shown in FIGS. 12-3. "My dynamics" is to see all dynamics that the user has published; "My favorites" shows a list of smart code products that the user has favorited; the opinion feedback is used for the user to apply the operating system APP software to the smart code of the application, and any problems are encountered in the using process, or any opinion or suggestion can be submitted to the platform after the page shown in the figure 12-4 is edited. The 'user setting' is used for the user to modify nicknames, passwords and the like.

And secondly, a computer webpage side image code design platform, namely a computer webpage version intelligent code generator, is used for manufacturing intelligent code products, and provides an online computer side platform for users to perform convenient and fast operation modes of intelligent code generation and design.

The computer web page end image code design platform home page is shown in fig. 16. The intelligent code product is processed on a computer by utilizing the platform, the acquisition mode of generating the pattern can only be uploading pictures with the formats of JPG, JEPG, PNG and the like, the contents in the uploaded pictures can be the patterns of common characters, artistic fonts, artistic patterns, trademark logo and the like, and the manufacturing steps are as follows.

The method comprises the following steps: the intelligent code design platform of the computer webpage end can be used in a non-login state, and if a user registers an account in the intelligent code APP software of the mobile end, the user can use the account to log in the webpage end platform.

Step two: clicking a button of 'clicking materials to be uploaded' on the left side of a page of a computer shown in figure 16, popping up the page shown in figure 17, selecting a picture file of materials to be uploaded, and clicking 'next' on the popped preview page shown in figure 18 after determining.

Step three: for example, as shown in the page of fig. 19, the mode of generating smart codes can be previewed on the left side of the computer page, and black and white codes or color codes can be selectively generated; the name of the code is entered in the first line of the edit box on the right side of the page, the information content (10 characters or more) to be stored in the code is entered in the second line of the edit box, and after the determination, the "creation" is clicked as shown in fig. 20, and the designed and created color smart code product is created. As shown in FIG. 21, the generated wisdom code pattern is viewed on the left side of the page and a "save to local" operation may be performed.

If the user wants to upload the smart code product generated by the computer to the mobile terminal smart code APP of the mobile phone synchronously, the user can click to submit in the page shown in fig. 22 after respectively editing the name, price, category and other information of the code product in the editing frame on the right side of the page, as shown in fig. 23, the smart code product is uploaded to the mobile terminal smart code APP store with the same account number for display or sale, and the user can log in the smart code APP of the mobile terminal and check the information of the code product in the smart code store.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

The present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, by way of example only.

The application of the intelligent code application operating system is an application system which operates and processes intelligent code information on a mobile terminal or a computer, integrates the most advanced code generator (code generator king), code scanner (code scanner king), information processing, editor, information repeater and associated cloud data center, integrally forms a self-closed loop system for information entering and exiting, has independent platform capabilities of transferring and processing information to and from the inside and the outside, can accommodate a large number of users on the platform, can develop series theme application tools and a plurality of subsidiary applications, and provides social information accurate operation and circulation service.

Referring to fig. 1-12, the smart code application operating system of the present application is a mobile phone APP software, which allows a user to directly operate, design, generate a smart code product, scan, read and perform other application operations. The specific operation mode and steps are as follows.

Operation one: and downloading and installing APP software of the mobile terminal of the intelligent code application operating system. Taking an apple mobile phone as an example, in "App Store", search for "smart code", as shown in fig. 13, find an App download item named "smart code", and click to select download installation.

And operation II: scanning and reading codes. Utilize the wisdom code application operating system of this application "scan a" function, both can scan the code and unscramble ordinary two-dimensional code, also can scan and unscramble wisdom code. For the example of decoding the intelligent code by scanning code, the operation steps are as follows.

Opening the installed "smart code" APP, APP open page, as shown in fig. 5, the user may click a "scan" button below the interface to scan the picture of the smart code (or select a picture with the smart code from the album) in the unregistered state, as shown in fig. 14-1, the smart code on the business card, and as shown in fig. 14-2; decoding the information in the code, wherein the information in the code is a web page link, and the scanning result can provide whether the dialog box opens the link or not, as shown in fig. 15-1, selecting yes to open the link, and jumping out of the page as shown in fig. 15-2.

Under the online login state of the user, namely the code owner, the user can scan a function icon at the upper left corner of the interface and scan and read the intelligent code on the page of the intelligent code APP home page 'code circle' as shown in figure 8. The new user needs to register an account number when logging in, and the registering steps are as follows.

The method comprises the following steps: open "Smart code" APP, log in the interface at the user, as shown in FIG. 5.

Step two: clicking 'account password login', jumping out an interface, as shown in fig. 6, clicking 'no account, register', and jumping to an account registration interface, as shown in fig. 7.

Step three: according to the prompt of the interface shown in fig. 7, after necessary information of account number, password, email and verification code is input, the user can complete the registration by clicking the 'immediate registration'.

Operation three: the design generates intelligent codes. In the intelligent code APP, a plus selection code sample is clicked on a graph code drawing interface shown in a graph 10, and two modes are provided for code sample selection on a jumped interface shown in a graph 10-2, namely a common two-dimensional code pattern in a platform library or code samples of other provided patterns; second is a custom code sample. Taking the custom code sample as an example, after clicking the "custom code sample" at the bottom of the interface of fig. 10-2, the interface is displayed as shown in fig. 10-3, and three custom modes are adopted: photo album, hand drawing, and characters. The 'album' code sample means that a user can select a photo in an album of the mobile equipment of the mobile phone as an intelligent code pattern to be generated; the method comprises the following steps of (1) drawing a line, a pattern or a character on a screen of the mobile equipment of the mobile phone by using a finger to form an intelligent code pattern to be generated; the word code is an intelligent code for writing input words in word style.

Using the word code sample as an example, the operation of the intelligent code design and generation steps are as follows.

The method comprises the following steps: clicking the "text" button in fig. 10-3, and turning to the interface as shown in fig. 10-4, names "test" for the smart code to be generated in the "title" column.

Step two: entering text in the second text box in the interface of fig. 10-4: drawing the figure code, wherein the intelligent code pattern to be generated is a pattern of four characters of drawing the figure code. Clicking on the "OK" button can preview the smart code pattern in the preview pane, as shown in FIGS. 10-5.

Step three: after the character code style is determined, clicking an 'ok' button shown in fig. 10-5 below the interface, jumping to a text box on the first line of the interface shown in fig. 10-6, and inputting character information required to be stored in the intelligent code in the text box: and (5) a code production operation platform. After the characters are input, clicking a button of 'generating graph code' on the interface of fig. 10-6 generates character codes taking 'graph code drawing' as a style, as shown in fig. 10-7.

The generated intelligent code in the pattern of drawing the graph code can be shared to other three-party platforms, as shown in fig. 10-8, the three-party platform to be shared is selected for sharing operation.

The application provides the online communication mode for the intelligent code application operating system APP software for the code owner: code ring and code friend. As shown in fig. 8, what is shown in the "code circle" is the dynamics issued by all users of the smart code application operating system APP software of the present application, and the users approve, comment, and share the dynamics; the user can also use the intelligent code as an information tool to carry out information transmission and communication on the interface. Clicking a button of 'adding new dynamic' at the upper right corner to release new dynamic of characters, pictures or videos.

The "code friend" function module shown in fig. 9 shows the user with a list of attendees, a list of fans, a list of friends, and a chat list. The user can select friends or create chat groups to communicate with other users in the platform online.

The online sales platform of the intelligent code product is performed in a code shop, as shown in fig. 11-1. In the code shop, the user can see all the smart code patterns sold in the platform, click on a smart code, and enter a purchase and related introduction interface of the smart code, as shown in fig. 11-2, and code products designed by the picture code creator.

The operation process implemented above embodies the functions of the intelligent code product and the application operating system thereof.

1. An intelligent code product and an application operating system thereof are an application system which is arranged on a mobile phone or a computer to register and operate a user ownership intelligent code and information storage, transmission and interaction of the intelligent code; the intelligent code generator, the code scanner, the information editor, the information repeater and the database thereof are integrated to form a self-closed loop system for the entrance and exit of information on the whole; the system has the independent platform capability of transmitting and processing information to the inside and the outside, can accommodate a great number of users on the platform, can develop a series of theme application tools and a plurality of accessory applications, and provides services for accurate operation and circulation of social information.

The intelligent code product and the application operating system thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intelligent code product is an intelligent code generator installed on a mobile phone or a computer, the generator adaptively changes the structure, shape, color and information capacity of the code product according to the user-defined requirements on the structure shape and functions of the code product, designs and generates a personalized code sample desired by the user, and then allows the user to select and configure the application function of the code, thereby generating or producing the intelligent code product desired by the user and capable of directly operating the available intelligent code product; the intelligent codes generated by the user-defined operation are all information codes with user ownership management and operation, and the user becomes the owner of the intelligent codes and is exclusive and special; this includes text style name codes; trademark codes of enterprise trademark or logo style; an artistic code or a creative code of an artistic pattern style.

The smart code product and the application operating system thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart code application operating system and the smart code generator are integrated together and installed on a mobile phone or a computer, and the user clicks and enters the smart code application operating system to facilitate the code owner to control the smart code function and implement the application that the code owner wants to do, including registration, design to generate the smart code with smart characteristics and functions, scanning and interpretation, on-line communication, and on-line purchase or sale of the code product.

4. The intelligent code product and the application operating system thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the application classification of the intelligent code comprises:

firstly, name card codes are generated in a name style of a code owner and printed on a paper name card or displayed on an electronic name card, and the name card codes store basic information of the code owner, enterprise units to which the name card belongs and provided product and service information and transmit identity information for the code owner;

the sharing code is used for transmitting information shared by the owner with other people in work, life and service;

thirdly, seeking help codes, wherein information required by a code owner is stored in the codes and is sent on line, after other people receive the code reading requirement, if the other people can provide help, a reply or help button in a code interface is clicked to leave a message or input help content and a solution, and after the completion, the code owner is automatically sent back;

text code, also called file transfer code, which is information code with title and is the document with larger content of the master of the transfer code;

the red envelope code is used for distributing the red envelope, and can be used for appointing a person or a part of persons to accept the congratulatory red envelope of the code owner;

the private letter code has an encrypted information code, a code owner can set the private letter code to a designated person to view in group chat, group members in an unspecified list can not decode the information in the code by clicking the private letter code;

the privacy code has an instantaneity code, when chatting, a code owner selects the code of the type, the code is sent to a specified friend after information storage, the friend clicks and checks the information in the code, but screen capture and downloading operations cannot be carried out, after the information is checked, the code is invalid immediately, the information in the code is cleared immediately and cannot be checked again;

the key-free password function code has the characteristics of larger information amount than the password code, encryption of information in the code and timeliness, and has the characteristics of non-screen-interception, non-downloading and clear reading only by a designated person of the password code, and the key is also required to be sent by a code owner to open the information in the password function code.

The intelligent code product and the application operating system thereof as claimed in claim 1, further characterized in that the intelligent code generation operating platform is divided into a computer web page side and a mobile phone side, and account information of the web page side and the mobile phone side can be communicated, i.e. one user account can log in on the two platforms at the same time; on the intelligent code generating operation platform at the computer webpage end, the intelligent codes which are designed and generated on line can be locally stored or uploaded to a code shop in the intelligent code operating system at the mobile end for display.

6. The smart code product and application operating system of claim 1, further characterized in that the smart code application operating system of the mobile phone comprises application function modules including:

firstly, a code circle is formed, all user members in the code circle can release and display own dynamic information by using own intelligent codes, the information content comprises characters, pictures or video dynamic, and the intelligent code is attached with functions of sharing, praise and forwarding by other users;

secondly, a user directly communicates with the code friend by using the intelligent code of the user and selects and uses the intelligent codes of 8 application types for operation; the application column list is divided into a friend list, a concerned person list, a fan list and a chat list;

the code store provides a platform for users to buy and sell intelligent code products in real time, and the users can upload the intelligent codes generated by design to the code store for selling; the user can purchase intelligent code products uploaded by other users in the platform to register operation and application;

fourthly, the function setting comprises nine contents of user nicknames, vermicelli quantity, concern quantity, my wallet, my code library, my dynamic state, my collection, opinion feedback and user setting; the user can carry out necessary setting operation in the functional area, including nickname modification and login password modification;

drawing the intelligent code, wherein the functional module is provided for a user to design and generate the intelligent code, and the system specifically operates as follows:

the method comprises the following steps: clicking the page of drawing the graph code and selecting the code sample, wherein the code sample is selected in two modes, namely, the code sample is directly provided in a platform library; secondly, making a code sample in a self-defined manner;

step two: in the user-defined operation button, a user selects one operation from three types of photo albums, hand drawings and characters;

step three: selecting a 'character' button, inputting the title name of a code product in a title bar of a design page, clicking 'confirm', inputting information content required to be stored in the code in a jumped page frame, and then clicking a 'generating image code' button to generate a character intelligent code;

when the hand-drawing mode is selected to form the code, clicking a hand-drawing button in the second step, and inputting a title name for the code item in a title bar in a jumped page; after selecting the thickness and the color of the hand-drawn line, drawing the line, the pattern or the character style on the screen by fingers in the editing frame, clicking a 'confirm' button, inputting the information content required to be stored in the code in the frame of the jump page, and clicking a 'generate figure code' button to generate the hand-drawn intelligent code;

selecting a photo from the photo album as a code sample, clicking an album button in the second step, inputting a title name in a title column of the skipped page, clicking a plus sign in an edit box below the title frame, selecting a picture from the small photo album, clicking a confirm button, inputting information required to be stored in the code in the edit box of the skipped page, and clicking a picture code generation button to generate a picture sample intelligent code;

and the scanning function button is used for scanning and reading the information in the intelligent code, including reading the bar code and the traditional two-dimensional code.
