Abstract

Description
本发明有关框架构件,用于空间分线规,再划分室和其他空间的荧光屏以及其他仪表板结构件中。特别是,本发明考虑的是框架构件,它垂直使用于仪表板结构件的侧面。它的设计可使两个或两个以上的这种仪表板结构件利用框架构件上相互啮合的组件而相互连接。
已经建议在分线规或荧光屏的垂直侧面使用一挤压的,延长的框架构件,它在侧向平面上有一特殊的组成部分。一个分线规一侧上的组成部分与另一分线规相邻侧上的组成部分相啮合。一旦组成部分相互啮合,即可应用一闭锁件固定框架构件,从而使荧光屏连接在一起。
通常需要两种不同形式的框架构件,其中一个用于荧光屏一侧,另一个用于另一侧。
应用两种不同形式的框架构件(也即框架构件具有不同的横向截面形状),需要两种不同的压模制作框架构件。另外,在组装荧光屏时要十分小心,在荧光屏每一侧必须采用准确的框架构件。
目前的发明提供了一种框架构件,它具有一种特殊的截面形状,可用于荧光屏或其他仪表板结构件的两侧。
本发明的框架构件属于延长型,它的一个侧面适合于与第二个相似框架构件的侧面相配合。侧面至少有一个组成部分,它在纵向上延伸了框架构件,在其整个长度上截面形状不变。该组成部分由一凸出部和一互补的凹入部组成。凸出部和凹入部在垂直于上述平面延伸的框架构件的相对两侧排列,而与框架构件的纵向中央平面相对称。框架构件还包括安装一闭锁件的装置,用以使框架构件与上述第二个相似的框架构件保持并列的关系,而其各个框架构件侧面的组成部分相互啮合以防止框架构件间的横向移动。
最好的是,使用两个U形闭锁件插入各个框架构件侧面端部的横向槽中。
在常规设计中,为连接一对荧光屏的两相邻框架构件,两框架构件用一闭锁件相互锁紧,闭锁件可沿框架构件上的组成部分作纵向滑动。本发明的一个更可取的特点是,以侧向运动使用闭锁件。也即,运动垂直于框架构件的纵向轴。
在框架构件上可供有附加的组成部分,以便安装其他框架构件或安装到其他框架构件上。
为便于理解,本发明以下述一些实体作为示例,并附图作些说明:
图1为按照本发明的一种形式的框架构件的横向截面图;
图2为如图1中所两个框架构件的横向截面图,正处于相互啮合和闭锁前的位置;
图3为与图2相似的视图,但两个框架构件处于啮合和闭锁状态;
图4为图3中所示的闭锁件的透视图;
图5为图4中一闭锁件的端面图;
图6为一按照本发明的另一形式的框架构件的横向截面图;
图7如图6形式中两个框架构件的横向截面图,正处于相互啮合与闭锁前的状态;
图8为与图7相似的视图,但两个框架构件处于啮合和闭锁状态;
图9为按照本发明的一个仪表板的透视图,和另一相似仪表板的一部分准备与上述第一个仪表板相连接的透视图。
图1表明,在这个实例中,框架构件10的横向截面为一空心金属挤压件。该框架构件是延伸的,一个长度的构件可用作分线规或荧光屏或其他仪表板结构件的一种框架构件。
框架构件10有一侧表面12,可适于与第2个相似的框架构件(见图2和3)的同样的侧表面相连接。侧表面12有两个组成部分,每个组成部分分别由一凸出部和一凹入部组成。如图例中所示,凸出部17和凹入部组成这样一种组成部分分别在框架构件10的相对两侧排列,并称交会于框架构件10的纵向中央平面A—A处。凸出部16和凹入部19组成第二个这样的组成部分,并以类似的方式相互排列。
在表面12的每一端有一横向延伸的辐板20,它形成表面12的一部分,并与金属挤压件的壁22部分有一定间隔距离。;框架构件10有一与侧表面12相对的侧表面10,上有部分封闭的槽或缝隙32。框架构件上有一狭颈34,排列在A—A平面上。金属挤压件端平面36和38上分别为成形的幅板40和42,由中央筋条44与两端面相连接,并在辐板与两端平面36和38之间形成各个窄槽或缝隙46。
需要时,可在框架构件中模压成各种加强的辐板,如48处所示。
图2和图3中为如图1中所示的一个长度的框困构件,位于左侧。右侧则安放一更长的同样的框架构件,它已绕其纵向轴转动,因而各个框架构件的侧表面12相互面对。可以看出,两个框架构件上的组成部分由凸出部16,17和凹入部18,19组成,然后摆好使框架构件相互配合和相互连接,这些可见图3。
图3中也可见到一夹子式的闭锁件60。闭锁件60摆在两框架构件各个侧表面12的端部处两个缝隙24的相对位置,然后将闭锁件推入(推入时闭锁件有些扭曲)。闭锁件的形式如图4和图5所示,它是一种延长的通道式的构件,具有从背部64延长来的两腿62。放松两腿(并不应用)使其向内略微倾斜,将两腿压入缝隙24中,两腿即向外弯曲并紧扣框架构件。需要时,可在缝隙24的一个或两个表面上模压一带筋的表面12有助于夹住闭锁件。图3中一端虚线所示的是一压盖件65。在每端均可供有压盖件或密封件。需要时,缝隙46的一个或两个表面可以模压肋条,如66处所示。
可以看到,提供的是一种精巧的,对称的总成。利用分线规上的一肋条滑入部分封闭的槽中或缝隙32中,可将框架构件安装到分线规上和其他框架构件上。然而,也可应用其他方法安装框架构件。
图6,7和8表明框架构件68上只有一组成部分70,它由一凸出部74和一凹入部76组成,分别排列在中央纵向平面B—B相对两侧,并相互对称。如适用的话,与图1,2和3中所用相同的参考数字已用于指明同样的部件。组成部分70是每端侧平面72的一个部分,该端部是一横向延伸的幅板20和缝隙24。一个局部封闭的槽或缝隙32是在相对的侧平面78中形成的,端平面36和38有辐板40和42,形成了缝隙46。
图6表明一单件的框架构件68的截面。图7表明第一个框架构件68位于左侧,第二个相同截面形状的框架构件位于右侧。图8中所示为两个框架构件在啮合中,其中一个框架构件上的凸出部74嵌入另一个框架构件上的凹入部76中,该两个框架构件用闭锁件60相互锁紧。
如图1,2和3所示,框架构件68在侧平面78处将一凸出部伸入缝隙32中安装到分线规,荧光屏或其他仪表板构件上。也可应用其他的安装形式。利用缝隙46,可使用压盖带。在66处可供有肋条。
通常组成部分由凸出部16,17和凹入部18,19或74和76组成,延伸在框架构件的整个长度上。但需要时,该组成部分也可作成断续的。当框架构件是挤压制成时,通常极易使组成部分制成连续的。组成部分制成的形状是只有侧向移动是必需的,以使两个框架构件连结在一起,而无任何纵向移动。同样,闭锁件以侧向移动直接进入槽24中,而无任何的纵向移动。
一旦用闭锁件将框架构件相互锁紧,即可获得一个非常牢固和稳定的连结件。
图9表明一种仪表板结构件90,在此例中是一分线规的荧光屏。仪表板结构件包括一中央仪表板构件92,它的两侧各有一框架构件10,框架构件用一仪表板每侧向下延伸并位于槽32中的肋条94安装到仪表板构件上的。为命名框架构件相对于仪表板定位,在每侧供有一底部构件96。类似的框架构件或一单件长度的框架构件也可在顶部或底部提供,为仪表板构成一完整的框架。支架98可使仪表板直立于地板上。另一图示的仪表板结构件90(α)位于第一仪表板结构件的相邻位置,准备与仪表板结构件90相连接。这是由一个仪表板结构件横向朝向另一个仪表板结构件移动而实现的,将各个组成部分啮合,并把闭锁件60压入缝隙24中。
Claims (12)
1.用于分线规,荧光屏或其他仪表板结构件的一种框架构件,框架构件制成细长的形式,包括一侧平面适于与第二个相似的框架构件同样的侧平面配合,所述上述侧平面至少有一组成部分沿框架构件的纵向延伸,在其整个长度上截面形状一致,它由一凸出部和一互补的凹入部组成,上述凸出部和凹入部分别排列在与上述平面垂直的框架构件的纵向中央平面相对两侧,并相互对称,框架构件还包括安装一闭锁件的装置,用于将框架构件并排列于上述第二个相似的框架构件一侧,各个框架构件的上述侧平面则对接连接,而各个框架构件侧平面的上述组成部分相互啮合以防止相对的横向移动。
2.根据权利要求1的框架构件,它包括位于所述侧平面相应端部的侧向延伸的缝隙,供所述装置接收一闭锁件。
3.根据权利要求1的一种框架构件,它包括上述两个组成部分,每个组成部分由一凸出部和一互补的凹入部组成,上述凸出部和凹入部分别排列在垂直于上述平面延伸的框架构件纵向中央平面相对两侧,并相互对称,上述每个组成部分的凸出部紧挨其他组成部分相邻的凹入部排列。
4.根据要求1的框架构件,它包括一个平行于上述第一次提到的侧平面的第二侧平面,该第二侧平面具有一向内延伸的槽,该槽有一缩颈。
5.根据权利要求1的框架构件,它包括基本上垂直于所述侧平面的端平面,每个端平面上有一辐板与端平面有一间隔距离,以形成一缝隙。
6.根据权利要求1的一种框架构件,它呈空心挤压件形。
7.一种仪表板结构件有一框架,它包括位于此结构件相对两端处直立的框架构件,每个框架构件采用延长型形式,包括仪表板结构件面向外的一侧平面,上述第一侧平面至少包括一个组成部分,它沿框架构件纵向延伸,在其整个长度上的截面形状不变,该组成部分由一凸出部和一互补的凹入部组成,上述凸出部和凹入部分别排列在垂直于上述平面延伸的框架构件的纵向中央平面并相互对称,框架构件还包括安装一闭锁件的装置,用以将上述仪表板结构件与一相邻相似的仪表板结构件相连接。
8.根据权利要求7的仪表板结构件,其中每个所述框架构件包括位于所述侧平面相应端部的侧向延伸的缝隙,供所述装置接收一个闭锁件。
9.根据权利要求7的一种仪表板结构件,其中,每个上述框架构件包括上述两个组成部分,每个组成部分由一凸出部和一互补的凹入部组成,上述凸出部和凹入部分别排列在垂直于上述平面延伸的框架构件纵向中央平面的相对两侧,并互成对称,上述每一组成部分的凸出部紧挨其他组成部分相邻的凹入部排列。
10.根据权利要求7的仪表板结构件,其中每个所述框架构件包括一个平行于上述第一次提到的侧平面的第二侧平面,该第二侧平面具有一向内延伸的槽,该槽有一缩颈。
11.根据权利要求7的仪表板结构件,其中每个所述框架构件包括基本垂直于侧平面的端平面,每个端平面上有一辐板与端平面有一间隔距离,以形成一缝隙。
12.根据权利要求7的一种仪表板结构件,其特征是,上述每个框架结构件包括一个空心的挤压件。
