Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a washing device, in which a projection assembly of the washing device can prompt a placement position of a piece to be washed, so as to effectively solve a pain point of a user that is difficult to place the piece to be washed.
The washing equipment comprises a body, a door body assembly and a projection assembly, wherein the body is provided with a washing cavity, the door body assembly can open and close a taking and placing opening of the washing cavity, and the projection assembly is configured to be suitable for throwing projection when the door body assembly opens the taking and placing opening so as to at least prompt the placing position of a piece to be washed.
According to the washing equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the projection component can prompt the placement position of the piece to be washed, the prompting effect is good, the time for a user to learn to place the piece to be washed is effectively reduced, customer complaints are reduced, the user can more easily place the piece to be washed to the corresponding position for washing, the piece to be washed is not easy to damage, the user operation is simpler and more convenient, the pain point of the piece to be washed which is difficult to place by the user is effectively solved, the usability of the washing equipment is improved, and the user experience is improved.

The washing equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention further comprises a washing basket for containing the to-be-washed pieces, wherein the washing basket is provided with a washing position and a picking and placing position for picking and placing tableware, the washing basket is positioned in the washing cavity when the washing basket is positioned at the washing position, the washing basket is suitable for moving to the picking and placing position when the door body assembly is opened with the picking and placing opening, and at least one part of the washing basket is positioned in the projection area of the projection assembly when the washing basket is positioned at the picking and placing position.
Further, the lower portion of the door body assembly is rotatably connected with the lower portion of the body about a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction, and the projection assembly is adapted to throw the projection onto the inner surface of the door body assembly when the door body assembly is opened to the pick-and-place opening, and the basket is moved to above the inner surface of the door body assembly when the basket is positioned at the pick-and-place position.
Further, the basket is supported on the inner surface of the door assembly when the basket is in the pick-and-place position.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the basket includes a plurality of projection modules, each projection module projecting toward a corresponding basket in each projection module.
Further, a plurality of the washing baskets are arranged up and down, and the projection direction of the projection assembly in a plurality of the projection modes is unchanged.
Optionally, the projection assembly is mounted to the body or the door assembly.
Further, the projection assembly is mounted on top of the body and disposed adjacent to an upper edge of the body to deliver the projection to an area located on a front side of the body.
In some embodiments of the invention, the washing apparatus further comprises a door lock assembly comprising a locking portion and a locking mating portion, one of the locking portion and the locking mating portion being provided to the door body assembly, the other of the locking portion and the locking mating portion being provided to the body, the locking portion being locked with the locking mating portion when the door body assembly closes the access opening, the projection assembly being provided adjacent to the locking mating portion.
Further, at least one of the locking fitting portion and the projection assembly is disposed in a middle portion of an upper edge of the body.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the latch fitting includes a latch hole for inserting the latch, and the projection assembly includes a projection hole for projecting the projection, the projection hole and the latch hole being integrated into the same hole.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the body comprises a liner with the washing cavity and a reinforcing frame connected with the opening edge of the washing cavity to define the pick-and-place opening, wherein at least one of the locking matching part and the projection assembly is mounted on the reinforcing frame.
The reinforced frame comprises a square frame body, a front side plate and a rear side plate, wherein the frame body is connected with the inner container, the front side plate is connected with the front side edge of the frame body and extends in a direction away from the picking and placing opening, the front side plate is provided with a projection hole for enabling the projection assembly to throw in projection, the rear side plate is connected with the rear side edge of the frame body and extends in a direction away from the picking and placing opening, the projection assembly is located between the front side plate and the rear side plate, and at least one of an upper frame beam of the frame body, the front side plate and the rear side plate is connected with the projection assembly.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

A washing apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a washing apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a body 10, a door assembly 20, and a projection assembly 30.
Specifically, the body 10 may have a washing chamber 101, and the door assembly 20 may open and close the access opening 102 of the washing chamber 101 to facilitate a user to access dishes to wait for the washware 200.
In the related art, a dish washer for placing and supporting dishes (such as a bowl basket) has a complicated structure, and for a user, a design layout is not clear, and when the user places the dishes, it is often difficult to directly place the dishes to a corresponding position, so that the placement of the dishes is unstable or the washing space cannot be fully utilized. In some related technologies, through increasing sign, unified structure or increase activity card row in order to increase user's usability on parts such as bowl basket, but the sign definition is low, is difficult to observe, also influences dish washer's pleasing to the eye, and unified structure can not satisfy putting of the various nonstandard tableware of user's kind, and activity card row then complex operation, all can't satisfy user's easy-to-use demand.
The washing apparatus 100 of the present invention includes a projection assembly 30, as shown in fig. 1, the projection assembly 30 is configured to throw a projection when the door assembly 20 opens the access opening 102, so as to at least indicate the placement position of the articles 200 to be washed. The user can put the piece 200 of waiting to wash according to the suggestion of projection subassembly 30, will wait to wash the piece 200 of a wide variety and put to corresponding position, wait to wash the piece 200 and put firmly, be difficult for rocking even broken in the washing to can make full use of washing space rationally. In the process of placing the piece 200 to be washed, the projection is clearer and more striking, the user can observe more easily, the prompting effect is better, the projection assembly 30 can play a real guiding role, the usability of the user is effectively improved, and the use is more convenient.
And the placing position of the to-be-washed member 200 is prompted by the projection assembly 30, so that the structure of the parts of the washing device 100 for placing the to-be-washed member 200 is not affected, and normal washing and attractive appearance are not affected. In addition, in the use process, the user does not need to adjust the parts for placing the to-be-washed piece 200, and the use is simple and convenient.
Alternatively, the projection assembly 30 may automatically deliver the projection when the door assembly 20 opens the access opening 102, or the projection assembly 30 may deliver the projection according to the user's instructions.
Optionally, when the projection component 30 projects a projection to indicate the placement position of the to-be-washed workpiece 200, the projection content may include loading instructions of the to-be-washed workpiece 200, such as pictures, names, or sizes of different types of to-be-washed workpiece 200 corresponding to different placement positions. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the projection of the projection assembly 30 may not only indicate the placement position of the to-be-washed workpiece 200, but also indicate the appropriate information such as washing time, washing temperature, drying time, drying temperature, etc. corresponding to the to-be-washed workpiece 200, or when the to-be-washed workpiece 200 is placed at the corresponding position of the projection area, the washing apparatus 100 may automatically select the corresponding washing mode, etc. so that the operation of the washing apparatus 100 is simpler.
In addition, it should be noted that, according to the actual situation, the projection area of the projection assembly 30 may include various situations. For example, in some embodiments, the projection assembly 30 may project directly into the washing chamber 101, and the user may place the items to be washed 200 directly into the washing chamber 101 at a corresponding location. In other embodiments, the projection assembly 30 may project a projection to a predetermined area outside the washing chamber 101, and the user moves the workpiece 200 to be washed into the washing chamber 101 after the placing of the workpiece outside the washing chamber 101 is completed.
According to the washing equipment 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the projection is put in through the projection component 30 to prompt the placement position of the piece to be washed 200, so that the prompting effect is good, the time for a user to learn to place the piece to be washed 200 is effectively reduced, customer complaints are reduced, the user can more easily place the piece to be washed 200 to the corresponding position for washing, the piece to be washed 200 is not easy to damage, the user operation is simpler and more convenient, the pain point of the piece to be washed 200 which is difficult to place by the user is effectively solved, the usability of the washing equipment 100 is improved, and the user experience is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the washing apparatus 100 may further include a basket 40, and the basket 40 may be used to hold the laundry 200 to support and limit the laundry 200 during washing, thereby preventing the laundry 200 from shaking severely.
In addition, the basket 40 has a washing position and a picking position. When the basket 40 is in the washing position, the basket 40 is positioned within the washing chamber 101. When the door assembly 20 opens the access opening 102, as shown in fig. 3, when the basket 40 can be moved to the access position, and when the basket 40 is in the access position, at least a portion of the basket 40 can be located in the projection area of the projection assembly 30, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the user can place the to-be-washed piece 200 at a corresponding position in the basket 40 according to the projection prompt, and then move the basket 40 containing the to-be-washed piece 200 to the washing position for washing, so that the use is more convenient for the user. Optionally, in embodiments including the basket 40, the projected contents of the projection assembly 30 may also include a corresponding picture of the basket 40, and the basket 40 may be in registration or partially in registration with the projected basket picture when in the pick-and-place position.
Alternatively, in the present invention, the washing apparatus 100 may be a drop-down door type structure, a drop-up door type structure, or a side-opening door type structure, which is within the scope of the present invention. When the washing apparatus 100 is of a top-pull door type structure or a side-open door type structure, the projection assembly 30 can project on the surface such as the floor or the table surface of the front side of the main body 10 when the door assembly 20 opens the access opening 102, and the basket 40 can be moved to the upper side of the projection area when it is positioned at the access position.
In an embodiment in which the washing apparatus 100 is of a drop-down door type structure, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a lower portion of the door assembly 20 may be rotatably connected with a lower portion of the body 10, and the door assembly 20 may be rotated about a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction to open and close the access opening 102. As shown in fig. 3, when the door assembly 20 opens the access opening 102, the projection assembly 30 may throw a projection onto the inner surface of the door assembly 20, i.e., onto a side surface of the door assembly 20 facing the washing chamber 101 when the access opening 102 is closed, and when the basket 40 is located at the access position, the basket 40 may be moved above the inner surface of the door assembly 20.
The inner surface of the door body assembly 20 is used as a projection wall, so that projection is clearer, a user can easily view the projection, and when the basket 40 is positioned above the inner surface of the door body assembly 20, residual water stains, residual soup, residual leftovers and the like in the basket 40 can fall to the inner surface of the door body assembly 20, and cannot directly fall to the ground or a table top and other positions, so that kitchen environment is not easy to pollute.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the basket 40 may be supported on the inner surface of the door assembly 20 when the basket 40 is in the pick-and-place position. No additional supporting member for the basket 40 is required, which is advantageous in simplifying the structure of the washing apparatus 100 and reducing the production cost. And the basket 40 may be supported on the inner surface of the door assembly 20 to correspond exactly to the projection, for example, to overlap or partially overlap the basket pattern on the projection, making it easier for the user to move the basket 40 to the pick-and-place position and to align the basket 40 with the projection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the basket 40 may include a plurality to provide for a greater variety and number of washings of the items 200 to be washed. In some embodiments, the projection assembly 30 may include a plurality of projection assemblies 30, and the plurality of projection assemblies 30 may be projected in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of wash baskets 40. In other embodiments, the projection assembly 30 may have a plurality of projection modes, where the projection modes are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of baskets 40, and the projection assembly 30 may project toward the corresponding basket 40 in each projection mode to indicate the placement positions of the articles 200 to be washed of the different baskets 40. The plurality of projection modes are integrated into one projection assembly 30, simplifying the structure of the washing apparatus 100, facilitating the simplification of the manufacturing process and the reduction of the cost. Here, "a plurality of" means two or more.
Further, the plurality of washing baskets 40 may be arranged up and down, the projection direction of the projection assembly 30 in the plurality of projection modes is unchanged, and the projection is not required to be frequently adjusted in the process of placing the articles 200 to be washed, so that the operation is simpler. And the projection area of the projection assembly 30 is fixed, the taking and placing positions of a plurality of the washing baskets 40 are also fixed, the projection alignment of each washing basket 40 and the corresponding projection mode is easier, the visual effect is better, the prompting effect of the projection assembly 30 on the user is improved, and the user can move the washing baskets 40 more easily.
In some embodiments, when a user places the to-be-washed piece 200, the plurality of baskets 40 are arranged up and down at the picking and placing positions, the projection assembly 30 is firstly in the projection mode corresponding to the basket 40 at the lower layer, after the placement of the basket 40 at the lower layer is completed, the projection assembly 30 is switched to the projection mode of the basket 40 at the previous layer, and after the placement of the basket 40 at the layer is completed, the projection assembly 30 continues to switch to the projection mode until the placement is completed. Therefore, in the process of switching different projection modes of the projection assembly 30, the projection direction of the projection assembly 30 is unchanged, the washing basket 40 does not need to be moved for many times, the projection does not need to be adjusted frequently, the operation of a user is simpler, and the to-be-washed piece 200 is not easy to damage due to the frequent movement.
In other embodiments, the user may move only one of the layers of the basket 40 to the pick-and-place position at a time, and the projection assembly 30 is in the projection mode corresponding to the basket 40, so that the projection is clearer, and the user can easily watch the projection. In addition, in the process of switching different projection modes of the projection assembly 30, the projection direction of the projection assembly 30 is unchanged, frequent projection adjustment is not needed, the taking and placing positions of each basket 40 are fixed, and the alignment of the basket 40 and the projection is easier.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the installation position of the projection assembly 30 may be adjusted according to actual needs. Alternatively, the projection assembly 30 may be mounted to the body 10 or the door assembly 20 such that the projection assembly 30, the body 10 and the door assembly 20 move together when the washing apparatus 100 moves in position, and the projection assembly 30 may be mounted with a regulated projection angle or the like when shipped from the factory, and no debugging is required after purchase by the user. Of course, alternatively, the projection assembly 30 may be mounted to a wall, floor, stand, or the like.
Further, in the embodiment in which the projection assembly 30 is mounted on the body 10, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the projection assembly 30 may be mounted on the top of the body 10, and the projection assembly 30 is disposed adjacent to the upper edge of the body 10, that is, the projection assembly 30 is mounted on the top of the body 10 and in a front position, so that the projection assembly 30 may be projected in a region located at the front side of the body 10, thereby facilitating projection, and making it more convenient for a user to take and place the washing article 200, and the washing apparatus 100 has a reasonable structural design.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the washing apparatus 100 may further include a door lock assembly 50, and the door lock assembly 50 may include a locking portion 51 and a locking mating portion 52. One of the locking portion 51 and the locking engagement portion 52 may be provided to the door body assembly 20, and the other of the locking portion 51 and the locking engagement portion 52 may be provided to the body 10. Thus, when the door assembly 20 closes the access opening 102, the locking portion 51 may be locked with the locking engagement portion 52, preventing the door assembly 20 from being opened during the washing of the laundry 200 by the washing apparatus 100.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, projection assembly 30 may be disposed adjacent to latch mating portion 52, resulting in a more compact structure.
Further, at least one of the latch fitting portion 52 and the projection assembly 30 may be provided at a middle portion of the upper edge of the body 10. For example, when the projection assembly 30 is disposed at the middle of the upper edge of the body 10, the locking engagement portion 52 may be disposed at the upper edge of the body 10 and located at the left or right side of the projection assembly 30, when the locking engagement portion 52 is disposed at the middle of the upper edge of the body 10, the projection assembly 30 may be disposed at the upper edge of the body 10 and located at the left or right side of the projection assembly 30, when the locking engagement portion 52 and the projection assembly 30 are disposed at the middle of the upper edge of the body 10, the projection assembly 30 may be disposed at the rear or front side of the locking engagement portion 52, or the locking engagement portion 52 and the projection assembly 30 may be integrated in one component.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the locking engagement portion 52 may include a locking hole 521, and the locking portion 51 may be inserted into the locking hole 521 to achieve connection with the locking engagement portion 52. The projection assembly 30 may include a projection aperture 301, and the projection assembly 30 may project from the projection aperture 301. The projection hole 301 and the lock hole 521 may be integrated into the same hole, so as to simplify the structure of the door 10 and save space.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a body 10 may include a liner 11 and a reinforcing frame 12. The inner container 11 may have a washing chamber 101, and the reinforcing frame 12 may be connected to an opening edge of the washing chamber 101 to define a pick-and-place opening 102. The reinforcing frame 12 can strengthen the structure of the inner container 11, so that the inner container 11 is not easy to deform, and the structure is firmer and more stable. At least one of the locking engagement portion 52 and the projection assembly 30 may be mounted to the reinforcing frame 12, and the locking engagement portion 52 and the projection assembly 30 are convenient to mount, reduce structural influence on the inner container 11, and facilitate improvement of sealability of the washing chamber 101.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the reinforcing frame 12 may include a square frame 121, a front side plate 122, and a rear side plate 123, and the frame 121 may be connected to the liner 11 to reinforce the structure of the liner 11 from the circumferential direction of the liner 11. The front side plate 122 may be connected to a front side edge of the frame body 121, and the front side plate 122 may extend in a direction away from the pick-and-place port 102, the rear side plate 123 may be connected to a rear side edge of the frame body 121, and the rear side plate 123 may extend in a direction away from the pick-and-place port 102. Thus, the front side plate 122 and the rear side plate 123 can reinforce the structure of the frame body 121 to further reinforce the structural stability of the body 10, and the front side plate 122 makes the appearance of the body 10 more neat and beautiful.
As shown in fig. 2, the front side plate 122 may be provided with a projection hole 301 for projecting the projection assembly 30, the projection assembly 30 may be located between the front side plate 122 and the rear side plate 123, the structure may be more compact, and the front side plate 122 and the rear side plate 123 may protect the structure of the projection assembly 30. Alternatively, at least one of the upper frame beam, the front side plate 122, and the rear side plate 123 of the frame body 121 may be connected to the projection assembly 30 to achieve fixation of the projection assembly 30.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment where the body 10 does not include the reinforcing frame 12, the opening of the washing chamber 101 may be formed as the access opening 102, the projection assembly 30 may be mounted on the inner container 11, for example, the projection assembly 30 may be mounted in a position intermediate and forward of the top of the inner container 11.
Alternatively, in the present invention, the washing apparatus 100 may be a dishwasher, such as a tub type dishwasher, a table type dishwasher, a mini-type dishwasher, and the like.
Other constructions and operations of the washing apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
In the description of the present invention, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, mechanically connected, electrically connected, directly connected, indirectly connected via an intervening medium, or in communication between two elements.
