The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 1 comprises a support assembly 10 and a flexible screen 20. The support assembly 10 is disposed below the flexible screen 20. The support assembly 10 is used to support the flexible screen 20.
In particular, the flexible screen 20 may be a flexible touch screen, a flexible display screen, or a combination of both. The flexible screen 20 may be bent, folded, rolled, wound, etc. In this embodiment, the flexible screen 20 is a flexible screen that can be rolled, and has two states of rolling and unrolling. When in the rolling state, the flexible screen 20 is completely rolled on the reel, or partially rolled on the reel, and partially located outside the reel. When in the deployed state, the flexible screen 20 is either fully extended from the spool, or partially wound onto the spool, with a portion outside the spool. Wherein the area of the portion of the flexible screen 20 extending out of the reel in the unwound state is larger than the area of the portion extending out of the reel in the wound-up state. Of course, it is understood that the present application is not limited to the rolling-up flexible screen, and the flexible screen that can be bent, the flexible screen that can be folded, and the flexible screen that can be wound are all applicable to the support assembly 10 and the electronic device 1 of the present application.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, in which fig. 2 is a disassembled schematic view of the electronic device 1 in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a further disassembled schematic view of the support assembly 10 in fig. 2. The support assembly 10 includes a flexible belt 11 and a support mechanism 13, and opposite ends of the flexible belt 11 are fixed to the support mechanism 13 and can be supported in a tensioned state by the support mechanism 13. In particular, the flexible strip 11 is used to support the flexible screen 20.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the supporting mechanism 13 includes a telescopic mechanism 130, and the flexible belt 11 is in a tensioned state when the telescopic mechanism 130 is extended.
Further, the flexible band 11 is under tension when the telescopic mechanism 130 is contracted.
Further, the flexible band 11 is less tensioned when the telescopic mechanism 130 is contracted than when the telescopic mechanism 130 is extended.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the telescopic mechanism 130 includes a plurality of pairs of connecting shafts 131, the flexible belt 11 covers the plurality of pairs of connecting shafts 131, each pair of connecting shafts 131 includes a first connecting shaft 1311 and a second connecting shaft 1312, and a distance between the first connecting shaft 1311 and the second connecting shaft 1312 of each pair of connecting shafts 131 changes when the telescopic mechanism 130 extends or contracts. More specifically, the distance between the first connecting shaft 1311 and the second connecting shaft 1312 of each pair of connecting shafts 131 increases when the telescopic mechanism 130 is extended and decreases when the telescopic mechanism is retracted.
Further, the second connecting shaft 1312 of each pair of connecting shafts 131 is connected with the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131, and the distance between the second connecting shaft 1312 of each pair of connecting shafts 131 and the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131 is kept constant when the telescopic mechanism 130 is extended or contracted.
Further, in this embodiment, the flexible belt 11 is disposed on the telescopic mechanism 130 in a penetrating manner.
Specifically, a gap 1313 is formed between the second connecting shaft 1312 of each pair of connecting shafts 131 and the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131. The flexible belt 11 penetrates a gap 1313 between the second connecting shaft 1312 of the pair of connecting shafts 131 and the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131.
Further, the telescopic mechanism 130 further includes a through shaft 132 disposed below a gap 1313 between the second connecting shaft 1312 of the pair of connecting shafts 131 and the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131. Specifically, the through shaft 132 is parallel to the first connecting shaft 1311 and the second connecting shaft 1312.
Further, the flexible band 11 inserted into the slit 1313 is wound around the insertion shaft 132. Specifically, the flexible strap 11 passes through the slot 1313 from one side of the slot 1313, passes around the through shaft 132, and passes out from the opposite side of the slot 1313.
Further, the telescopic mechanism 130 further includes a plurality of pairs of connecting rods 133, each pair of connecting rods 133 includes two pivotally connected connecting rods 1331, and each pair of connecting shafts 131 is inserted through a corresponding pair of connecting rods 133. Further specifically, the middle portion of each pair of connecting rods 133 is pivotally connected in an X-shape. The two pairs of connecting rods 133 are oppositely disposed. Four connecting shafts 131 are connected between the two pairs of connecting rods 133.
Further, the telescopic mechanism 130 further includes a plurality of first connecting blocks 135, and the second connecting shafts 1312 of the pair of connecting shafts 131 forming the gap 1313 are connected to the first connecting shafts 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131 through one of the first connecting blocks 135.
More specifically, the first connecting block 135 is in a shape of a straight line, and two first pivot holes 1351 are formed thereon. The second connection shafts 1312 of the pair of connection shafts 131 forming the gap 1313 and the first connection shafts 1311 of the adjacent pair of connection shafts 131 are pivotally connected through the two first pivot holes 1351.
Further, the telescopic mechanism 130 further includes a plurality of second connecting blocks 137, the second connecting shaft 1312 of the pair of connecting shafts 131 located below the gap 1313 is connected to the first connecting shaft 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131 through one of the second connecting blocks 137, and the penetrating shaft 132 penetrates through the second connecting block 137. Specifically, the through shaft 132 is located on a side of the second connecting block 137 facing the first connecting block 135.
More specifically, the second connecting blocks 137 are triangular, and each second connecting block 137 is provided with two second pivot holes 1371 and a third pivot hole 1373. The third pivot hole 1373 is formed at a top corner of the second connecting block 137. The two second pivot holes 1371 are respectively disposed at two bottom corners of the second connecting block 137. The second connecting shafts 1312 of the pair of connecting shafts 131 located below the slits 1313 are pivotally connected to the first connecting shafts 1311 of the adjacent pair of connecting shafts 131 through the two second pivot holes 1371. The through shaft 132 is pivotally connected to the second connecting block 137 through the third pivot hole 1373. Each set of first, second and third pivot holes 1351, 1371 and 1373 is substantially aligned in a direction from near to far from the flexible band 11, and the third pivot hole 1373 is located between the first and second pivot holes 1351 and 1371.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, the supporting mechanism 13 further includes a first supporting body 134 and a second supporting body 136. The telescoping mechanism 130 is connected between the first support 134 and the second support 136. Specifically, the first supporting body 134 and the second supporting body 136 are spaced apart from each other to form a receiving space 138. The telescopic mechanism 130 is disposed in the receiving space 138. One end of the flexible band 11 is connected to the first support 134, and the other end is connected to the second support 136.
The supporting mechanism 13 further includes an elastic element 139 disposed in the second supporting body 136, and the other end of the flexible belt 11 is fixed to the elastic element 139. In this embodiment, the elastic element 139 is an elastic winding shaft. The elastic winding shaft is composed of a rotating shaft and coil springs fixed at two opposite ends of the rotating shaft. The coil spring may be resilient so that the rotatable shaft has a tendency to automatically gyrate when rotated.
The other end of the flexible belt 11 passes through the telescopic mechanism 130, extends into the second supporting body 136 and is fixed on the elastic element 139. The flexible band 11 moves following the telescopic movement of the telescopic mechanism 130. During the stretching of the telescopic mechanism 130, the elastic member 139 gradually releases the portion of the flexible band 11 wound around the elastic member 139 to allow the telescopic mechanism 130 to be stretched without being held by the elastic member 139. During the compression of the retracting mechanism 130, the portion of the flexible belt 11 released by the retracting mechanism 130 due to the contraction is timely wound and retracted by the elastic element 139. Through timely releasing or winding the flexible belt 11 by the elastic element 139, the flexible belt 11 threaded on the telescopic mechanism 130 is always in a tight state, and thus the flexible belt 11 can well support the flexible screen 20 on the flexible belt 11. A rotatable roller is provided directly above the elastic member 139 for changing the extending direction of the flexible belt 11 so that the flexible belt 11 can be fixed to the elastic member 139. It will be appreciated that the elastic element 139 may be replaced by a spring, i.e. one end of the spring is fixed to the end of the flexible band 11 extending into the second support 136, and the other end is fixed to the second support 136, e.g. the top of the back plate 1363 of the second support 136.
More specifically, the first supporting body 134 and the second supporting body 136 are similar in structure and each have a hollow box shape with one open end. Referring also to fig. 4, the opening 1340 of the first supporting body 134 and the opening 1360 of the second supporting body 136 are disposed opposite to each other. The resilient element 139 is disposed within the opening 1360 of the second support 136. In addition, the first supporting body 134 and the second supporting body 136 are configured to accommodate electronic components therein, which is not described herein again.
Further specifically, the first support 134 includes a first support plate 1341 and a back plate 1343 disposed oppositely. The first support 134 includes a first pivot portion 1344 disposed at a position of the first support plate 1341 near the opening 1340. The first pivot portion 1344 includes two opposite pivot holes 1345 and a receiving slot 1346. The two pivot holes 1345 are disposed at two sides of the receiving slot 1346. The two pivot holes 1345 are respectively communicated with the receiving slots 1346. The first supporting body 134 further includes a first through slot 1347 disposed on a side of the first supporting plate 1341 away from the opening 1340. The first through groove 1347 is formed to penetrate the first support plate 1341 and then communicate with the inside of the first support 134. The first through groove 1347 is parallel to the first pivot portion 1344.
Further specifically, the second support 136 is similar in structure to the first support 134. The second support 136 includes a second support plate 1361 and a back plate 1363 disposed opposite to each other. The second support 136 includes a second pivot 1364 disposed in the second support plate 1361 proximate to the opening 1360. The second pivot portion 1364 includes two opposite pivot holes 1365 and a receiving slot 1366. The two pivoting holes 1365 are disposed at two sides of the receiving slot 1366. The two pivoting holes 1365 are respectively communicated with the accommodating groove 1366. The second support 136 also includes a second through slot 1367 disposed in the second support plate 1361 distal from the opening 1360. The second through groove 1367 penetrates the second support plate 1361 and is communicated with the inside of the second support 136. The second through groove 1367 is disposed in parallel with the second pivot portion 1364. The elastic member 139 is disposed in the second supporter 136 and fixed. Specifically, the elastic element 139 is disposed in the second supporting body 136 and fixed above the back plate 1363, such as being inserted into a side plate of the second supporting body 136, and the position of the elastic element 139 is opposite to the position of the second through-slot 1367.
When the telescopic mechanism 130 is located in the accommodating space 138, one end of the telescopic mechanism 130 is pivotally connected to the first supporting body 134, and the other end is pivotally connected to the second supporting body 136. Specifically, one end of the telescopic mechanism 130 is pivotally connected to the first pivot portion 1344 of the first supporting body 134, and the other end is pivotally connected to the second pivot portion 1364 of the second supporting body 136. After passing through the telescopic mechanism 130, the flexible band 11 is fixed at one end to the first support 134, preferably, fixed in the first support 134 after passing through the first through-hole 1347 of the first support 134, and fixed at the other end in the second support 136 by the elastic member 139 after passing through the second through-hole 1367 of the second support 136.
One end of the flexible screen 20 penetrates through the first through slot 1347 of the first support 134 and is fixed inside the first support 134, and the other end of the flexible screen 20 penetrates through the second through slot 1367 of the second support 136 and is fixed inside the second support 136. The second support 136 may be provided with a reel therein for winding up the flexible screen 20.
The through shaft 132 is further disposed between the first support 134 and the telescoping mechanism 131, or between the second support 136 and the telescoping mechanism 131.
Referring to fig. 8, during the stretching of the telescopic mechanism 130, the included angle a between each pair of connecting rods 133 is increased, so that the telescopic mechanism 130 becomes more flat, and therefore, a longer flexible band 11 is required to be threaded on a plurality of telescopic mechanisms 130, and the elastic element 139 gradually releases a part of the flexible band 11 wound on the elastic element 139 to allow the telescopic mechanism 130 to become more flat without being held by the elastic element 139. Referring to fig. 8, in the process of compressing the telescopic mechanism 130, the included angle a between each pair of connecting rods 133 is decreased, so that the telescopic mechanism 130 becomes thinner, and therefore, a shorter flexible belt 11 is required to be inserted into a plurality of telescopic mechanisms 130, and a portion of the flexible belt 11 released by the telescopic mechanism 130 due to contraction is timely wound and retracted by the elastic element 139. Through timely releasing or winding the flexible belt 11 by the elastic element 139, the flexible belt 11 penetrating through the plurality of telescopic mechanisms 130 is always in a tight state, and thus the flexible belt 11 can well support the flexible screen 20 on the flexible belt 11.
It will be appreciated that the flexible strap 11 may also cover the upper connecting shaft 131 directly without penetrating into the slot 1313, and may also serve as a better support. In this case, the through shaft 133 located at the third pivot hole 1373 can be omitted.
It should be understood that the telescopic mechanism 130 is not limited to the above-mentioned form of the connecting rod 133 cooperating with the connecting shaft 131, but may also include other forms of telescopic mechanisms, such as a slide-rail type drawing structure, an accordion type folding structure, etc., which are all applicable to the present application.
It should be understood that the support mechanism 13 is not limited to the telescopic mechanism 130, and may be a fixed form structure, a bendable form structure, a foldable form structure, or the like, and may be applied to the present application.
It will also be appreciated that instead of using a spring or elastic member 139 such as an elastic take-up reel to maintain the tension in the flexible band 11, a flexible band may be used which is inherently elastic, i.e. the elastic flexible band remains tensioned after stretching, thus eliminating the need for the use of an elastic member. Since the flexible band 11 is used as a member for supporting the flexible screen 20, it can provide a better support for the flexible screen 20 as long as it can maintain a tensioned state.
The utility model provides a supporting component and electronic equipment through the flexible band of tensioning for the bottom of flexible screen has sufficient effective support area, thereby also can obtain good support after the flexible screen is tensile, has increased the life of equipment.
The foregoing is a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and such improvements and modifications are also considered as the scope of the present application.
