Abstract
The invention discloses a recycled TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) modified material, which comprises 5-60% of high-molecular-weight maleic acid styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene; 4-60% of a plasticizer; 4-40% of processing aid; 2-35% of polyamide; 0-50% of styrene-containing thermoplastic elastomer; 0-3% of antioxidant; 0-3% of anti-blocking agent; 0-15% of additive; the balance of functional auxiliary agents, the thermoplastic elastomer comprises 10-30% of dynamic cross-linked rubber, 10-60% of functionalized polyolefin and semi-crystalline polyolefin. The thermoplastic elastomer compound provided by the invention is added with the thermoplastic elastomer with dynamic cross-linked rubber in the raw materials for producing TPE, so that the heat resistance and durability of the product are improved, the temperature is increased by 30-40 ℃ compared with the common TPE, the environment is better adapted, the service life is correspondingly prolonged, and in addition, functional additives can be added according to different requirements by adding the thermoplastic elastomer compound, so that more purposes are achieved.

Technical Field

Background
Most of TPE materials in the current market are produced and used independently with rubber products, the TPE materials and the rubber products have different advantages and disadvantages, the performance of the TPE materials is changed by producing synthetic rubber during production, and the TPE materials in the existing products have poor heat resistance and durability, so that the application scenes and the service life of the TPE materials are seriously reduced.

the balance of functional auxiliary agents.
Preferably, the styrene-containing thermoplastic elastomer comprises J) 10 to 30% of a dynamically crosslinked rubber selected from the group consisting of ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers, isobutylene copolymer rubbers, natural rubbers, dynamically crosslinked rubbers of conjugated diene homopolymers having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, copolymers having at least 50% by weight of the repeating unit thereof which is a conjugated diene having 4 to 8 carbon atoms;
l) 15 to 85% of a semi-crystalline polyolefin having a flexural modulus tangent determined at 23 ℃ of at least 310 MPa;
and L) from 10 to 60% of a functionalized polyolefin with side chains.
Preferably, the functionalized polyolefin is obtained by polymerization of a polydiene block of a hydrogenated block copolymer in which the side chain is a polar functional group derived from maleic anhydride.
Preferably, the plasticizer is a paraffinic oil.
Preferably, the processing aid is a hydrocarbon resin; a binder; a foaming agent; a dispersant; a filler; an extender; a release agent; titanate; zirconate ester; a slip agent; an anti-sticking agent; stabilizer-stearate; one or more combinations of viscosity modifiers.
Preferably, the functional auxiliary agent is a bactericide; an antifogging agent; an antistatic agent; a flame retardant; a smoke suppressant; an impact modifier; a colorant; a dye; an ultraviolet absorber; one or more combinations of waxes.

and L) from 10 to 60% of a functionalized polyolefin with side chains.
Preferably, the functionalized polyolefin is obtained by polymerization of a polydiene block of a hydrogenated block copolymer in which the side chain is a polar functional group derived from maleic anhydride.
Preferably, the plasticizer is a paraffinic oil.
Preferably, the processing aid is a hydrocarbon resin; a binder; a foaming agent; a dispersant; a filler; an extender; a release agent; titanate; zirconate ester; a slip agent; an anti-sticking agent; stabilizer-stearate; one or more combinations of viscosity modifiers. The hydrocarbon resin has a higher melting point than that between alpha-methylstyrene, has a higher use temperature, has a greater effect on viscosity, and imparts a reduced odor to the compound.
Preferably, the functional auxiliary agent is a bactericide; an antifogging agent; an antistatic agent; a flame retardant; a smoke suppressant; an impact modifier; a colorant; a dye; an ultraviolet absorber; one or more combinations of waxes.

The recycled TPE modification of claim 1 wherein: the styrene-containing thermoplastic elastomer comprises J) 10 to 30% of a dynamically crosslinked rubber selected from the group consisting of ethylene-propylene-diene rubbers, isobutylene copolymer rubbers, natural rubbers, dynamically crosslinked rubbers of conjugated diene homopolymers having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, copolymers having at least 50% by weight of the repeating unit thereof which is a conjugated diene having 4 to 8 carbon atoms;
K) 15-85% of a semi-crystalline polyolefin having a flexural modulus tangent, determined at 23 ℃, of at least 310 MPa;
and L) from 10 to 60% of a functionalized polyolefin with side chains.
3. The recycled TPE modifier of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the functionalized polyolefin is obtained by polymerization of a polydiene block of a hydrogenated block copolymer in which the side chain is a polar functional group derived from maleic anhydride.
4. The recycled TPE modifier of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the plasticizer is paraffin oil.
5. The recycled TPE modifier of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the processing aid is hydrocarbon resin; a binder; a foaming agent; a dispersant; a filler; an extender; a release agent; titanate; zirconate ester; a slip agent; an anti-sticking agent; stabilizer-stearate; one or more combinations of viscosity modifiers.
6. The recycled TPE modifier of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the functional auxiliary agent is a bactericide; an antifogging agent; an antistatic agent; a flame retardant; a smoke suppressant; an impact modifier; a colorant; a dye; an ultraviolet absorber; one or more combinations of waxes.
