Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a member for architectural decoration, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mould by adopting a mould material according to the requirements of a design drawing or a model; uniformly spraying a release agent into the mold, mixing and stirring cement, fine sand and water to obtain surface mortar, and uniformly spraying the surface mortar on the inner surface of the mold; fully and continuously stirring and mixing cement, rock sand, water and alkali-resistant glass fiber to obtain cement glass fiber slurry; placing a steel bar framework at a corresponding position in the mold, embedding an embedded part, and pouring the cement glass fiber slurry into the mold; and (3) when the cement glass fiber slurry is solidified to 70-80%, demolding, and watering for curing to obtain the glass fiber cement. The invention has mature and simple process flow, simple and easy processing, low cost and strong carving plasticity, can be used for industrially producing various landscape sculptures for architectural decoration in large scale, and can also be used for preparing architectural outer wall decorative members for realizing styles of imitating European classical buildings and the like on various architectural outer walls.

s4, adding cement, rock sand and water into a stirrer according to the proportion, stirring for 5 minutes, then adding alkali-resistant glass fiber into the stirrer, and fully continuing stirring for 5-8 minutes to uniformly disperse the alkali-resistant glass fiber into cement paste to obtain cement glass fiber paste;
s5, after surface mortar is sprayed on the inner surface of the die in the step S3, a steel reinforcement framework is arranged at a corresponding position in the die, an embedded part is embedded, the cement glass fiber slurry prepared in the step S4 is poured into the die to a specified thickness by adopting mechanical spraying, net laying and mortar plastering and a mixed construction method, the net cloth is bonded with the cement glass fiber slurry properly, and the net cloth and the steel reinforcement are compacted as much as possible;

s3, adding cement and fine sand into a stirrer according to a specific ratio, stirring for 2 minutes, adding water into the stirrer, continuously stirring for 3-5 minutes to obtain surface mortar, uniformly spraying the surface mortar on the inner surface of a mould to obtain flour paste with a preset thickness, and standing until the flour paste is not sticky to fingers but has sticky hand feeling when touched by hands; the surface mortar formed by spraying the surface mortar mainly plays a role in appearance decoration, so the thickness is generally 10-15mm, and the thickness can be adjusted according to the specific requirements of actual components and the arrangement position on a building;
s4, adding cement, rock sand and water into a stirrer according to the proportion, stirring for 5 minutes, then adding alkali-resistant glass fiber into the stirrer, and fully continuing stirring for 5-8 minutes to uniformly disperse the alkali-resistant glass fiber into cement paste to obtain cement glass fiber paste;
s5, after surface mortar is sprayed on the inner surface of the die in the step S3, a steel reinforcement framework is placed at a corresponding position in the die, an embedded part is embedded, the cement glass fiber slurry prepared in the step S4 is poured into the die to a specified thickness by adopting mechanical spraying, net laying and mortar plastering and a mixed construction method, the net cloth is bonded with the cement glass fiber slurry properly, the net cloth and the steel reinforcement are compacted as far as possible, and no empty drum is formed at the corner of the die; the embedded parts comprise various preformed holes, embedded bolts, hoisting parts and the like;

s3, adding cement and fine sand into a stirrer according to a specific ratio, stirring for 2 minutes, adding water into the stirrer, continuously stirring for 3-5 minutes to obtain surface mortar, uniformly spraying the surface mortar on the inner surface of a mould to obtain flour paste with a preset thickness, and standing until the flour paste is not sticky to fingers but has sticky hand feeling when touched by hands;
s4, adding cement, rock sand and water into a stirrer according to the proportion, stirring for 5 minutes, then adding alkali-resistant glass fiber into the stirrer, and fully continuing stirring for 5-8 minutes to uniformly disperse the alkali-resistant glass fiber into cement paste to obtain cement glass fiber paste;
