Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a washing apparatus shown according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the washing apparatus 1 includes:
a placement device 11;
and a processor (not shown) configured to obtain image information of an object to be washed, determine a target placing manner of the object to be washed according to the image information, and control the placing device to place the object to be washed according to the target placing manner.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the target placing mode can be determined according to the image information of the object to be washed, and the placing device is controlled to place the object to be washed according to the target placing mode, so that the intelligent level of the washing equipment is improved, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
In the related art, in order to ensure that the washing apparatus can clean the object to be washed, a user needs to place the object to be washed at a certain angle at a certain specific position. The user needs to learn how to correctly place the object to be washed according to the instruction, and spend a long time and effort in placing the object to be washed. For example, the user needs to bend down to sort the objects to be washed. Meanwhile, since the washing space of the washing device is limited and most users cannot perform precise estimation on the layout of the washing space, the objects to be washed cannot be placed at a preferred position quickly and correctly. For example, after placing part of the objects to be washed, it is found that the occupied washing space is unreasonable, other objects to be washed cannot be placed or cannot be placed at a better position, and the capacity utilization rate of the washing equipment is low. Therefore, in the actual use process, the repeated placing condition caused by unreasonable placing often occurs, and the operation efficiency of the user is reduced. And the problem of unclean cleaning and the like caused by poor placing position is easy to occur.
In an exemplary application scene, by using the washing equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure, a user can put an object to be washed into the washing equipment only, and does not need to spend too much time and energy to put the object to be washed, so that the object to be washed can be cleaned by the washing equipment, a convenient operation mode is provided for the user, and a washing effect is ensured at the same time.
The washing device may be any device for washing articles, such as a dishwasher or the like. The object to be washed may be any item to be washed by the washing apparatus, for example, when the washing apparatus is a dishwasher, the object to be washed may comprise tableware, for example, the object to be washed may comprise at least one of rice bowls, dishes, soup bowls, face bowls, cups, chopsticks, spoons, feeding bottles, and pots. The placing device may be any device capable of placing an article by various means such as grasping, moving, and the like, for example, a robot or the like. The washing equipment can comprise one or more placing devices, and the placing devices can be located at any position such as the inner wall of the washing equipment, the outer wall of the washing equipment and the interlayer of the main body of the washing equipment. For example, two placement devices (e.g., retractable robots) may be included, and the two retractable robots may be located on opposite sides of the interior wall of the washing apparatus. For example, when the placing operation is not performed, the two telescopic manipulators can be in a contraction state, the two telescopic manipulators are contracted at two sides in the washing equipment, and when the placing operation is performed, the two telescopic manipulators can extend out from two sides in the washing equipment for operation.
In a possible implementation, the washing device may further comprise an image acquisition device 12 for acquiring image information of the object to be washed. The image acquisition device may be various devices for acquiring image information, for example, a camera or the like.
The image acquisition device can be positioned at any position of the top, two sides of the inner wall and the like of the washing equipment, and the position can be used for acquiring the image information of the object to be washed. For example, a washing apparatus may include one or more image capture devices (e.g., cameras). For example, multiple cameras may be located on the top of the inner wall of the washing apparatus, on both sides of the inner wall. The present disclosure does not limit the form, position and number of the placing devices and the form, position and number of the image collecting devices included in the washing equipment.
In another possible implementation manner, the processor may also obtain image information from outside the washing device, for example, a user may capture image information of an object to be washed by using a terminal such as a smart phone and transmit the image information to the washing device, and the processor of the washing device may obtain the image information.
Hereinafter, for convenience of understanding, a description will be given of an example in which a dishwasher is used as a washing apparatus and dishes are used as objects to be washed.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the washing apparatus 1 includes an image pickup device 12. For example, a dishwasher may include multiple cameras. For example, the plurality of cameras are respectively located at the top of the inner wall of the dishwasher (e.g., 4 corners at the top, each corner including 1 camera) and at two sides of the inner wall (e.g., 2 cameras are distributed on each side up and down).
For example, the dishwasher is a flip-top type dishwasher (including a top cover, and an object to be washed can be placed by opening the top cover), and after the user uses dishes, the user can open the top cover of the dishwasher and place the dishes into the dishwasher (for example, randomly place a plurality of dishes into the dishwasher). The camera of the dishwasher is capable of collecting image information of the object(s) to be washed. For example, a plurality of cameras capture image information of a plurality of dishes at different angles.
The dishwasher further comprises a processor, and the dishwasher processor can determine the target placing modes of the plurality of tableware according to the image information of the plurality of tableware collected by the camera. The target placing mode may be a better placing mode for the object to be washed determined by the processor, for example, a placing position, a placing angle, and the like of the object to be washed.
For example, the processor of the dishwasher may perform various image processing operations such as image recognition, image analysis, image matching, etc. on the collected image information of the plurality of dishes, and determine various attribute information such as size, material, and kinds of dishes of the plurality of dishes. The processor may determine a target placement of the plurality of dishes based on the determined attribute information. The present disclosure does not limit the determination manner in which the processor determines the target arrangement manner of the object to be washed according to the image information of the object to be washed.
In one possible implementation, the processor is operable to:
acquiring the corresponding relation between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing mode;
and performing image recognition on the image information, determining attribute information of the object to be washed in the image information, and determining a placing mode corresponding to the attribute information as a target placing mode of the object to be washed according to the corresponding relation.
For example, the corresponding relationship between the attribute information of the dishes and the placing manner (e.g., placing position and placing angle) can be determined according to the attribute information of different dishes (e.g., various kinds of attribute information such as diameter and depth of the dishes) in combination with the size and layout of the washing space of the dishwasher. Under the corresponding relation, the washing space utilization rate of the dish washing machine can be ensured to be maximized, and the cleaning rate of different tableware is ensured to be higher.
For example, the attribute information of a plurality of kinds of tableware (for example, the most common 50 kinds of tableware) commonly available in the market can be collated, and the optimal placement modes (for example, the optimal placement positions and the placement angles) corresponding to different tableware can be calculated by performing multiple verifications in a laboratory with the goal of the optimal tableware cleaning positions (which can ensure high cleaning efficiency of the tableware). The placing modes corresponding to different tableware combinations can be determined respectively by multiple times of verification in a laboratory according to the optimal placing modes of different tableware on the principle that the utilization rate of the washing space of the dish washing machine is maximized and the cleaning rates of different tableware are ensured to be higher.
For example, through laboratory verification, the placing modes corresponding to the attribute information of the soup bowl a, the rice bowl B, the dish C and the pot D are respectively determined. And the corresponding relation between different attribute information and the placing mode of the tableware combination consisting of the four kinds of tableware can be respectively determined according to the placing modes corresponding to the respective attribute information of the soup bowl A, the rice bowl B, the dish C and the pot D and the size of the washing space of the dish washing machine. For example, the corresponding relationship between the attribute information (the attribute information may include the type of the tableware, the number of different types of tableware, the size of different types of tableware, and the like) and the placing mode of the tableware combination of 1 soup bowl a, 3 rice bowl B, 4 dishes C, and 1 pot D may be determined. The corresponding relation between the attribute information and the placing mode of the tableware combination of 1 soup bowl A, 3 rice bowl B, 3 dish C and 1 pot D can be determined.
It should be understood that different quantities and different types of combinations can be performed on various tableware, and the corresponding relationship between the attribute information and the placing mode of the plurality of combined tableware is respectively determined. The processor of the washing device may obtain and store a corresponding relationship between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing manner, for example, the processor of the washing device may obtain and store the corresponding relationship in advance, and the washing device may obtain and store an updated corresponding relationship from the server at irregular or regular intervals during the use process. The determining mode of the corresponding relation between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing mode, the mode of acquiring the corresponding relation between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing mode and the like are not limited.
In one possible implementation, the washing apparatus further includes:
communication means (not shown) for receiving the correspondence from the server.
For example, the corresponding relationship between the attribute information and the placement mode may be updated and adjusted continuously, and stored in the server. The washing device may receive the correspondence from the server through the communication means.
Thus, the accuracy of the target placing mode determined by the washing equipment can be improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor of the washing device performs image recognition on the image information, determines attribute information of an object to be washed in the image information, and determines a placing manner corresponding to the attribute information as a target placing manner of the object to be washed according to the corresponding relationship.
For example, the processor of the dishwasher performs image recognition on image information shot by the camera, and the determining of the attribute information of the object to be washed in the image information includes: 1 soup bowl a, 3 rice bowls B, 4 plates C and 1 pot D. The processor can determine the placing mode corresponding to the attribute information of the tableware combination of 1 soup bowl A, 3 rice bowls B, 4 dishes C and 1 pot D according to the obtained corresponding relation, and determine the placing mode as the target placing mode.
Therefore, the determined target placing mode of the objects to be washed can ensure that the objects to be washed are placed in the target placing mode, and the utilization rate of the washing space of the washing equipment and the washing rate of the objects to be washed are ensured.
The processor of the dishwasher may control a placement device (e.g., a robot) to place objects (e.g., dishes) to be washed according to a target placement pattern. For example, the target placing mode includes placing positions and placing angles of different dishes, and the processor of the dishwasher may control the robot to sequentially or simultaneously grab the corresponding dishes and place the dishes at their corresponding placing positions at their corresponding placing angles. The present disclosure does not limit the manner of controlling the placing device to place the object to be washed according to the target placing manner.
In one possible implementation, the washing apparatus further includes:
a washing basket 13 for placing the object to be washed;
and the placing device is used for placing the objects to be washed in the washing basket according to the target placing mode.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the washing apparatus 1 may further comprise a washing basket 13. For example, a dishwasher may include a basket (e.g., a dish basket), may be used to hold dishes to be washed, and the like. Wherein, the information of the size, the layout and the clamping groove of the washing basket can be used for determining the washing space of the washing equipment. For example, as previously described, a user opens the top cover of the dishwasher and may place dishware into the basket of the dishwasher. The image acquisition device 12 of the dishwasher may acquire image information of the objects to be washed in the basket. The processor may determine a target arrangement of the object to be washed (e.g., a target arrangement in the basket) based on the image information of the object to be washed in the basket. For example, the obtained corresponding relationship between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing manner may be the corresponding relationship between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing manner in the basket. The processor of the dishwasher can control the placing device to place the objects to be washed in the washing basket according to the target placing mode. The present disclosure does not limit the form, structure, etc. of the basket.
In a possible implementation manner, the processor is further configured to obtain a reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed, and recommend the reference washing pattern.
Wherein, the reference washing mode may be one or more of different washing modes that the washing apparatus can select or set by the user. The reference washing mode corresponding to the object to be washed is obtained, and the reference washing mode is recommended, which may be before the target placement mode is determined and the object to be washed is placed, or while the target placement mode is determined and the object to be washed is placed, or after the target placement mode is determined and the object to be washed is placed, the reference washing mode may be recommended before the washing is started, and the reference washing mode is not limited by the disclosure.
For example, the washing apparatus may be used by a user to select or set a washing mode. The washing mode may be composed or combined with washing parameters related to washing, for example, a mode that is composed or combined with different washing parameters such as washing duration, consumption of washing consumables (e.g., detergent), etc., and can satisfy different washing requirements of a user. For example, the washing mode may include a strong fast washing mode with a short washing time, an energy-saving washing mode with a short consumption of washing consumables, a crystal bright washing mode with a long washing time and a large consumption of washing consumables, and the like. The washing equipment can also provide different washing parameter setting modes for users to set washing modes. For example, the user may perform the setting of the washing mode by adjusting the washing time period through manual rotation, or the like. The washing device of the embodiment of the disclosure can acquire the reference washing mode corresponding to the object to be washed and recommend the reference washing mode, without manually selecting the reference mode each time the user uses the washing device.
For example, the washing device may send image information or attribute information of the object to be washed to the server, the server may perform analysis in accordance with a user's historical usage habit, or determine a reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed according to a pre-stored correspondence and send the reference washing pattern to the washing device, or the washing device may analyze and determine the reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed according to the user's historical usage habit, the image information of the object to be washed acquired by the image acquisition device, and the like, and recommend the reference washing pattern.
For example, when a user uses the dishwasher to wash dishes, the dishwasher determines a reference washing pattern and recommends the reference washing pattern (e.g., displays the reference washing pattern on a display panel of the dishwasher), and when the user approves the reference washing pattern (e.g., the user triggers a confirmation control, or the user covers a top cover of the dishwasher, or defaults to a few seconds when the user does not select another washing pattern), the dishwasher may wash directly according to the reference washing pattern.
In this way, when the user uses the washing equipment, the washing mode does not need to be set every time, and the operation of the user is convenient. Meanwhile, the reference washing pattern may be determined according to corresponding data (e.g., image information of an object to be washed, etc.), not a selection made subjectively by a user. Therefore, the washing is carried out according to the acquired reference washing mode, the resource waste in the working process of the washing equipment can be effectively reduced, and the resources are saved. The present disclosure does not limit the manner in which the processor acquires the reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed, and the manner in which the reference washing pattern is recommended, etc.
In some optional embodiments, the washing apparatus may acquire a reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed from the server.
For example, the server may store information such as reference washing patterns corresponding to different objects to be washed, reference washing patterns corresponding to different types of households, and the like. For example, the server may preset reference washing patterns corresponding to different objects to be washed and reference washing patterns corresponding to different types of families according to the experimental data. The server can also determine reference washing modes corresponding to different objects to be washed, reference washing modes corresponding to different types of families and the like according to data from different washing devices of different families.
For example, as mentioned above, the washing apparatus may comprise a communication device operable to communicate information with a server, for example, the communication device may be further operable to transmit data of the washing apparatus to the server, wherein the data of the washing apparatus comprises one or more of the attribute information and the washing pattern. For example, the communication device of the dishwasher may transmit a washing pattern (e.g., information on the number of dishes, the frequency of dishes, the amount of consumables, etc.) in which the user uses the washing apparatus historically, and attribute information (e.g., the number of dishes, etc.) of the washing object to the server in which the user uses the washing apparatus historically.
In one possible implementation manner, the server may perform analysis according to data received by the server from different washing devices of different households, for example, by performing cross analysis on data of a user using a washing device in history and data of other washing devices of known households, dish washing preference, reasonable consumption of consumables and other information matched with different households can be matched and obtained. And according to the information, determining reference washing modes corresponding to different types of families and determining reference washing modes corresponding to different objects to be washed.
For example, when a user a uses a dishwasher, the dishwasher thereof may acquire a reference washing pattern corresponding to an object to be washed from a server. For example, the dishwasher may transmit a reference washing pattern acquisition request to the server. For example, the server may determine that the household type corresponding to the dishwasher is a family of three according to the data sent by the dishwasher historically. The server may return reference washing patterns corresponding to three families to the dishwasher of the user a according to the reference washing patterns corresponding to the different types of families determined as described above. Or, the dishwasher of the user a may send the image information of the object to be washed, which is collected by the camera, to the server (for example, the user a uses the dishwasher for the first time), and the server may return the corresponding reference washing mode to the dishwasher of the user a according to the determined reference washing mode corresponding to the different object to be washed.
Therefore, the reference washing mode corresponding to the object to be washed is obtained from the server, so that the recommendation of the washing mode can be accurately carried out, and the operation of a user is facilitated. Meanwhile, washing is carried out according to the reference washing mode obtained from the server, so that the resource waste in the working process of washing equipment can be effectively reduced, and resources are saved.
In some optional embodiments, the washing device may analyze and determine a reference washing pattern corresponding to the object to be washed according to various types of information, such as historical use habits of the user, image information of the object to be washed, and the like, acquired by the image acquisition device, and recommend the reference washing pattern.
For example, the user a is a family of three people who often manually set a certain washing pattern when washing dishes through the dishwasher, and the dishwasher may determine the certain washing pattern, which is often manually set, as the reference washing pattern according to the historical usage habits of the user a. Or, although the user a is a family of three people, the number of people eating at home is not constant, and the dishwasher may determine the reference washing pattern according to the historical use habit of the user a and the image information of the object to be washed, which is collected by the image collecting device. For example, the user a often selects three washing modes, which respectively correspond to different dishes, and the dishwasher may determine a washing mode corresponding to the current dish among the three washing modes as a reference washing mode according to the condition of the current dish collected by the camera.
Therefore, the recommendation of the washing mode can be accurately carried out, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a washing control method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be used in a washing apparatus, e.g. a dishwasher or the like, e.g. a processor in the washing apparatus may perform the method. The method can also be realized by a terminal (such as a smart phone, a computer and the like) or a server, namely, the terminal or the server can determine the target placing mode and control the washing equipment based on the target placing mode. The present disclosure is not so limited. The washing control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
in step S201, image information of an object to be washed is acquired;
in step S202, determining a target placing mode of the object to be washed according to the image information;
in step S203, a placing device of the washing apparatus is controlled to place the object to be washed according to the target placing manner.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the target placing mode can be determined according to the image information of the object to be washed, and the placing device is controlled to place the object to be washed according to the target placing mode, so that the intelligent level of the washing equipment is improved, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
In one possible implementation, the washing control method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied to the washing apparatus as described above.
For example, still taking a dishwasher as an example, image information of an object to be washed (tableware) can be collected by a camera (image collection device), and a target placing mode of the object to be washed is determined according to the image information. The present disclosure does not limit the manner of determining the target placement manner of the object to be washed according to the image information.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a washing control method according to an exemplary embodiment. In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
in step S204, acquiring the corresponding relation between the attribute information of the object to be washed and the placing mode;
wherein, according to the image information, determining a target placing mode of the object to be washed (step S202) may include:
in step S2021, performing image recognition on the image information, and determining attribute information of an object to be washed in the image information;
in step S2022, according to the corresponding relationship, a placing manner corresponding to the attribute information is determined as a target placing manner of the object to be washed.
For example, as described above, the dishwasher may obtain the corresponding relationship between the attribute information and the placing manner of the object to be washed.
