Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to the technical field of rubber preparation, in particular to an environment-friendly hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber and a preparation method thereof.
Background art:
hydrogenated nitrile rubber is a rubber elastomer with excellent performance and high price, and is suitable for high-end occasions. Such as robots, automobiles, aerospace devices, precision instruments, etc. With the vigorous implementation of the country on the environmental protection, the environmental protection is deeply paid attention to, the national requirements on the environmental protection of products produced by factories are higher and higher, and a plurality of required environmental protection materials are difficult to meet the requirements on mechanical properties.
For example, a conveyor belt used in a sweeping robot is made of pure rubber materials, but because the cross section of a product is designed to be small and is only 1.3MM, a fabric layer cannot be arranged in the middle of the product to fix the size. And requires environmental protection levels: rohs2.0, PAHS, nonylphenol and phthalate all need to reach European Union standards, and the product requirement is light color, so reinforcing filling in the formula cannot be filled by using carbon black, and the performance data of the hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber formula prepared by using common light-color fillers are as follows: the 100 percent definite elongation is lower, the 100 percent definite elongation is only about 2Mpa, the elongation is larger by 350 to 400 percent, and the maximum strength is 12 to 17Mpa, so that the performance data can not meet the actual use requirement of the transmission belt. Because the conveyor belt is used for a long time (slipping after 1000 hours of use), the belt stress is relaxed, the belt is extended in size, and the belt is easy to slip and cannot transmit the required power.
The invention content is as follows:
in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the environment-friendly hydrogenated nitrile rubber with high wear resistance, high definite elongation, flex resistance and stress relaxation resistance and the preparation method thereof are provided.

The invention is further improved in that: the coupling agent is 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (Z-6011).
The invention is further improved in that: the accelerator is a synergistic polymer of an active amine and a retarder (XLA-60).
The invention is further improved in that: the vulcanizing agent is No. 1 vulcanizing agent: hexamethylenediamine carbamate (ZSHB).
A method for preparing environment-friendly hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber comprises the following steps;
A) primary plastic refining: stearic acid and hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber crude rubber are added into an internal mixer together according to the mass ratio for plastication, the plastication time is 15-20 minutes, and the rubber discharge temperature of the plastication machine is 115-125 degrees;
B) thin passing at one time: after rubber is discharged, an open mill is used for thin passing, then the sheet is placed for 24 hours, and sufficient plastic ensures the Mooney viscosity of the rubber material;
C) secondary plastic refining: adding a coupling agent into white carbon black for mixing, then mixing the rest materials together for plastication, standing for 24 hours after plastication, and mixing by an internal mixer for 7-9 minutes at the mixing temperature of: 100-120 degrees, and performing rubber discharge after mixing, wherein the rubber discharge temperature is as follows: 115 degrees to 130 degrees;
D) secondary thin-pass: after mixing and rubber discharging, directly thinning and passing 6 pieces out by using an open mill, standing for 24 hours, fully and uniformly mixing, and reducing vulcanizing time so as to reduce the rubber burning risk;
E) and (3) vulcanizing: dividing a furnace of rubber material in an internal mixer into 3 parts, and respectively vulcanizing, namely: adding vulcanizing agent and accelerant to mix and disperse, dividing into 3 parts is beneficial to heat dissipation, the sizing material is not easy to scorch, and the stability of the quality of the sizing material is improved.
The invention is further improved in that: the roll spacing of the open mill during thin passing is 1mm, and the thin passing is performed for 6 times in total.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the method overcomes the weak items of light-color environment-friendly hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber in the aspects of low wear resistance, low definite elongation, low strength, stress relaxation and the like, simultaneously avoids the characteristics of easy scorching, poor dispersibility and flowability of a compounding agent in the processing process of the hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber in the refining process, and improves the flexing resistance and stress relaxation resistance of the hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, thereby greatly improving the service performance and service life of a conveying belt, and simultaneously, the environment-friendly performance is excellent; the 100% definite elongation of the hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber prepared by the method can reach 7-9Mpa, the elongation rate is 140-.
