In this embodiment, the heat pump indoor unit 322 is disposed below the circulation fan 4, and the first heat exchanger 312 is disposed above the circulation fan 4.
The tobacco leaf baking device comprises two baking heat sources of the heat pump heating device and the fuel heating device, wherein the heat pump heating device has the advantages of small size, high heat efficiency and the like, and the energy consumption of the baking device can be effectively reduced. And the baking device adopts the fuel heating device, and the fuel heating device can still uninterruptedly provide a baking heat source under the condition that the heat pump heating device is powered off, so that the stability of the baking device is greatly improved, and the condition of stopping the baking device during baking tobacco leaves caused by power off is effectively avoided.
Furthermore, two baking heat sources of the heat pump heating device and the fuel heating device are adopted, so that the requirement of the baking device on the load of a power grid can be reduced, and the baking device can be widely applied to places with poor infrastructure and performance of the power grid.
In one embodiment, the heat pump heating device 32 is powered by commercial power from the power grid, and the rated power of the heat pump heating device is less than or equal to 7KW, and the rated power of the fuel heating device is greater than or equal to 5 ten thousand calories, which corresponds to 60 KW. Compared with the conventional single heat source type heat pump tobacco curing house with the same size and scale, the rated power of the heat pump is about 15KW, the tobacco leaf curing device in the embodiment can use commercial power, and the power consumption rated power is reduced by half.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the tobacco flue-curing device further includes a controller 5 and a generator 6, and a temperature sensor is further disposed in the baking chamber, preferably, the temperature sensor is a wet-dry bulb temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of the baking chamber by detecting the temperature of the wet-dry bulb in the baking chamber. The generator 6 and the temperature sensor are connected with the controller, the controller is further connected with a mains supply, and is connected with the heat pump heating device 32, the fuel heating device 31 and the circulating fan 4 in the above embodiment, and the controller controls the heat pump heating device 32, the fuel heating device 31, the circulating fan 4 and the generator to work. The controller detects the temperature of the baking chamber (namely, the temperature of the dry and wet balls) according to a temperature sensor arranged in the baking chamber 1, so that the heat pump heating device 32, the fuel heating device 31 and the circulating fan 4 are controlled to work, and the temperature of the baking chamber 1 reaches a preset value. In different embodiments, the controller may be an industrial personal computer, a single chip microcomputer, a PLC controller, or the like.
In an embodiment, the controller is further configured to detect whether the commercial power stops the power supply, and when detecting that the commercial power stops the power supply (i.e., the tobacco leaf curing device is powered off), control the fuel heating device to start operating or increase the combustion amount of the fuel heating device, and control the generator to operate, so as to provide power for the circulating fan through the power generation of the generator. The baking device power-off detection device can be provided with a current transformer through the power-off commercial power input end of the baking device, and the current transformer can input power-off when not detecting current.
When detecting that the commercial power stops supplying power and only the heat pump heating device 32 works, the controller controls the fuel heating device to ignite and work, provides a baking heat source for baking tobacco leaves, and detects whether the temperature in the baking chamber is kept at a preset value through the temperature sensor. When the heat pump heating device 32 and the fuel heating device 31 are both in working state during power failure, the controller can control and increase the combustion amount of the fuel heating device 31 to generate larger heat, so as to compensate for the heat reduction caused by the shutdown of the heat pump heating device.
Since the generator does not need to supply power to the heat pump heating device in the embodiment and is only used for supplying power to the circulating fan and/or the controller, a small generator with rated power less than 300W or 500W can be selected as the generator.
The tobacco leaf baking process is divided into three stages of withering, yellowing and drying, namely a three-stage baking process, and the requirements on baking temperature are different in the three stages, wherein in general, the withering temperature is controlled to be 30-40 ℃, and the yellowing and drying temperature is higher and can reach about 70 ℃ at most. And because the heat efficiency of the heat pump heating device 32 is higher, the heat pump heating device is preferentially used for heating when tobacco leaf baking is carried out, and the fuel heating device is started to assist the heat pump heating device for baking when the baking temperature is higher. The controller detects the current temperature of the baking chamber through the temperature sensor, judges whether the current temperature reaches a preset temperature value of the current baking stage, and controls the heat pump heating device and/or the fuel heating device according to the temperature of the baking chamber so that the temperature of the baking chamber reaches the preset value. For example, when the temperature of the baking chamber is at the yellowing stage of baking, the preset temperature value of the stage is 60 degrees, the controller determines whether the current temperature of the baking chamber detected by the temperature sensor reaches 60 degrees, if not, the power of the heat pump heating device 32 is increased, and if the maximum power of the heat pump heating device is reached, the fuel heating device is started to work or the fuel supply amount of the fuel heating device is increased, so that the current temperature of the baking chamber reaches 60 degrees.
When the controller detects that the current temperature of the baking chamber is higher than the preset value (for example, higher than the 60 degrees) in the current baking stage, the side control preferentially reduces the combustion amount of the fuel heating device or closes the fuel heating device, so that the generated heat is reduced. Through the control of the heat pump heating device 32 and the fuel heating device, the heat pump heating device can be used to the maximum extent, so that the fuel consumption is minimum, and the heat efficiency of the heat pump heating device is high, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the tobacco leaf baking device on the whole and achieving the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, based on the innovative concepts of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields by making changes and modifications to the embodiments described herein, or by using equivalent structures or equivalent processes performed in the content of the present specification and the attached drawings, which are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A tobacco leaf curing apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a baking chamber, a heating chamber, a heat pump heating device, a fuel heating device, a controller and a circulating fan, wherein the controller is connected with the heat pump heating device, the fuel heating device and the circulating fan;
the circulating fan is arranged in the baking chamber or the heating chamber and is used for enabling air in the baking chamber and the heating chamber to circularly flow;
the fuel heating device comprises a combustor and a first heat exchanger, the first heat exchanger is connected with the combustor through a pipeline, and the combustor is used for combusting fuel to generate heat;
the heat pump heating device comprises a compressor and a second heat exchanger, and the compressor is connected with the second heat exchanger through a pipeline;
the second heat exchanger and the first heat exchanger are arranged in the heating chamber and are respectively used for heating air in the heating chamber.
2. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fuel heating apparatus comprises any one of a gas heating apparatus, an oil heating apparatus, a methanol combustion heating apparatus, a firewood combustion heating apparatus, and a biomass fuel heating apparatus.
3. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a generator, wherein the controller controls the heat pump heating apparatus and the fuel heating apparatus;
when detecting that the commercial power stops the power supply, the controller controls the fuel heating device to start to work or increases the combustion amount of the fuel heating device, controls the generator to work, and provides a power supply for the circulating fan through the generator.

The tobacco leaf curing device according to claim 3, wherein the heat pump heating device is a split structure and comprises an inner heat pump unit and an outer heat pump unit, the outer heat pump unit is arranged outside the heating chamber and the curing chamber, the compressor is arranged in the outer heat pump unit, and the inner heat pump unit comprises the second heat exchanger; or the heat pump heating device is of an integrated structure, the heat pump heating device is arranged on the side wall of the heating chamber, one end of the heat pump heating device is positioned in the heating chamber, and the other end of the heat pump heating device is positioned outside the heating chamber.
5. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a temperature sensor disposed within the curing chamber for detecting a wet and dry bulb temperature of the curing chamber; the controller controls the heat pump heating device and the fuel heating device according to the dry-wet bulb temperature of the baking chamber, so that the temperature of the baking chamber reaches a preset value.
6. The tobacco leaf roasting device according to claim 5, wherein the controller firstly uses the heat pump heating device and judges whether the temperature of the roasting chamber can reach the preset value only when the heat pump heating device is used; if not, the fuel heating device is started to enable the temperature of the baking chamber to reach the preset value.
7. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the controller prioritizes reduction of the amount of combustion of the fuel heating means or turning off the fuel heating means when the temperature of the curing chamber reaches or exceeds the preset value.
8. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the rated power of the heat pump heating means is less than or equal to 7 KW;
the rated power of the fuel heating device is greater than or equal to 5 ten thousand kilocalories.
9. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second heat exchanger is located on an air inlet side of the circulating fan, and the first heat exchanger is located on an air outlet side of the circulating fan; the arrangement density of the heat exchange tubes in the second heat exchanger is greater than that of the heat exchange tubes in the first heat exchanger.
10. The tobacco leaf curing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the heating chamber is located at one end of the curing chamber in the length direction, the heating chamber and the curing chamber are separated by a partition plate, and a circulating air duct communicating the heating chamber and the curing chamber is provided on the partition plate.
