2) taking 20cm × 1Ocm cloth, folding into 1Ocm × 10cm double-layer cloth, wrapping 100 mites in the cloth, putting the cloth into the glass jar, immersing the whole cloth into liquid, opening the stirrer to the highest level, and stirring for 20 min. Taking out the cloth, pouring out the water in the glass jar, adding 4L of clean water again, putting the cloth in the water in the glass jar again, stirring for 5min, and repeating the step for 3 times;
3) taking out the cloth, observing, recording the number of mites on the cloth, and calculating the mite washing rate.

3. Test results

Fig. 1 is a control effect diagram of untreated mites before the test of the mite removing handmade soap test group, and the mite removing handmade soap provided by the embodiment of the invention has a mite removing effect on mites as shown in fig. 2, and the mite removing effect of the mite removing handmade soap on mites reaches more than 99.9% within 35 minutes. The mite-killing handmade soap has an obvious mite-killing effect, and the number of mites on cloth applied with the mite-killing handmade soap is obviously less than that of mites on a control supplement.
In conclusion, the mite-killing handmade soap provided by the embodiment of the invention is simple in formula, easy to prepare, capable of effectively killing mites besides conventional cleaning and dirt-removing capacity, healthy and safe in product and convenient to use, and the preparation method and the application thereof are provided.

3. The acarus-killing handmade soap according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the soap base to the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1: 0.3;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of soapberry, 5 parts of ganoderma atrum, 5 parts of crocus sativus, 8 parts of radix stemonae, 1 part of radix sophorae flavescentis and 3 parts of sulfur.
4. The acarus-killing handmade soap according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the soap base to the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1: 0.4;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of soapberry, 7 parts of ganoderma atrum, 8 parts of crocus sativus, 3 parts of radix stemonae, 3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 5 parts of sulfur.
5. The acarus-killing handmade soap according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the soap base to the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1: 0.5;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of soapberry, 5 parts of ganoderma atrum, 8 parts of crocus sativus, 3 parts of radix stemonae, 5 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis and 1 part of sulfur.
6. The acarus-killing handmade soap according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the soap base to the traditional Chinese medicine composition is 1: 0.6;
the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of soapberry, 10 parts of ganoderma atrum, 3 parts of crocus sativus, 8 parts of radix stemonae, 1 part of radix sophorae flavescentis and 5 parts of sulfur.
7. The method for preparing the mite-killing handmade soap according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) firstly, crushing soapberry, ganoderma atrum, crocus sativus, radix stemonae, radix sophorae flavescentis and sulfur in predetermined parts by weight into fine powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine composition for later use;
(2) then, putting the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the soap base into a stirrer according to a preset weight ratio, and uniformly stirring to obtain the mite-removing handmade soap raw material;
(3) and (3) pressing the raw material of the mite-killing handmade soap prepared in the step (2) by using a press molding machine to obtain the mite-killing handmade soap.
8. Use of the mite-killing handmade soap according to claim 1 for preventing and treating mite diseases.
