The invention discloses a real-time measuring device for the amount of sprayed glue dispensing based on an optical fiber sensor, which comprises a structure module, a control module, a software system module, an optical fiber sensor module, a signal acquisition module, a data processing module, a signal output module and a glue valve cleaning module, wherein the structure module comprises a glue wiping mechanism, an optical fiber sensor fixing module, a glue dispensing machine, a glue valve and an installation mechanism. The invention can monitor whether the glue outlet of the nozzle is seriously deformed, whether the glue outlet is abnormal or not, whether the phenomena of glue hanging, nozzle blockage and the like exist or not, has an alarm function for the abnormal glue outlet of the glue valve, can reduce the reject ratio, stores monitoring data in real time, performs fault analysis, can effectively solve the technical problems that the traditional spray glue dispensing operation has no feedback information, has high reject ratio, does not know the glue coating amount and the like, and can monitor the glue coating amount of a product under the condition that a production line does not stop.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the fields of intelligent manufacturing, equipment automation and fluid control, in particular to a real-time measuring device for the amount of glue sprayed and dispensed based on an optical fiber sensor.
Background
At present, in a conventional product spraying and dispensing process, if most products are required to be sprayed and dispensed, the amount of glue used in the dispensing process is basically measured by weighing, the weight of N drops of glue is measured by weighing in the prior art and is converted into volume, then the average volume of each drop of glue is calculated, the volume of each drop of glue cannot be detected in real time, an abnormal alarm is given, the requirement of real-time measurement cannot be met, and the quality of dispensing is the problem that the dispensing products are not good through the following AOI detection.
Currently, the method for detecting the glue amount roughly in the industry only adopts weighing, but the weighing has the defects that:
1. the weighing operation process is complicated, and a precise weighing instrument is very expensive;
2. the volume of each glue drop point is calculated, and is not the average volume converted by weight, the conversion has errors, and the average volume cannot represent the volume of each glue drop point; the volume of each drop of the glue dots ejected is different, and if one abnormal dot exists, the abnormality can not be seen on average, so that the reject ratio is increased.
3. For some precise products such as cameras, mobile phone fingerprint locks and other products with very small glue dispensing amount, the weighing mode is the glue amount of each product which is difficult to judge, the specific glue amount of each product can be calculated after a plurality of products are weighed, the weighing mode is very complicated, once a problem is found, the problem is often found in the next inspection process, a batch of defective products can be caused, and the reject ratio of the products is increased.
4. The weighing cannot judge the glue amount in real time, and also cannot judge glue breaking, glue shortage, glue overflow, sputtering and the like. For a precision product such as a camera, sputtering is extremely fatal.
