If the identity card reading module (101) detects an identity card in a working time slot, reading identity card information; if the national password card reading module (102) detects a nuclear power station control area passing card in a working time slot, reading nuclear power station control area passing card information;
The traffic authorization inquiry terminal (10) further comprises a communication module (104) connected with the main control board (105);
The communication module (104) is used for uploading the read identity card information or the read nuclear power station control area pass card information to a pass management server (20), the communication module (104) is also used for receiving authorization inquiry information issued by the pass management server (20), and the display screen (103) displays the authorization inquiry information; the authorization inquiry information is used for inquiring the nuclear power plant control area passing authorization valid period and the sub-authorization item valid period corresponding to the identity card information or the nuclear power plant control area passing card information for the passing management server (20).
