And secondly, mixing the radioactive crystal negative ion water-soluble material, the high-dispersion nano titanium dioxide, the deodorization film-forming acid ester, the plant enzyme, the adipic acid dihydrazide, the palm wax and the ethanol, fully stirring for 5-10 minutes, mixing into a liquid, pouring the liquid and the solvent into a stirring kettle, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding the dispersing agent and the surfactant into the discharged mixture, and dispersing the dispersing agent uniformly in a dispersing machine to obtain a finished product.
When the nano titanium dioxide absorbs energy in sunlight or other light sources, electrons on the surfaces of the particles are activated and escape from the original orbit, positive holes are generated on the surfaces of the particles, the escaped electrons have strong reducibility, the holes have strong oxidizability, and the electrons and the holes react with water vapor in the air to generate active oxygen and hydroxyl radicals; the active oxygen and the hydroxyl radical can oxidize and decompose most organic matters, pollutants, odor, bacteria and the like into harmless carbon dioxide and water.
