Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging films, in particular to an ultraviolet shielding transparent plastic packaging film.
Background
The transparent film package can ensure that people can clearly see the commodities in the package under illumination, the bright and beautiful color, the exquisite and striking appearance and the like of the transparent film package are clear at a glance, the specific situation of the commodities can be known by consumers, the purchasing desire of the consumers is improved, and the products are judged correctly. However, high transparency packages have the great disadvantage that they can react chemically with the product under the influence of light. The electronic light-emitting device is sensitive to water vapor and needs high-barrier film packaging, but the emitted light radiation of the electronic light-emitting device attracts more and more attention in recent years, and the electronic light-emitting device is easy to damage eyes and skin of people under long-time irradiation in life and work.
In the prior art, inorganic ultraviolet absorbers such as zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are adopted, but after the inorganic ultraviolet absorbers are added into a polymer base material to form a film, nano particles are not crosslinked with a plastic high molecular chain and exist as nano particles, the gas barrier property of the film can be influenced, and the inorganic ultraviolet absorbers have the risk of dissipating contents in the long-term packaging process.
Based on the defects in the prior art, the transparent plastic packaging film which has good ultraviolet blocking and shielding effects and can prevent the ultraviolet absorbent from diffusing into the contents is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a transparent plastic packaging film which has good ultraviolet blocking and shielding effect and excellent appearance performance and can effectively prevent an ultraviolet absorbent from diffusing into contents.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design an ultraviolet shielding transparent plastic packaging film, wherein the packaging film sequentially comprises a polyester film, an ink layer, a first ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer, a blocking layer, a second ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer and a heat sealing layer from outside to inside; the thickness of the ultraviolet shielding transparent plastic packaging film is 100-250 mu m, the thickness of the polyester film layer is 30-80 mu m, the thickness of the ink layer is 1-5 mu m, the thickness of the first ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer is 5-15 mu m, the thickness of the barrier layer is 5-30 mu m, the thickness of the second ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer is 10-30 mu m, and the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 40-80 mu m;
methoxy cinnamate, octocrylene and a hydrophobically modified zinc oxide ultraviolet shielding agent are added into the first ultraviolet shielding layer and/or the second ultraviolet shielding layer. The methoxycinnamate and octocrylene have good ultraviolet protection effects, and the two have synergistic effects in protecting against ultraviolet rays.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the first ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer or the second ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer comprises, by mass, 2-15% of methoxycinnamate, 0-10% of octocrylene, 0.5-8% of hydrophobically modified zinc oxide, 65-90% of polyurethane adhesive resin and 0.5-2% of an emulsifier. When the addition amount of the methoxycinnamate is less than 0.5%, a sufficient ultraviolet ray protection effect cannot be obtained, the addition amount of the methoxycinnamate is more than 15%, which significantly affects emulsion stability, and since the ultraviolet inhibitor is added to the adhesive layer, the addition amount of the methoxycinnamate is less than 15%, preferably less than 10%, in order to ensure good adhesive properties of the adhesive layer. The addition amount of octocrylene is preferably 6% because sufficient uv protection effect cannot be obtained when the addition amount of octocrylene is less than 0.02%, and the stability of the system is affected when the addition amount of octocrylene is more than 10%.
The method of hydrophobizing the zinc oxide by the hydrophobically modified zinc oxide is not particularly limited, and the zinc oxide can be hydrophobized by the following hydrophobizing agents, for example, aluminum stearate, aluminum laurate, fatty acid dextrin, trimethylsiloxane, fluorine-modified trimethylsiloxane, methylphenylsiloxane, fluorine-modified methylphenylsiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane, diphenylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, and the like.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the first ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer or the second ultraviolet shielding adhesive layer comprises, by mass, 0-10% of methoxycinnamate, 0.4-10% of octocrylene, 0.5-8% of hydrophobically modified zinc oxide, 50-70% of polyacrylate resin, 5-15% of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene resin and 0.2-3% of an emulsifier.
Preferably, the barrier layer is an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer or a polyamide layer. The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is made of a Japan Coli EVOH resin.
According to the preferable technical scheme, the heat sealing layer is a three-layer tape casting composite film, and the heat sealing layer is formed by combining one or more of a high-density polyethylene layer, a metallocene polyethylene layer and a low-density polyethylene layer.
The ultraviolet shielding transparent plastic packaging film is used for packaging electronic components and workpieces.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the invention provides a transparent plastic packaging bag with excellent ultraviolet shielding effect, wherein an ultraviolet shielding agent is added into an adhesive layer, and the ultraviolet shielding effect of the transparent plastic packaging bag is improved by at least arranging two ultraviolet shielding layers; the good ultraviolet resistance effect is endowed to the transparent plastic package by utilizing the synergistic ultraviolet resistance effect of the methoxy cinnamate and the octocrylene; the hydrophobic modified zinc oxide is adopted to improve the dispersion effect of the zinc oxide in the adhesive, prevent the agglomeration of the uvioresistant agent, cause the bad appearance of the product and influence the uvioresistant effect.
